08/08/2026: Naturally, the place is touristy and everything costs twice as much as usual, but the prices are listed on the menu and they're not trying to deceive anyone. You're paying for the location, which is unbeatable. The service was excellent, and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset in Portofino.

10/07/2026: Rude and arrogant, sunbeds and umbrellas were available, and they wanted to charge me full price for 3 and a half hours! 35 euros for one person. Not even a "sorry" or "what?" Don't worry, I have lots of followers and I'll spread the word. I went to two adjacent restrooms, very kind, and paid 15 euros for a sunbed and umbrella. I hope you can use the money you make for hospitals.

07/06/2026: A rich, original menu featuring the freshest seafood (for those who also want meat, of course). Each dish is better than the last. We return often, and each time we bring new friends who rave about the food. Beautiful location, dining by the sea with a stunning view. The service is fast, and as soon as you arrive, they bring you excellent focaccia. We think Ristorante Bagni Molo is a gem you absolutely must try!

23/09/2025: Terrible place!! I went in to politely ask to use the bathroom, they told me that a drink was mandatory, so I got a glass of water. As soon as I left, I wanted to use the hand dryer and noticed that it worked, but there was no paper. I reported this, and not only was my card denied, but I was also rudely told off, accusing me of spending so little, with rather ridiculous excuses! Stay away from these stingy and dishonest people!

30/07/2025: The waitress was incredibly kind and let us dine after the kitchen closed. She even offered us a dessert from the display case. She was truly lovely and highly recommends it! 👍👍👍👍👍

21/05/2026: A lot of negative reviews but if you’re looking for an affordable option in Portofino (which is not easy) this is the place. Soft drinks for 6€. Food might come from the freezer but for affordable good Italian food you shouldn’t be in such a tourist hotspot in a my opinion. Locals also seem to come here for a quick bite.

15/05/2026: Avoid at all costs!! This is what you call being ripped off. All the dishes are frozen and microwaved! They open the lid, microwave it, and pour it onto your plate. It's a disgrace! You'll see for yourself when you go to the restroom because they do it right in front of you. Avoid at all costs!!!

29/05/2026: Overall, I'd say the place is just okay in every way... I won't be back; it was a dinner with friends I was invited to. Nothing exciting, but not terrible either... The pesto is good... The owner is a nice guy... as for the rest, there are better places in the area...

25/08/2025: Not reccomended, you can hear yelling from kitchen, staff is mistreated, saw food getting picked up from floor by owner when i went to the toilet, food isn't very good, just near the port for tourists, didn't recieve bill, nightmare, wrong oders delivered, and pasta that should have been yellow came out white, bathroom disgustingly dirty

24/08/2025: Costa del Sert. They were yelling in the kitchen, and the owner was even swearing at the staff. The waiter was definitely in trouble, or at least pretty out of sync. The recycling bins were inside, clearly visible when going to the bathroom (top quality). The pizzas were raw, the dough was white. We left everything behind. Never ever again! No point in talking about service, etc. Nightmare kitchen. We strongly advise against it!

06/04/2026: A lifesaver when you have nothing else to eat. This snack bar advertises a meal for €9.90: main course, drink, and dessert. In reality, it's €11.90, as you have to add €2 for cutlery. They offer about a dozen dishes, all served in pre-made trays that are microwaved. The desserts are either a mini cannolo in various flavors or a croissant (made from frozen dough) with either a little Nutella or a little pastry cream. The quality is rather mediocre, but it makes for a meal at €11.90 per person. Our waitress was very friendly, and a cheese focaccia was offered with the meal.

25/07/2026: A disastrous experience from start to finish. There were five of us, and from the moment we arrived, the tone was set: the napkins and cutlery were simply placed on the table in a "help yourself" style, without the table even being set. Quite a surprising welcome for a restaurant. I then had the misfortune of reading the Google reviews, which described the restaurant as a disaster… and unfortunately, after eating there, I completely understand why. The waiter arrived when there were five of us, with a sixth chair at the end of the table. He literally threw himself onto this chair, shouting "Buonasera," and spilled olive oil all over the tablecloth. No apology, no particular reaction: simply, "Have you chosen?" At that point, we were already about to leave, but we felt it was impolite to leave the restaurant after we had already been seated. The worst part is that we had to remove the oil-soaked tablecloth ourselves and ask for it to be changed. Otherwise, the waiter would have simply left the stained tablecloth on the table. We ended up ordering a bottle of red wine, which the waiter didn't even offer us a taste of before serving us, along with three spaghetti carbonara, one penne arrabbiata, and some cheese gnocchi. Very classic dishes, so nothing too adventurous. The dishes took about 30 minutes to arrive, but more importantly, they arrived at completely different times. The three carbonaras arrived first, then the gnocchi five minutes later, and the penne arrabbiata arrived ten minutes after the carbonaras. So we had to eat one after the other rather than all together. As for the food, it was frankly very average. Nothing particularly bad, but nothing good or exceptional either. In the end, it's just pasta: edible, nothing more. Once we finished our meals, we waited a good twenty minutes before anyone bothered to clear the table. And even then, no one did: I finally had to ask for the bill before the waiter would clear the table and take our payment. Not a single "Did everything go well?", not a single "Sorry for the wait," not the slightest consideration for the customers. And that's not all: we paid €3 for a plastic bottle of water. We also asked for Parmesan cheese to go with the pasta. We were brought a large bowl filled with pre-grated Parmesan, meant for the whole table, with just a single spoon to serve ourselves. Again, it looked more like Parmesan from a supermarket package than something carefully prepared and presented in an Italian restaurant. In short: nonexistent welcome, disorganized and unprofessional service, dishes served with significant delays, interminable wait, no apologies or attention paid to customers, and very mediocre food. A truly disappointing experience from start to finish. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

19/07/2026: A real tourist trap. The staff barely spoke English and we had to place our order twice because the first waiter seemed to have forgotten us. We managed to get a bottle of water and bread, but noticed that several other guests barely touched their food and seemed very unhappy. The bread was dry and seemed old. Then we read the reviews on Google and realized that many described the same negative experiences. After about 15 minutes we said we would pay for the water and left. In addition, the tablecloth was dirty. Therefore, we cannot recommend the restaurant.
