14/10/2025: Friendly, lovely to have lunch outside overlooking the sea. I ate well.

12/10/2025: the place is nice, very beautiful beach side... the food feels like it's quality but there's little punch in the dishes... tagliolini with squid ink was completely lacking in salt... fried porcini mushrooms so thin that you couldn't even taste the porcini... exceptional jam tart...

06/01/2026: Excellent food at very affordable prices. Quick service, with very helpful staff. The only downside is that there are a few too many tables, so the space is very limited.

05/01/2026: Excellent experience, we were served by Momo with extreme professionalism and kindness. The dishes were delicious, a bonus for the pesto, which was fabulous. The other fish dishes were also excellent! Recommended!

13/12/2025: A small, intimate place that served us an excellent dinner. Having eaten the ravioli we saw being made that morning was a plus: the dough was incredibly thin, practically transparent, superb. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff who pampered us was another plus.

08/02/2026: After spending two hours touring the forts, my husband and I had coffee and a slice of their homemade cake. I recommend anyone in the area to stop by this truly welcoming and quaint restaurant! This time we only stopped for a quick break, but we tried their cuisine with a couple of friends a few years ago. We were two families with small children, and the lunch was truly excellent.

05/11/2025: Our server was so kind and didn’t try to upsell any wine just told us his opinion on what he thought we would enjoy . The pasta was amazing. Overall a wonderful meal. Very fair prices as well.

01/01/2026: My wife and I had dinner this evening. My wife had pizza, which was really good. I had squid ink gnocchi with cheese and mussels. We shared the mixed fried fish (spectacular). The wine was also excellent. We had a bottle of Vigna Mare LUPi (excellent value for money). The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. At the end, they even offered us coffee. Highly recommended.

30/12/2025: Excellent. We stumbled upon it by chance, and it exceeded our expectations. Delicious, original, and beautifully presented dishes. It was the first time I'd seen rabbit triangoli in La Ligure, and a pumpkin panna cotta too. It's a welcome change from the ravioli and tiramisu offered elsewhere. I wish I lived closer so I could try the other dishes at this restaurant.

04/12/2025: Nice hotel — but a baffling and frustrating experience at the front desk. At check-in, we were greeted not with a welcome, but with a banner about a “gratitude payment” — essentially a voluntary tip scheme. Since we were only staying one night and had no meaningful interaction with staff, I called to opt out. I was told they would “check my bill” to make sure it was removed. Next morning? Still there. I was already on a business call while my family tried to check out, and instead of handling it smoothly, the staff insisted payment had to be made with a physical card. Out of patience, I tapped my phone — and it worked instantly. No apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. For a hotel claiming five stars, this felt more like amateur hour. Good service isn’t about surprise “gratitude fees” — it’s about communication, competence, and knowing when to get out of the way so guests can enjoy their stay — and actually get on with their planned journey without unnecessary friction. Edit: funny answer - did they even READ my post? I did call them the day before and it was still on the invoice.

01/12/2025: Beautifully decorated and clean hotel. Great breakfast and location. Unfortunately, the management falls short on customer service. We were “upgraded” to this hotel immediately after booking the neighbouring hotel, which we selected specifically for its spa. Nowhere was it communicated that the spa was unavailable at either hotels - from the time of booking right up until check in. At check in, the staff did not offer any compensatory or complimentary services to make up for this lack of critical communication.

17/02/2026: We went to this restaurant for lunch, ordering four fixed-price menus (€14.00 each): 4 handmade mandilli with pesto, 2 fried anchovies, 2 cod fritters, 2 grilled vegetables, 2 French fries, and water. Everything was excellent, including service. Highly recommended.

10/11/2025: A simple trattoria run by people who are passionate about their work and care about their customers. We often stop by with supplies, and both the owner and the girls are always available to serve you, even late. The food is excellent and they make you feel right at home. Highly recommended.

08/03/2026: Recommended if you're in Genoa for good food. Knowledgeable and very friendly staff. The ingredients are of the highest quality. The tasting menu is a must-try. Clean and well-maintained. The port parking lot is nearby, making it easy to get to.
