From the prosecco to the starter: my scampi crudite tasted amazing, buffalla 👍🏻, main course: black sepia risotto excellent (great flavor combinations), dessert chocolate tart 🥰 and the espresso was also great! The service is very friendly, attentive and guest-oriented. We were impressed by the quality of the food. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

While we were paying at the cash register, the farmer from the Il Boschetto farm also arrived with his very fresh Brigasca ricottas, highlighting the close synergy with the local farms, underlining a commitment to quality and freshness which is good beyond the norm. Everything that was served in this restaurant was of the best quality and, above all, prepared with love and expertise. grace A prossima Volta Rolf and Karin Wagner and boxer Allegra Now we were there again in September. Because we were happy there 10 times in June. This time we were not completely satisfied because we realized that length of stay is more important than satisfied guests. Too bad! We were disappointed after 5 more visits. That's why I'm unfortunately taking back 3 stars. Too bad

05/10/2024: Waren zweimal zu 6 zweimal zu 4 einmal 2 .Waren eigentlich zufrieden bis zum letzten Abend. Zwei haben Schnitzel bestellt. Einmal mit Pommen 12 Euro war ok einmal mir Spaghetti 18 Euro!!!!! Wieso 6 Euro für Spaghetti? Keine Pommes!!!! War nicht gerechtfertigt. Schade werden im nächsten Jahr nicht mehr essen gehen!

07/12/2024: A place with attention to every single detail, cleanliness, hospitality, professionalism, dining room staff present and efficient without being intrusive, the fan reigns supreme for this restaurant that I have been wanting to visit for over a year. I had passed through Spotorno twice more, but each time, better for them, it was always sold out, this time I finally sat down in their winter room with an enchanting view of the sea. An off-menu item caught our attention, a mixture of exceptional crudités and oysters, in addition to the beautiful presentation, we tasted fresh and carefully crafted products. We continued with a seafood carbonara with crudités, a dish of unexpected delicacy, and with house tagliatelle with seafood, and finally we found the tagliatelle not rough but slightly smooth and soft. A perfect taste balance of the dishes. I asked for grilled vegetables, I was expecting the classic that they give in all restaurants, but instead a nice surprise in a very original and out of the ordinary dish that I had not yet seen in 35 years of restaurant business! a well-deserved applause to the chef and kitchen staff. The paired wine was a cá del bosco. We concluded the dinner with two desserts that were also particular and tasty. Congratulations to the restaurant managers, dining room and kitchen staff. We highly recommend this venue. Let us remember that quality has a price that we must be able to understand, appreciate and accept, only then can we judge with full knowledge of the facts.

22/08/2024: invece simone, chef giovane e creativo, 5 pallini se li merita proprio tutti. abbiamo provato il menù di mare, divertente e sorprendente. si nota la forte influenza piemontese, con ricordi di bagna cauda, di salsa verde, di aglio, di acciuga, di nocciole, presenti in quasi tutti i piatti, che noi abbiamo davvero molto apprezzato. i 2 secondi alla brace, ombrina e secreto, grigliati davvero a regola d'arte. un piccolo consiglio: se il cremoso di cioccolato, invece che col cioccolato al latte, da buon piemontese, lo fai col gianduia, spacca! carta dei vini interessante con parecchie proposte locali (e anche diversi nebbioli e derivati!). ottimo anche il servizio, gestito con attenzione da una ragazza simpatica, competente ed appassionata. adeguato e moderato, una volta ogni tanto, perfino il conto. bravo, anzi, bravi!

31/12/2024: I speak as a Genoese!!!Pesto diluted with cream! Eat only cream and garlic! We order the rice cake and we get a tomato rice cake (the original one is white!) which was disgusting! It was tomato risotto (we wondered if it was recycled) inside a pastry sheet: no eggs, no prescinseua! Good lean capon. Good pumpkin pie. Honestly, as a Genoese I understood that they make fun of people there! Sin
