24/10/2025: The place is heavenly, the view and location are priceless. I'll start with this because I absolutely fell in love with it. Unfortunately, the hotel experience wasn't. The overall neglect of the place, with frayed curtains and crooked rods, slightly warped fake parquet floors, a plastic shower curtain, and questionable cleanliness. Given the difficulty in reaching the property (about 3 km of wonderful but not "easy" trail) with hundreds of steps and dirt roads, you're forced to dine in their restaurant, a room with a breathtaking view. There's a catch... the photos of the dishes published on the website don't reflect reality at all. We spent €100 for two people for a second course consisting of half a thin slice of swordfish, cooked to a slightly boiled effect, tossed on a base of bagged salad (a mix of radicchio and greens, very little), €27, along with two grilled eggplant and zucchini wafers. A cover charge of €7.50 each for pre-cooked sandwiches, half a liter of house wine (€15), a dessert such as Bindi, and a bitter liqueur. The red tablecloth was made of synthetic, non-iron material and wrinkled. In a place like this, I can pay even more for dinner, but everything has to be up to par. The same goes for breakfast, everything was defrosted and the cake was always packaged—€12 each. For a medium-sized dog, we paid €25 more (it was €35, which was a special price for us) than the price of the room booked through Booking.com, without having any utensils (a mat/bowl). As we very politely, merely as a suggestion, told the owner, simply charging high prices isn't enough to elevate the quality of the establishment; the factors that lead to that goal are multiple and interconnected. The exchange of opinions wasn't entirely pleasant, and the somewhat arrogant attitude and responses are what made me decide to write this negative review, something I never do. Advice: if you ever decide to go, don't bring a trolley, but a backpack.

18/09/2025: Why this hotel calls itself a resort is beyond my comprehension. The view from the room and from the restaurant terrace was fantastic. The super-nice colleague from Senegal made everything perfect; he was so friendly and so nice. Everyone else wasn't so keen on going in the off-season. But the boat trip is still worth it for relaxing and unwinding, including romantic sunsets. The prices are too high for what's on offer.

07/08/2025: I was very satisfied, from the starter to the dessert, everything was excellent, happy with both the quantity and the quality. I will be back at the end of August. Thank you so much ❤️

22/07/2025: Muy buena comida Recomiendo la pasta pesto - sin embargo, tenga en cuenta que el hombre de pie fuera del restaurante con sus gatos tratando de que las mujeres vayan a su lugar diciéndoles que puede cocinar para ellos. Realmente no me sentí el más seguro. . Fue un poco incómodo porque se quedó al lado de la cena al aire libre todo el tiempo.

We dined here with 12 people, and when it came time to take our orders, the waiter became annoyed because one of our guests ordered a first course before the appetizer. He showed us the order pad, asking where he should write the appetizer, since the first line was already taken up by spaghetti with clams. Result: the appetizer wasn't ordered. We then ordered gnocchi with Fassona ragù, and they got tomato gnocchi, and instead of the lemon scallops, we got chicken breast with potatoes. We then asked for three glasses of Vermentino, and the waiter replied that he would bring us a bottle of local wine. Only after we further insisted did we get the three glasses of wine. When it came time to order coffees, the waiter again became annoyed when we ordered a caffè macchiato, replying that that wasn't a real coffee, and even worse if ordered with hot milk. The icing on the cake when it came to paying the bill: we were told that only one of us would pay €538 (!!), or at most we could split the amount between those paying (when among us were both families of four and singles). The only thing we were told was, "I can't waste time splitting the bill." Only after we strongly protested did the annoyed waiter finally decide to split the bill equally. The disastrous outcome of the evening was probably also our fault; we should have realized there was definitely a reason the place was almost completely empty.

09/10/2025: Avoid this restaurant at all costs. Rude, uncultured, and dishonest waiter. I ordered two draft beers, 500 ml each. We brought two glasses of 300 ml each. I didn't notice right away, and then I called him over, asking why the difference. He said these are 500 ml glasses and everything is fine. Seeing how much nerve he had, I emptied the glass of beer and took a 300 ml Cola bottle from a nearby table (left by some customers). I filled it with water and emptied it into the glass, which filled the brim, asking him where the extra 200 ml could possibly fit. Very nervous, he started gesturing and, in a mix of Italian and English, trying to explain some nonsense to me. Seeing that I insisted, he addressed some Italian girls near us to translate for us. The young women, very embarrassed by the situation, kept repeating to us, 'You are right, you are right.'"

05/05/2025: Antipático, cuando derramamos un poco de té, pedimos una servilleta para limpiar el desastre, el camarero nos miró y dijo: "Lo limpio", luego nos dejó sentados en la mesa con té caliente por toda la mesa. Fue muy grosero con nosotros desde el momento en que entramos y no quería comida, solo té.

02/05/2025: Per lavoro,mi sono trovato più di una volta in zona Rapallo e ogni volta ho fatto tappa per pranzare in questo ristorante.Sempre tutto ok. Ottima pizza e focaccia al formaggio. Primi e secondi piatti top. Dolce pure. Servizio ,cortesia e pulizia impeccabili. Da provare!

11/10/2025: The owner is friendly and professional at the same time, a place to eat well and have fun, I recommend it but from December 27th they also go on holiday.

08/10/2025: Already a reasonably satisfied customer, I ordered ten pizzas for a dinner in Sori with friends. I called at 6:05 PM (they don't accept orders before that time), believing that by ordering early, the quality and service wouldn't change and that their job would actually be easier (silly me). When asked, "What time is delivery?" I replied 8:30 PM. At 8:35 PM, the pizzas arrived. Inedible! Simply because they were obviously cooked well in advance (to save themselves work during rush hour?) and then reheated for delivery. Ten very hard pizzas with dry toppings and coarsely chopped meats. One of them was mostly burned. All the guests left it on their plates. Never again! It's a shame because, while they're not a top-notch restaurant, they're one of the few in the area that delivers. The delivery guys are always kind and helpful.

07/10/2025: This was our favorite dinner in Cinque terre! Absolutely beautiful location (make sure to book early and ask for table with a view) delicious food and wonderful service! Everyone was friendly, let us move tables when it got cold, and just such a romantic setting. Highly recommend!

04/11/2025: We are two workers and we are offered a menu of the day for lunch... Risotto with courgettes and tripe... 2 tiramisu, half a bottle of loose white wine, a bottle of water, two coffees for the modest price of €73... The bill is made per course... The food is average, nothing exceptional, we definitely won't be back again...

25/10/2025: Waitress, probably the owner, arrogant and unfriendly, We order a vintage Prosecco from the wine list, they bring us a sparkling wine, we kindly ask it, and with the same freezing temperature of the empty restaurant, they tell us that we ordered a vintage wine... we try to make the lady understand that the wine list says Prosecco and not Spumante. The restaurateur, who evidently hasn't taken a course in good manners, nor has she ever been captivated by the wonderful world of Italian wine, offers us the only other Prosecco on the list, also not a Prosecco but a sparkling wine from a large retailer. At that point, so as not to ruin our evening and to avoid the lady's arrogance, we let it go. We ask if there are any appetizers on the menu, given the limited variety... Miss sympathy, with the severity of Miss Rottermeyer, says no, but two minutes later she brings out some bruschetta, not to mention the neighbors. No comment (probably local customers). The bill is 80 euros for two borage ravioli and a small appetizer. No discount. We paid full wine. Covers: 3.50, coffee: 2.50. The strudel is frozen and poorly heated in the microwave. Good manners and a little hospitality would be appreciated. Highly not recommended.

23/10/2025: Rip off. 5 euros for a glass of orange juice full of ice is a bit too much…bruschetta 🤦🏻‍♀️no comments. long story short AVOID this place

19/10/2025: 3 star hotel, room had small fridge and coffee maker. Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast for 10€

02/10/2025: 15 or 20 meters from the Plaza Principe train station exit, we were given a room for three, and the next day we had to move to another room for two. We found it too small for two, so I asked the owner if we could stay in the one we were in, quiet and not sandwiched between so many rooms. Money talked, and we were able to work it out. I'd rather pay a little more and be comfortable and quiet. She resolved the issue immediately. Good service. For a three-star hotel, the place looks clean and the rooms are well-maintained.

23/07/2025: The entire staff treated us all as family. They were generous and the food was wonderful, fresh, local cuisine.

30/06/2025: Neglected place, without a sign that makes its identity clear. In my opinion, the prices are too high to justify the place and the quality of the food. A 20 euro fish appetizer where the fish was almost absent and the salmon tasted stale... The badly cooked grilled fish where I had to give up the overcooked tuna... I gave up dessert and coffee to limit the DAMAGE... honestly, the owners need to review some things. For me it was not a happy expense...

15/10/2025: The service was awful, they looked at me badly, I responded rudely, madness. The food was almost okay, except for the hair found in the fries and the first course, which had to be for two people. There were eight of us and there weren't enough desserts for everyone. Nice place.

06/10/2025: I ate at this restaurant on a Saturday in September, and they clearly weren't prepared for the crowd. We waited about 45 minutes just to get our order. Once the appetizers arrived, which were half sold out, we had to change. For the main course, we waited about an hour with a 2-year-old who was practically falling asleep on the table. I don't think we'll be back, especially during this time of year! The staff didn't offer the slightest understanding, not even a word of apology; we were a bit disappointed.
