24/03/2025: I don't know about the place, similar to vintage/alternative but sinful in the details. You can't see the rough tape on the light bulbs and you can't even see the chipped beads. The food varies, some dishes are very good, others a little less. The staff is haughty except for the boy who is kind and friendly. The tasty beers, the IPA is worth it!

20/01/2025: Chalet-style restaurant, located just above Rapallo, a truly beautiful place, surrounded by nature, a beautiful exterior with benches and tables on a lawn among the trees. Animals and games for children. The menu is excellent with typical Ligurian dishes... fresh pasta and grilled meat. Everything is also gluten free. Super recommended!

20/01/2025: Nice place, good first courses, appetizers I haven't tried, second courses with meat I was hoping for better... the dish with a skewer only without a side dish and nothing quite disappointing... fries not good... soft and not crunchy... price not cheap... I would expect more from a restaurant/trattoria of that type..

26/02/2025: Un piccolo segreto che si è rivelato una bellissima sorpresa. È sempre una scommessa quando si vede un menu dall'apparenza economica: o le porzioni saranno minuscole, o verrà servito cibo di bassa qualità, o il cuoco non saprà cucinare, o il servizio sarà disastroso… insomma, il classico "dov'è la fregatura?". Alla Caracca, invece, è tutto il contrario! Il menu ha un prezzo giusto, il cuoco sa cucinare e lo fa con gusto, con cotture perfette e in porzioni generose, paragonabili a quelle di un ristorante dove i prezzi sarebbero superiori del 30%. Il servizio è estremamente attento: la signora che lo gestisce conosce bene il suo mestiere e lo svolge con grande piacere, una qualità sempre più rara di questi tempi. Ci tornerò con molto piacere!

13/02/2025: Locale molto carino nella centrale via Entella. Menù che tiene in considerazione i piatti del territorio ligure. Ottimo il fritto di pesce con una fantasia di verdure. Molto gustose le trofie al pesto con fagiolini e patate. Insomma, tutto perfetto. Equilibrato il rapporto qualità prezzo.

16/02/2025: There were nine of us, with 3 children (possibility of a high chair)..Very kind staff, rustic and familiar environment. Between ravioli beyond any comment and tagliatelle with wild boar sauce, we fly to the second courses with rabbit, stewed wild boar for 10+ and hand-cut, not frozen, fried potatoes. To finish, homemade desserts. Overdose of happiness only from Tina! We hope to return soon!!

15/03/2025: Finally typical Ligurian dishes! The quality of the ingredients is excellent, the service is friendly and attentive, and the legend that accompanies the menu is very useful, where the ingredients used for each dish are specified in alphabetical order. I would go back to try them all!

23/02/2025: Ridotta scelta di piatti (tutti quelli a base di pesce erano terminati), nonostante avessimo prenotato. Prenotazione ore 21, alle ore 23 spengono le luci e ci chiedono di uscire perché stanno chiudendo.

31/03/2025: We came for the first time and we will definitely be back! A real Irish pub in the heart of Genoa, EXCELLENT beer, kind and welcoming staff. A really large place (difficult in the center of Genoa, especially for the hospitality issue 😆). We absolutely recommend coming!!

01/03/2025: Tornato a genova dopo qualche anno, ho trovato la conferma di quello che ho lasciato: locale perfetto (ristrutturato anche il bagno recentemente), un VERO IRISH PUB, non solo per il colore verde o una bandiera a caso, è irish nella maniacale attenzione nella scelta delle birre alla spina (no, niente moretti o roba da discount), ma anche nell'armosfera conviviale che si instaura in ogni locale real irish. Nota piacevolissima il menù!!..a parte pizze e panini di qualità, la grande novità degli ultimi tempi è un VERO MENÙ IRISH, il salmone è marinato alla perfezione e parliamo della seafood Chowder!?! ne ho preso due piatti. Gara di freccette e poi a dormire, felice come in una serata irlandese. Grazie a tutto lo staff e ai proprietari. Sono Felice come non mai

27/02/2025: The restaurant is located in a strategic position, a refined, elegant environment, some elements out of place. The dishes are interesting, tasty, well presented. Ordinary portions. Table service and ordinary staff. A major flaw that is difficult to remedy is the location of the toilets which force customers to pass through the kitchen.

11/04/2025: The location is truly perfect and evocative. A welcome that I was no longer used to: kind, attentive, warm and respectful. The presentations, especially the starters, were beautiful. Real flavors and perfect combinations. We will return with pleasure.

06/03/2025: There are lots of things to enjoy about this restaurant. The tiny terrace overlooking the sea, the thoughtfully composed plates artistically arranged and presented, the sparkling Pinot Nero bianco we chose to open our palettes as the first strains of dinner started to arrive. As a party of seven, we were able to taste most of the menu. Standouts were the rabbit in porchetta and a fun textural take on beef tartare where ponzu truly shone. To finish, the rosemary creme brûlée was ideal.

04/03/2025: Facilità di parcheggio a pochi passi, che in Liguria non è scontato. Bella vista sull'alveo del Neva. I lavoratori della zona vengono a mangiare qui, il che costituisce un'ottima referenza in sé. Se cercate la tipica rustica "accoglienza" ligure rimarrete delusi: la titolare e le sue collaboratrici sono gentilissime, simpatiche e molto cordiali. I piatti sono ottimi ed abbondanti, abbinati ad un servizio veloce; personalmente consiglio la birra rossa, tedesca, veramente buona. Bagni comodi e molto puliti. Rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente conveniente!
