A must-visit!
The carbonara is simply top-notch, and the atmosphere is super clean and welcoming.
The service is truly top-notch: it's hard to find restaurants like this these days... thanks to the fantastic Gabriele, who is incredibly attentive and thoughtful in making sure everything is absolutely perfect.

The typical Roman pasta dishes are excellent, very generous and flavorful. It's impossible to eat an appetizer or a main course given the quantity. The staff is very courteous, attentive, and friendly.

The restaurant is beautiful both inside and out. I opted for the chicken alla romana, which was out of this world. The chicken was particularly delicious, but I regretted not ordering the tonnarelli cacio e pepe🥹, even though I admit it was objectively too cheesy. The waiters were very kind and helpful, so I highly recommend this place!

Everything was very pleasant..... I say this as a Roman living away from home. Tasty dishes, welcoming service, and a refined atmosphere.
The only major flaw is the limited menu options. They aren't prepared for food intolerances. I couldn't choose anything from the menu because I couldn't remove the cheese, not even from the charcuterie board...
