21/05/2026: A lot of negative reviews but if you’re looking for an affordable option in Portofino (which is not easy) this is the place. Soft drinks for 6€. Food might come from the freezer but for affordable good Italian food you shouldn’t be in such a tourist hotspot in a my opinion. Locals also seem to come here for a quick bite.
15/05/2026: Avoid at all costs!! This is what you call being ripped off. All the dishes are frozen and microwaved! They open the lid, microwave it, and pour it onto your plate. It's a disgrace! You'll see for yourself when you go to the restroom because they do it right in front of you. Avoid at all costs!!!

While volunteers are busy collecting trash from the beach and water, the owners of this place dump it directly into the sea. A total disgrace, these people have no respect for the environment or their customers. Disgusting!

29/05/2026: Overall, I'd say the place is just okay in every way... I won't be back; it was a dinner with friends I was invited to. Nothing exciting, but not terrible either... The pesto is good... The owner is a nice guy... as for the rest, there are better places in the area...

25/08/2025: Not reccomended, you can hear yelling from kitchen, staff is mistreated, saw food getting picked up from floor by owner when i went to the toilet, food isn't very good, just near the port for tourists, didn't recieve bill, nightmare, wrong oders delivered, and pasta that should have been yellow came out white, bathroom disgustingly dirty
24/08/2025: Costa del Sert.
They were yelling in the kitchen, and the owner was even swearing at the staff. The waiter was definitely in trouble, or at least pretty out of sync.
The recycling bins were inside, clearly visible when going to the bathroom (top quality).
The pizzas were raw, the dough was white.
We left everything behind.
Never ever again!
No point in talking about service, etc.
Nightmare kitchen.
We strongly advise against it!

The waitress didn't even know the types of gin or wine, and was extremely rude and impolite. Terrible treatment, zero manners, and exorbitant prices. When we pointed out the situation, they even told us that "that's how they do things in Albenga." A truly unacceptable experience of mistreatment by the waitress.

08/05/2026: Unfortunately, I have to confirm the negative reviews; we didn't have a good experience either.
The girl who took our order was very kind.
The owner, I assume, wasn't very professional.
He gave me the impression of someone who wasn't interested in the customer.
No hello, no goodbye, nothing.
The appetizer plate was truly sad: two pieces of cheese on half a cherry tomato, two slices of salami, and two slices of toasted bread with cheese on top.
We won't be back, and I don't recommend it.

This snack bar advertises a meal for €9.90: main course, drink, and dessert. In reality, it's €11.90, as you have to add €2 for cutlery.
They offer about a dozen dishes, all served in pre-made trays that are microwaved.
The desserts are either a mini cannolo in various flavors or a croissant (made from frozen dough) with either a little Nutella or a little pastry cream.
The quality is rather mediocre, but it makes for a meal at €11.90 per person.
Our waitress was very friendly, and a cheese focaccia was offered with the meal.

01/05/2026: We ordered two mini chocolate brioches and a coffee. After waiting for half an hour, we went into the bar to check if they hadn't forgotten about us and our order. After asking why we had to wait so long, the very uninterested and rude waitress replied that there were other people to serve. After waiting half an hour, we got up and left. It was a terrible experience for us. I advise you not to go there because of their manners and the slowness with which they thought they would deliver our order.
