11/11/2024: La proposta del ristorante è diversa da quella usuale dei locali del centro storico, in genere più legata a piatti della tradizione. Il Giardino del Papero ha un menù con prodotti locali, ma preparati e serviti in modo più innovativo ed accurato. Il costo è quindi più elevato rispetto alla concorrenza. Il locale è molto carino, in particolare lo spazio all'aperto. Il servizio è molto sorridente ed accogliente. Abbiamo mangiato bene: ottimo il tuorlo d'uovo con porcini e tartufo, così come le tagliate e la guancia. Molto buoni anche i dolci. Carta dei vini ampia e con un ricarico corretto.

16/11/2024: A very nice and familiar environment, the owner was nice and friendly, we had mushroom bruschetta starters for lunch, very good, and aubergine meatballs, also good. For starters, cacio e pepe and pancetta tagliatelle made by them, very good. Everything is homemade, even the dessert, a chocolate roll and trifle, fabulous. The prices are a little higher than average but it's worth it, we will definitely go again with our daughter and granddaughter.

10/08/2024: Piacevole scoperta nella città di Viterbo. Locale molto curato nei dettagli, sia la proprietaria che il personale si sono mostrati subito accoglienti e cortesi. La cucina è straordinaria, ogni portata è degna di nota, non ci si può sbagliare, complimenti allo chef!

26/06/2024: Mario e Rosita due ospiti perfetti, due intenditori della buona cucina e del buon vino. Piatti favolosi, creatività all'ennesima potenza, sapori indimenticabili. Insomma se siete in zona non potete non provare la cucina di Mario e Rosita e le loro"chicche" golose! Super consigliato

26/05/2024: Enchanting location in the oldest center of the city. Cozy and charming place. Some staff members were slightly rude, long wait even though the place was quite empty. Questionable food. It's a shame because the place is really nice.

27/12/2024: Found by chance as it is one of the very few places open for Boxing Day near the Best Western hotel where we were staying. Found by chance but to return by choice and to recommend. Pizza by the slice to take away or to eat on the spot like we did. Very good, with various fillings. Friendly service, more than fair prices.

04/12/2024: The pizza is good, both the dough and the toppings. Fast service and there is always a wide choice of pizza.

24/09/2024: Walking through the unfamiliar streets of Viterbo we came across this café in a beautiful square. Pleasant surprise for a good aperitif with hot bruschetta!

06/01/2025: Incuriositi dalla recente vittoria in un noto programma tv, decidiamo di prenotare... A mio avviso, rapporto qualità prezzo non adeguato...antipasto nella media, idem i primi..per il resto, servizio al di sotto della media: abbiamo chiesto un semplice cambio del tipo di pasta per il piccolo, risposta quasi seccata "Non si può fare..." mai successo e comunque si può rispondere con tono più educato...inoltre consiglio di prepare i camerieri su cosa si propone, perché ho chiesto semplicemente cos'era un tipo di secondo proposto fra "i piatti del giorno" e mi è stato risposto "non so cosa sia..NON SONO DELLA ZONA..." mah! Infine, tempi di attesa lunghissimi e mai un cenno di spiegazione del perché... anche i commensali vicini hanno fatto analoga considerazione (delusi!!) dei lunghi tempi di attesa e soprattutto della mancanza di spiegazioni... insomma, personalmente è stata una delusione...

21/08/2024: Hotel with well-kept garden and good, plentiful and varied breakfast. We had been assigned a very small first room, absurdly with a large balcony, but as there were these problems with the air conditioning, the next day we were assigned another slightly larger one, adequate for the 3 nights booked. Nothing to say about the furnishings, other than the lack of bedside tables, but the bathroom should be revisited, although it didn't seem clean due to limescale marks on the tiles and shower glass and rust in the corners. Very comfortable bed with topper Smelly wardrobe and towels

21/08/2024: It is a nice but aged hotel with various details rather neglected; located in an isolated industrial area, it does not offer a restaurant service and therefore there are some difficulties in organizing. Nice room with very comfortable bed, quite spacious; good cleaning. Varied and abundant buffet breakfast. Quite annoying that after the first day we had to change rooms due to a leak in the air conditioner and we were not offered help to move our stuff / offered e.g. free drink from the fridge; furthermore, as soon as we arrived we were urged to move the car to the rear car park while other customers who arrived in the afternoon with us were allowed to leave it near the reception for the whole night
