14/09/2025: A restaurant in the shadow of the Papal Palace...a beautiful, characteristic location! Had dinner outdoors with friends, a pleasant evening. Pizza.....excellent, truly good, the menu change was welcomed with a smile. The bill was unsurprising.....excessively long wait times and a somewhat nervous employee marred an otherwise 5-star service.... Definitely worth a second chance.

06/09/2025: Definitely a good experience that has continued for years now. Mr. Pietro is an excellent host. Both the food and the pizza are good. Recommended.

22/08/2025: A café inside a gas station. Breakfast and lunch are served in a pleasantly decorated space with well-maintained restrooms. The croissants aren't excellent, but they're average.

10/08/2025: I stayed at this agriturismo and was very satisfied. The welcome was warm and welcoming, and the owners are wonderful people. Surrounded by greenery, it's ideal for those seeking relaxation and contact with nature. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The pool, beautiful and clean, is perfect for relaxing on hot days. We'll definitely be back.

29/08/2025: Very good and plentiful dishes despite the slightly high prices for pasta. Very kind staff.

22/08/2025: We had lunch with truly delicious first courses, both the tricolor fettuccine and the pistachio pici (long pasta made with water and flour)! Next time, I'll try the second courses and side dishes, which are also very promising... The coffee was excellent (a rare find at a restaurant), and to finish (see photo), a truly exceptional lemon mousse with biscuit crumble! The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and very polite, truly delightful people. Well done!!!

25/07/2025: Posto immerso nella campagna al confine tra il Lazio e la Toscana, tavolo apparecchiato come si deve in un bel contesto agreste.vPrimi promossi a pieni voti, coniglio fritto ottimo, e poi le patatine fritte pazzesche, veniamo all'unico punto critico della serata la tagliata, la carne come correttamente mi era stato anticipato dalla nostra cameriera si è rilevata piuttosto dura e grassa, tanto è vero che loro per gli stessi motivi non propongono la bistecca; dolci fatti da loro molto buoni. Servizio perfetto carta dei vini non chilometrica ma con vini locali di assoluta eccellenza e conto in linea con quello che abbiamo preso.

14/07/2025: Posto bellissimo immerso nel verde ! Abbiamo mangiato un antipasto con parmigiana di melanzane e gnudi ! Strepitosi ! Per finire poi con il maialino arrosto e una tagliata ! Se si soggiorna in. Zona Pescia Romana dovete provalo :) prezzi buoni

03/10/2025: More of a trattoria than a restaurant, I'd say. I've been there several times. Those accustomed to five-star restaurants will certainly rate it poorly. For those who enjoy good food without too many "buts," then it's an excellent restaurant and a good price. The building is certainly dated, but I don't mind the building; I eat what's in the flavorful and tasty dishes. The prices are more than fair.

19/07/2025: An interesting example of a preserved Italian Gothic church. Austere and dark, with few works of art inside, but beautiful in its simplicity.

28/09/2025: Well... what can I say? The agriturismo has enormous potential, the property is beautiful, including a pool, but that's where the positives end. Things that didn't go as planned: I know we're in the countryside, but the windows and balcony shutters were full of bedbugs, and every time we opened the window to let air in, several would come in. The building where our room was was neglected; the window frames needed painting, and perhaps removing the cobwebs from the stairs would have been a good idea. It's impossible to speak to the owner/manager except via WhatsApp... But the answers don't arrive, or they arrive late. The staff should make the guest feel welcome. In reality, they speak very little... The bare minimum, maybe even less... For example, when we arrived, they didn't even show us the facility, but took it straight to our room without saying anything else. Now I'll say something that might seem silly... In the bed and breakfasts I've stayed in, coffee pods were free. Here, if you wanted them, they cost the same as an espresso at a bar, €1.50. Also, if you went to their bar for an espresso, the price was €2.00. On the last night (of the three we stayed), the bathroom drain started gurgling, and we couldn't sleep at all. When we reported the issue (with a recording to document the problem), they didn't offer us any discount. Why? Because the girls there are probably employees and can't decide what to do on their own. We booked the first night with "wonderbox" (it was a gift package). The girls at reception didn't know what it was, and furthermore, since we had booked two more nights, we were entitled to a 10% discount on other bookings and a 20% discount on dinner. The girls didn't know anything. Well... As mentioned, it's a shame, because those who love country accommodations will find a truly beautiful property... As mentioned, with many, many flaws.

28/09/2025: I stayed at this farm last week and was very happy with all the little animals I got to meet, but I wasn't so happy with the room. The mattress was too low, which caused back pain the next day, and the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable, especially the toilet, where you couldn't even sit up because your legs hit the wall.

19/09/2025: Passing through Viterbo with my family, we dined at this simple trattoria where the focus is on service, a family atmosphere, and the food: rare qualities when you add the moderate prices. We tried the venison both as a first course with tagliatelle and as a second course: fantastic! But the most delicious thing were the figs from Maurizio's tree! Marcella (I've Italianized her name to avoid mistakes) was incredibly kind and charming, Maurizio's irreplaceable sidekick.

13/09/2025: Wild boar pappardelle like this... I've never eaten it before. Excellent service, a welcoming, family atmosphere. Alessandro is kind, patient, and always polite. Fantastic owners!

13/09/2025: This restaurant is right in the center of town, on a small, welcoming square. It has ample outdoor space and a very beautiful, well-maintained interior. The platter is generous and excellent, and my ravioli were good, but served almost cold. The only downside is the service: there aren't enough staff for the number of people present, and under pressure, they made several mistakes, not to mention the slowness. After ordering, I had to change dishes because the original dishes weren't available... and my appetizer never arrived. Having an extra waitstaff could have made a difference. Prices are good for a central location and for the excellent ingredients used.

08/09/2025: Very nice and well-kept place. We had two porchetta sandwiches and two platters, both delicious. Fair prices!! The staff is very kind!!! Highly recommended.

12/09/2025: AMAZING PORCHETTA Having arrived from the Montefiascone-Viterbo stop on the Via Francigena, I was hungry and craving a well-made porchetta sandwich. Wandering around the center, I stumbled upon this grocery store that seemed just the thing. My instincts were right. I ate a sandwich first and then had a second because it was so good. The owner knows how to recommend the best. The combination of porchetta and sautéed chicory is sublime. The owner was also kind enough to hold my backpack for a few hours. I even bought the pork chops to take home as a souvenir! RECOMMENDED! Reasonably priced.

12/09/2025: I stumbled upon this island of flavors by chance, looking for a quick meal to conclude today's stage. I highly recommend it, treat it, and "pamper" it like the most regular customer. Top-quality products, kindness, and availability in large quantities. Highly recommended.

12/10/2025: I've known this place for many years. It's a quiet place, the food is good, and the staff is very friendly. The chef always comes out to check if everything is okay. The quality, friendliness, and service are excellent.

20/09/2025: I don't care anymore and I found out about the group that went that Saturday, 19 people, then no one went, what the owner is making up, it would have been quicker to apologize instead of responding as he did
