02/08/2025: at first it was a nice place and was seated outside. Although the service was slow, especially considering the ratio between customer and staff. The shared starter platter was pretty big, infact most portions are big here. Although after starters it took a long time for us to recieve our main courses. The pork was bad and the potatoes were fine. For the pizzas it was mainly okay. The biggest issue was the time between each server interaction. Like i said, very slow service. Portions are filling but you may experience slow service.

08/12/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance; we had a layover in Genoa and wanted to try the pasta with pesto. We had a great time; the staff was friendly, the service was quick, and they even left us an extra plate of trofie with pesto to share. The pasta was very good and the price was fair. I recommend it.

05/12/2025: A cozy bar with very fast service. Kudos to Alessio, the former bearded guy, for his friendliness and warmth.

24/08/2025: We came back specifically for pasta and clams, but it was really, really bad. Spaghettini (???!! I've never seen pasta and clams with the very fine ones) were also undercooked. There was no seafood flavor, really disappointing! The quality/price ratio was out of proportion. Too bad. I made a bad impression on the people I brought.

24/08/2025: Dated restaurant, if you pay by card it seems like they are doing you a favor, unreadable receipts and very long waiting times, rude and uninterested owner, not a good choice at all, I strongly advise against it

26/04/2025: It was an experience that no one should have to try, first of all we had booked for 8.30 and they gave our table to another family making us wait outside so that one could be freed inside. Mostly this table was behind the counter and therefore lost from the others, we sat down and saw the menu which was nice but a little poor, we had to wait 40 minutes before a waiter came to take our order. As soon as we ordered we had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes before they came to our table, mostly we hadn't even ordered something impossible, a plate of trofie with pesto which was missing salt, a mixed fry which they gave to another lady and 3 pizzas.

17/04/2026: Violent bodyguards. I was slapped by a girl because I approached her friend to cheer her up, given that we knew each other. Her friend arrived and for no reason slapped me in the face. The bodyguards, seeing the situation, decided to kick me out, not her, using very violent methods. I wasn't putting up any resistance. Thank you, great evening, *****. I'll never go back there again!!!!!!

12/04/2026: A very negative experience at Estoril Genova. I was repeatedly asked to cover up with a simple tank top, while inside the establishment there were customers (especially women) wearing much more revealing clothing, without any kind of warning. After the second warning, I decided to leave. A dress code, if it exists, should apply to everyone. When it is applied selectively, especially towards certain individuals, it inevitably raises the suspicion that there is a discriminatory attitude behind it, even homophobic. In 2026, this is simply unacceptable. I have no intention of repeating this experience.

The service is poor, and they show no commitment to treating everyone equally. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for proper service or even a modicum of respect.

05/03/2026: I visited this pastry shop and was very satisfied. The products are fresh and of excellent quality, and the coffee service is also excellent. In particular, the smiling young lady who made me the cappuccino was very kind and professional, and the cappuccino was truly excellent. A very positive experience. I definitely recommend it.

26/02/2026: I love Panarello for the quality of their merchandise, but lately they've been hiring incompetent and rude people. They're continuing to penalize customers by moving employees from one store to another! However, if this continues, their turnover will drop.

Abbiamo ordinato una zuppa di cozze—ci hanno portato una specie di schifezza nel piatto: gamberi pieni di sabbia, cozze che puzzavano di marcio. 10/02/2026: I went to this store to pick up a Vinted package. Unfortunately, the interaction with the cashier was unpleasant: when I asked for assistance, I received an excessively harsh and impatient response, completely unjustified given the situation. I found the attitude unprofessional and needlessly hostile toward a customer who was simply using a service offered by the store.
