14/03/2025: My husband and I stopped for lunch. We ate spaghetti with clams, sea bream and stewed octopus. ....a goodness. The waiter (I assume he is also the owner) confessed to us that the cook is his sister 😂 and he doesn't want it to go to her head because she is good 🙏😂. I highly recommend!

Cortesia e professionalità fra parte degli operatori e dipendenti detto bar. Filippo e Barbara sono estremamente cordiali e disponibili a consigliarti il meglio da offrire ai palati della clientela. Sia abitudinaria che per coloro i quali sono solo di passaggio a Viterbo. Consiglio vivamente a chi legge questa recensione di passare in questo bar e provare le bontà offerte e disponibili sia di mattina sia nel pomeriggio/sera. Ne Pietro

27/03/2025: Location nothing special, but we are in a shopping center. For the rest the staff is really welcoming and the breakfast is excellent. I recommend the cappuccino with cream :-)

07/11/2024: Comfortable, clean and welcoming location. The outdoor terrace is amazing for enjoying breakfast or an aperitif with friends. Very kind and attentive staff in service. Wide choice of products for breakfast, lunch and aperitif at honest prices. Highly recommended!

Il rito del caffè, scandito dai suoni metallici della macchina e dal 'rumore silente' di sottofondi musicali imposti dal marketing di massa, diventa esclusivo e personalizzato. Un 'cogli l'attimo' sospeso...in attesa che vetri, ceramiche, sugheri ed acciaio tornino a far sentire la loro voce.

I prezzi dell'all-you-can-eat comunicati telefonicamente non corrispondevano a quelli effettivi nel locale, creando un po' di disorientamento. La qualità degli ingredienti lascia molto a desiderare, con alcuni piatti che risultano poco saporiti e poco curati. I dolci, poi, sono davvero deludenti, praticamente immangiabili. Per quanto la location possa essere piacevole, non penso che tornerò

09/02/2025: Locale che si presenta molto bene con una bella atmosfera , un mio amico ed io veniamo fatti accomodare al bancone , prendiamo 2 drink a testa ( senza infamia e senza lode) poi dal nulla arriva uno dei manager e schiaffa il conto tra me e il mio amico dicendo " mo arrivo col pos" e scappando via , quando gli dico che non avevo chiesto conto risponde "eh ma devo chiudere il bancone , se proprio vuoi ti do un tavolo " ( da notare fossero solo le 22:30 di sabato sera) , sinceramente siamo rimasti molto scocciati e abbiamo deciso di continuare la nostra serata altrove .

20/01/2025: Come da titolo completo per me è il massimo , un posto dove trovi un sacco di cose buone e c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta tante tapas buonissime io ho mandiato il polpo e gli arrosticini buonissimi il primo era meraviglioso come di rapa vongole e rombo poi dolce cocktail il locale molto bello e accogliente bravi e complimenti a tutti

14/04/2025: Abbiamo scoperto questa trattoria a San Martino sul Cimino quasi per caso, ed è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Abbiamo fatto una degustazione di formaggi e salumi davvero eccellente: prodotti locali, freschissimi e pieni di sapore. Il ristoratore è stato gentilissimo, ci ha raccontato la provenienza e le caratteristiche di ogni prodotto con grande passione e competenza, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più interessante. Anche i dolci erano ottimi, fatti in casa e perfetti per concludere il pasto. Un posto autentico, accogliente e sincero, dove si torna volentieri.

19/03/2025: The restaurant has a somewhat spartan appearance, but the atmosphere is very welcoming. They advised us on the dishes of the day. The manager who served us is a very kind and really nice person. I had a first course, a cacio e pepe, which I liked very much. The portion was super generous. The service was quick. The prices are honest. I'll be back.

15/03/2025: Don't be fooled by appearance! The Tulip, seen from the outside, may not attract the attention of passers-by. The furnishings are simple, almost Spartan, and the atmosphere is that of a trattoria from times gone by. Once you cross the threshold, you will be greeted by a familiar and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, ready to recommend the dishes of the day and tell you about the history of the place.

09/04/2025: Driven by the victory at 4 restaurants we decided to have dinner at the labyrinth but our expectations were disappointed. Starting with the appetizer. In the fried food we expected seasonal vegetables such as artichokes, which are the most popular in this period. None of this: banal potato croquettes and Ascoli olives, decidedly out of place and French fries. My husband took an amatriciana but found it on his stomach during the night and the bacon wasn't much of a protagonist compared to the tomato. So no wow effect, we have had better experiences elsewhere, always in Viterbo, in places with less pretensions

05/04/2025: Nice place, the tables are served by friendly staff. The Ortolana pizza arrived with soot spots and small burn spots. Grilled vegetables are probably subject to this type of problem but I don't know... given that it's the first vegetable pizza I've had in my life. However, overall I liked it. Accompanied by a small Haineken 0 alcohol beer all for €14.50
