I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Liguria

19/05/2025: Siamo ritornati a distanza di qualche anno e abbiamo ritrovato piacevolmente la stessa qualità e cortesia. Locale elegante con cucina piuttosto raffinata e ricercata, piatti non convenzionali con gusti davvero speciali. Ogni portata è una piacevole sensazione, crema di zucca con calamaro croccante davvero fantastica! Luogo assolutamente consigliato magari per festeggiare una ricorrenza e andare sul sicuro perché mangerete senza dubbio alla grande. Personale estremamente preparato, location top, del resto siete a Boccadasse, non serve dire nulla. Conto giusto per la qualità generale!

16/05/2025: Personale gentile e servizio veloce. Il pesce è di ottima qualità. Le porzioni soprattutto dei secondi un po’ troppo piccole ( il trancio di ombrina seppur squisito erano 3 bocconi). Nel complesso sia stati bene, piazzetta molto tranquilla a pochi metri dal mare, in considerazione del conto vorresti mangiare un pochino di più .

11/10/2025: The food wasn't the best; plastic was found inside the food. There were endless waits. Last-arriving customers were served, not first-arriving ones. The place was warm, and the tables were stuck together.

26/05/2025: Abbiamo letto le recensioni al venerdì sera e abbiamo subito prenotato per il sabato sera , subito al telefono si vede la serie , ci avvisano che è pieno però se passiamo per le 21:30 un posto per 2 salterà fuori, così abbiamo seguito il consiglio, arrivati alle 21 :30 , ci hanno accolto con un gran sorriso e cortesia , tutti gli ingredienti sono di prima qualità, si vede e si sente , serviti nel tempo giusto , tutto cucinato a doc , hanno un ottimo menù , vasta scelta di vini e di dolci , spazi adeguati al cliente , prezzi nella norma , staff molto cordiali e simpatico , ci torneremo la prossima volta sicuramente, parcheggio in zona c’è , prenotare per tempo

17/06/2025: Notre restaurant préféré de Sanremo. Très belle terrasse, bonne ambiance, accueil très chaleureux, cuisine magnifique avec des produits frais et d’excellente qualité. On y allait trois fois en une semaine et l’on se réjouit d’y retourner. Merci !

04/06/2025: Ci sono posti che non sono solo ristoranti, ma vere e proprie esperienze. Nicò, in piazza Bresca a Sanremo, è uno di questi. Il cibo è semplicemente eccellente: piatti freschi, delicati, preparati con cura e passione. Ogni boccone racconta una storia di qualità e amore per la cucina. L’ambiente è caldo, accogliente, curato nei dettagli , si respira un’atmosfera autentica, che ti fa sentire a casa. Ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stata la ragazza che ci ha serviti: di una dolcezza e disponibilità rare, gentile, attenta e sempre con il sorriso. È riuscita a rendere la nostra serata ancora più speciale. Un applauso sincero allo chef, vero artista della cucina, capace di sorprendere con abbinamenti audaci ma sempre perfettamente equilibrati. Si percepisce passione, ricerca, e un tocco di genio che rende ogni portata un piccolo capolavoro curato nei minimi dettagli ! 26/07/2025: Cené en Angolo 48 recientemente y tuve sentimientos encontrados sobre la experiencia. La comida era buena, con sabores decentes, pero el tamaño de las porciones era decepcionantemente pequeño para el precio. Lamentablemente, el personal fue bastante antipático, lo que restó valor a la experiencia general. Si bien el qual ITy de los platos era sólido, las porciones pequeñas y el mal servicio hacen que sea difícil de recomendar.

26/07/2025: Con mia moglie siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante di cucina tipica ligure elegante raffinato ubicato in pieno centro a Santa Margherita Ligure nella zona pedonale. Ci siamo accomodati in uno dei vari tavoli all’aperto con vista sulla via e ci sono anche tavoli interni. Abbiamo ordinato come antipasti: una insalata caprese con mozzarella di bufala dop pomodoro perle di basilico e verdure grigliate Come secondi abbiamo optato per il pesce con dei calamari fritti ed una orata alla ligure. Ottimo il pane portato a tavola. Ottima la qualità degli antipasti e del pesce porzioni giuste squsito. Personale accogliehte sorridente competente cordiale e disponibile. Servizio attentissimo e veloce e prezzi cari ma giusti per la qualità dei piatti. My wife and I had dinner at this elegant and refined restaurant serving traditional Ligurian cuisine, located in the pedestrian area of Santa Margherita Ligure. We sat at one of the several outdoor tables overlooking the street, and there are also indoor tables. For appetizers, we ordered: a Caprese salad with DOP buffalo mozzarella, tomato, basil pearls and grilled vegetables. For main courses, we opted for fish with fried calamari and Ligurian-style sea bream. The bread served was excellent. The quality of the appetizers was excellent, and the fish was delicious, with generous portions. The staff was welcoming, smiling, competent, friendly, and helpful. The service was very attentive and fast, and the prices were expensive but fair for the quality of the dishes.

14/06/2025: Disappointed ! Ordered a Campari spritz but not quite sure what I got?? Same colour but definitely not the real thing ??? Very poor offerings for accompanied nibbles compared to other neighbours /competitors nearby !! Bruschetta offering was bread (not toasted) and Doritos 🤷‍♀️

20/10/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday, cover charge for 2 adults and a child was €9!!!! Small portions and the bill was incredibly high. €7 each was absolutely insane 😱😱😱😱, not even a single euro off. We'll never go back again...

15/11/2025: Very good food, carefully prepared with quality ingredients. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming and instantly puts you at ease. Highly recommended.

19/10/2025: We visited in early September. The restaurant, unfortunately, looks very nice. The waiter and the owner are very kind. Everything is very clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the food is a disaster. From the look of it, and from the first bite, it was clear that everything had been reheated several times and had been languishing in the kitchen for some time. We had confirmation from local acquaintances that, unfortunately, it's considered a restaurant with very poor food.

21/09/2025: A very nice place on the seafront. Greta makes excellent drinks, and the staff is generally very friendly. The prices are fair, especially considering the location. We felt right at home, and I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area! Michael

11/09/2025: Pros: They had good non-alcoholic drinks, the staff was friendly, and the music selection was fantastic. Cons: The bill! I paid over €21 for a medium beer and two non-alcoholic drinks. That's fine, considering it's a bar right on the beach.

08/03/2025: A hamburger with no taste of dry bacon, fries that were too salty, and I'm even talking about fried calamari, the first and last time. And the best part: 2 bottles of water filled at the fountain.

14/10/2025: Simple but great quality food. Great location in the old town and such lovely service. Good spot for a light lunch and a glass of wine.

27/09/2025: Really good coffee at the counter, friendly and fast staff. Prices are in line with the national average.
