25/11/2024: Siamo stati a cena io e la mia compagna abbiamo mangiato un antipasto di pesce molto buono in due, due primi spaghetti alle vongole buonissimi , due calici di vino due caffè speso 70 euro considerando che eravamo sul lungomare di Rapallo il prezzo è buono , in un locale dietro di loro si è speso il doppio e mangiato male!

18/11/2024: Endroit très sympa, très bonne cuisine, service très agréable, un grand merci à notre serveur Giovanni (qui parle très bien le Français) Laissez-vous guider par Giovanni excellente pâtes dans la meule aux Parmesan.

30/03/2025: Veniamo spesso da Alfredo perché i piatti sono ottimi, creativi e ben presentati ! Staff molto cordiale. Oggi abbiamo apprezzato un amuse bouche eccellente: una polpettina tiepida di guancia di dentice con mayo al limone. Poi abbiamo scelto due primi squisiti: fusillone di granano con crema ai ricci e risotto acquerello con vaniglia, zafferano e gamberi viola. Un’ottima scelta al porto di Varazze !

03/03/2025: Location pulita e ordinata, con elementi new age coraggiosi di contrasto con l’ambiente circostante; Accoglienza da rivedere; La proposta delle pietanze risulta essere alquanto limitata e per di più (a sorpresa) a fine pranzo ci è stato detto che si poteva ordinare anche altro, anche se non era scritto sul menù; Politica del fare molto discutibile, poiché per una questione di allergie e di possibilità per l’attrezzatura in dotazione non si è potuta diversificare la cottura in questione (da come ha spiegato la signorina, penso fosse la proprietaria), inoltre al far notare come fosse limitante per il cliente non poter scegliere una pietanza diversa dal resto del gruppo di prendere il menù da 29€ (primo e secondo a loro scelta, acqua&caffè, anche questa discutibile come politica) mi è stato risposto che loro davano la possibilità di scegliere il menù di assaggi da 4 o 6 persone (si, ma a 70€ a testa!). Comunque la signorina in questione farebbe molto meglio a rivedere la sua prosopopea quando spiega o cerca di spiegare, perché si qualifica come scontrosa e poco chiara. Il sottoscritto si è finto accondiscendente, ma non stupido!

28/04/2025: Chissà come era negli anni 50/60, sicuro un ritrovo per famiglie e una bella atmosfera, ma oggi.... Un potenziale lasciato a decadere. Ci sarebbe un bel pergolato, spazio laterale, ma è tutto in decadenza. Il primo e la frittura erano buoni, ma, visto lo sporco e la forte puzza di fritto e stantio, non è il caso di tornare.

24/04/2025: Seguendo i racconti di amici genovesi che narravano la bontà delle acciughe ripiene e le meraviglie della sua cucina, dopo svariati anni mi trovo a Genova con la mia famiglia e riesco finalmente ad andare a cena dal mitico Barisone. Ci presentiamo di mercoledì sera: da fuori si vede il locale vuoto e la porta a vetri piena di ditate e di unto. Ci accoglie una persona trasandata che ci fa sedere e ci porta quattro menù anch'essi molto unti. Raccoglie le ordinazioni: 1 risotto ai frutti di mare 1 ravioli di mare 1 maltagliati al pesto 2 poker di acciughe 1 patatina fritta L'oste ribadisce la filosofia del locale: se non piace si manda indietro e non si paga. Dopo qualche minuto di attesa arrivano due dei tre primi e le acciughe: il riso, precotto e chiaramente bollito in acqua, era condito da cotto con un sugo, se così si può chiamare, fatto di teste di gamberetti e gusci di vongole vuote. I ravioli di pesce avevano lo stesso sapore del riso ossia non sapevano di nulla. Le acciughe fritte erano mangiabili, le altre, non cotte, non sono state neppure assaggiate per paura di finire all'ospedale. L'unico piatto mangiabile erano i maltagliati al pesto. Ma attenzione! La cosa peggiore non era il cibo ma lo sporco che ci circondava, i grumi di polvere sul soffitto, la scarsa igiene di piatti e posate (residui di cibo in un bicchiere, piatti unti e lavati male sui bordi, una bottiglia di ketchup che sgusciava via dalle mani). Finiamo le portate e cerchiamo di fuggire il prima possibile da questo incubo ma a questo punto dalla cucina spunta un personaggio a cui non affiderei neanche il pasto del mio cane: si trattava del cuoco, unico altra presenza nel locale. Non scrivo neppure quanto abbiamo speso perché anche un euro più di zero sarebbe troppo. Caro Barisone o come si chiama, si deve solo vergognare di accogliere le persone in questo modo.

15/04/2025: I ordered a lasagna for dinner for 14 euros and I thought they were serving it to me in parts, but no. That was all, he gave me six bites. Luckily I had half a sandwich left over from breakfast to finish eating. The waitress is very nice but does not express the dimensions of the dishes well. And my friend's umbrella was stolen at the entrance, regular security.

11/04/2025: Restaurant in Riomaggiore very good… Pasta - Pizza (excellent) Wine 🍷 good small selection of local ones.

29/09/2024: Delicious ice cream. I took pistacio and nutelline. Very soft texture.

05/01/2025: Good place, nice atmosphere, the bathroom lacks napkins to dry your hands but it's very nice The kebab doesn't cost much and the kebab shop is honest, he makes the sandwiches on the spot which requires at least a 40 minute wait, go there if you have time (and for a kebab near the station it's not the best) we got the sandwich several times and it has all the meat on top and salad on the bottom, being cooked to perfection it smashes sauces and chips all on top Even though it is apparently large, it does not satisfy like the usual kebabs, and even if it is cooked on the spot it arrives lukewarm/cold when eaten even if reheated

14/02/2025: You can't say "the pizza will arrive max 8.40pm" and then at 9.20pm I'm still waiting for it. It is unacceptable that you tell yourself a maximum time and you don't respect it. Rather, you don't say anything, and you don't make fun of the customers who might have canceled the order knowing that it would arrive 42 minutes later. Or you call the customer and ask him if the pizza is still good 40 minutes later. At least the pizza is reasonably good.

28/01/2025: 16 euros for an industrial hamburger weighing 120 grams I think. Not at all similar to the photo on the menu. Otherwise normal

12/01/2025: When we arrived the place was empty, 10 of us sat down and they asked that we all eat. Afterwards, they brought us a receipt and asked us to pay immediately at the table, even in a certain hurry and without the possibility of paying separately. After sitting for a while, the waiter asked us to lower our voices even though no one was shouting. Furthermore, since there are 10 of us, it is obvious that the added items could create a bit of confusion, but apparently we should have remained silent. Furthermore, the tea is served from the bottle in plastic cups and I don't think it is up to standard. My opinion for this place is negative because the customers don't deserve this treatment especially since we were the only ones in the place.

10/03/2025: Hi, I ate at Dick Turpin and I ate well, the service was sufficient, it was a shame about the plastic bottle of water. An advice if you give water, bring it in a glass bottle and an advice for the rest. I ate very well. The paccheri were very good. The guys on the staff were very very kind and professional. I hope to return.

08/01/2025: Very very simple place, pizza with a thin and digestible dough but the sausage on top wasn't good so I discarded it. The chop was good, soft and juicy, the seafood salad was poor and looked like the kind bought at the supermarket in a plastic tub. Fairly insignificant carafe wine. I saw mixed fried and grilled fish passing by and they looked like nice dishes, but I can't comment because we didn't choose them.

22/12/2024: The lady made me pay €2 more than on the menu. I don't like being made fun of. Receipt not detailed.

22/02/2025: Vado spesso perché qualsiasi cosa che mangio non mi delude mai. Da provare assolutamente i ravioli sia al ragù classico che al ragù bianco però non Parlare dei maltagliati agli scampi o dei secondi sempre molto buoni.

16/02/2025: Bravissimi. Menù vario con piatti anche particolari ed insoliti. Tutto cucinato benissimo con materie prime ottime anche se semplici. Porzioni molto soddisfacenti . Mangiato benissimo a prezzo contenuto. Ambiente accogliente e buon servizio

08/02/2025: Il signore non effettua pagamenti con POS (ricordo che è obbligatorio, ma nonostante questo si rifiuta di spendere due spicci in più), inoltre non fa gli scontrini (prima di rivolgermi qua a fare una recensione, l’ho già ripreso punteggiando questi suoi comportamenti illegali, ma a distanza di un mese ho notato che non ci sono stati cambiamenti). Mi chiedo, dobbiamo arrivare al punto di mandarti la finanza???? Per non parlare del suo comportamento menefreghista e frettoloso. Completamente bocciato. Riguardo le sue pizzette e focacce, non è la prima volta che mi capita un pelo!! Gravissimo.
