12/04/2025: I give 3 stars only because the staff was kind to us. For the rest it doesn't deserve much: the environment is located below street level, and up to this point everything is fine, but alas it is NOT ventilated at all, as you enter you notice a stench, a crazy lack of air recirculation; so much so that I suffer from allergies and I was sick all evening. The pizza is mediocre, nothing special, in fact the seafood pizza has nothing tasty about it, the fish they put on it is the one you buy in jars... dead fish... we are in Sanremo, a seaside town, but absolutely zero seafood... The fries were mediocre too.. Despite being located in the center of Sanremo, near the casino, with a lot of potential, unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. If you suffer from claustrophobia, or if you have problems with breathing, or if you are a little squeamish, avoid this place. Very kind waitress and waitress even if too fast in serving the dishes, not even having time to talk and explain the dishes to us. In short, I wouldn't go back and I don't recommend it, despite the inexplicable queue outside, I don't recommend it at all.

26/09/2024: Da anni frequentiamo La Vermuteria e non siamo mai rimasti delusi!! La gestione ha creato un ambiente piacevole, godibile in tutte le stagioni ed il locale è situato in pieno centro, in una delle zone più belle di Chiavari. I cocktails di Simone sono poesia, oltre a quelli in lista, ne prepara anche di personalizzati sul momento...si piazzano sul mio personale podio!! La cucina è sempre squisita, con prodotti freschissimi e proposte stuzzicanti, mai banali!! Si sta davvero bene in Vermuteria ❤️

01/04/2025: Sono stato in questa trattoria un sabato per pranzo con la famiglia. Il posto è piccolino ma molto carino. Io che sono amante del pesto, penso di non averne mai mangiato uno così buono in altri posti. Ottima anche la pasta con il pesce. Molto gentile il personale. Sicuramente ci ritornerò.

01/04/2025: È ormai da anni che frequentiamo il locale, facendolo conoscere ad amici italiani e stranieri. L'ambiente è piccolo e i tavoli sono molto ravvicinati ma il cibo fa dimenticare ogni problema. Non c'è un piatto che non sia veramente gradevole e in linea con la tradizione con porzioni più che abbondanti Il prezzo è estremamente onesto. Non si può non frequentare questa trattoria.

13/04/2025: Location incantevole e una delle pizze più buone mai mangiate. La qualità delle materia prime e loro sapiente preparazione, creano delle pizze buonissime e veramente digeribili (io spesso ho problemi dopo aver mangiato la pizza). Gli antipastini suggeriti, aiutano ad alleviare l’attesa del sold out del sabato sera.

10/04/2025: Restaurant with a room overlooking a panoramic view of the Ligurian sea coast, not only for this reason it is worth trying. The well-kept and clean environments (the toilets in particular). Excellent cuisine with local dishes but also tasting of Calabrian dishes all accompanied by good wine. Efficient and helpful staff, normal prices. Super desserts. We will be back.

Greeted with a warm welcome, I tried the tasting of seafood appetizers, the nettle tagliolini with seafood and the chocolate and pear tart (homemade): all good and with the right quantities. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely come back.
