The meal starts off with a bang: crusty bread, fragrant olive oil, and churned butter of exceptional quality. Each dish is a lovely surprise, full of flavor and carefully presented. The service is attentive without being overly formal, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The waiters are extremely kind. A well-deserved Michelin star for this small restaurant that made every moment very special for us!

20/08/2025: A wonderful discovery in Savonne. A very warm welcome, a very nice wine list with excellent recommendations. You can feel the passion for their craft in their cuisine. Everything was excellent, from the starter to the limoncello (which is homemade like everything else!) A place not to be missed 👍

25/08/2025: Best food we have had in town. We got the risotto with red prawn, gnocchi and sea bream. Everything was so fresh and perfect. Service was good. Very friendly and accommodating to our kids. I also love the ambience. We would def come back.

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, always smiling and attentive without ever being intrusive. I tried the potato dumplings with escarole, sausage, and pine nuts: a flavorful dish, well-balanced, and made with top-quality ingredients. Next up was the creamy, flavorful brandacujun, executed to perfection. A welcoming restaurant that combines traditional dishes with attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic experience in Finalborgo!

04/09/2025: We came as a family without a reservation and were immediately found a table. I recommend and approve of everything from appetizers to main courses. A beautiful menu available in several languages, friendly and responsive service. My suggestion: the focaccia with porcini mushrooms and truffles 🫰
