02/04/2026: At Pat's Pizza, I ate the meat, and rightly so. I had a tagliata with arugula and parmesan, which was truly perfectly cooked and incredibly tender. I usually never finish it, but this time was different. The service is fantastic; the staff are on point, coming to check if everything is okay, and they're quick. I also appreciate that they replaced the plate of fries I ordered, which were dark and tasted like old oil, with a fresh batch. Well done! I'll be back to try the pizza :)

31/08/2025: A beautiful haven of tranquility where fine cuisine meets a passion for making guests feel good. Revisited Ligurian cuisine, yet respectful of the ingredients, excellent local wine pairings, and careful selection of small producers who also produce unusual wines. Finally, a lovely, quiet outdoor area, far from the hustle and bustle of Sestri Levante's center. A wonderful restaurant project that deserves to be appreciated and supported (even compared to an otherwise rather standard local cuisine).

22/02/2026: We loved our evening! Just a one-minute drive from the center of Dolceacqua. The meal was perfect: excellent ribeye steak and pizza, delicious tiramisu, and a special mention for the pavlova… a real treat! We chose a red wine from Southern Italy and, after a little hesitation, we were kindly offered a taste to help us make our choice—a very thoughtful touch. At the end of the meal, we were offered limoncello and a small tasting of local pastries: a lovely touch that perfectly concluded the dinner. Everything was truly delicious and very reasonably priced! Ample parking available. We dined right when they opened, around 7 pm, which was ideal. The restaurant then quickly filled up and became quite noisy—the only slight drawback of the evening. We'll be back as soon as possible!

18/02/2026: Wonderful place!!! We'll be back again! The meat was super delicious! They offered me myrtle liqueur for a digestif—I recommend it!!!😉 The staff is super polite and attentive!

16/02/2026: Up until 5 years ago, you were my #1 pizzeria. The best was there, so much so that we'd come 3 or 4 times a month... we were always there in the summer. One damned day, we found the pizza soaked in low-quality cheese... and as a result, WE DIDN'T COME AGAIN. Then, some friends had booked at ERCOLE, so we went back with the idea of ​​a rematch... the rest was good, but the pizza, forget it, was out of place. We tried to explain to friends near the beach that we weren't thrilled about eating at this pizzeria... the next day, there were a lot of negative reviews on the beach. We were invited by friends while we were passing by the place on our way to the seafront... no, no thanks, then we sat down to eat Fugasin with Nutella, to be noted, the quality was excellent. Don't knead any more flour for the pizza, you'll lose customers.
