12/10/2025: Unfortunately, I can't give a positive review even though the pizza is good. They took our order after half an hour, brought it to us after an hour and a half, and as soon as we finished eating, they told us to get up because it was a second serving. We didn't order anything else, but they didn't even ask us... the important thing was to clear out! Furthermore, when we booked, they didn't tell us there was another serving right after us, otherwise we wouldn't have booked, because people go out to dinner to relax... The place is nice, but it was too crowded, and I think there's a lack of organization in both the kitchen and the serving staff. A few waiters were running around like crazy in the three dining rooms... and there was a general sense of chaos. Anyway, if you want to work shifts, you don't make people wait two hours for a pizza... and then rudely send the customer away... And the price is high: three simple Margherita pizzas with water cost €50. It's not worth it.

05/10/2025: Extensive daily menu, the famous calzones are delicious. Service and the owner's cheerfulness are wonderful. Seating both inside and outside are available for a quick and tasty lunch. Great prices; for €20, we ate two first courses and two second courses with drinks. Highly recommended!

07/09/2025: The pizza at Sosta del Suffragio is truly excellent, one of the best I've ever tasted. Unfortunately, I can't give it an overall positive review because the drinks service is simply astonishing. The water served seems like plain tap water: unpleasant-tasting, undrinkable, and completely out of character for a place that otherwise offers quality. It's a shame, because it completely ruins the experience: you can't serve an excellent pizza and have water that's scandalous to say the least.

30/08/2025: Sunday is closed; on Monday, when you call to order pizza, you'd think (wrongly) that the ingredients were there. Chicory, spinach, and mushrooms were missing, obviously not specified immediately, but as we gradually changed the pizzas... I work in the restaurant business, and there's no excuse for these shortcomings other than a lack of desire to work. Close down, you'll be quicker!

19/04/2025: Ottima cucina, dagli antipasti ai secondi. Ho mangiato ottimi carciofi fritti e polpette al sugo come antipasto. Pizza boscaiolo ed un eccellente bistecca di black angus. Locale al centro di Viterbo, vicino a porta Romana.

04/07/2025: ….. Molto calda e stanchi del viaggio. Arrivati a Viterbo siamo stati attirati da questa trattoria vicinissima al nostro albergo. Mangiato molto bene con specialità tradizionali in un ambiente dal sapore antico. Buone le fettuccine al tartufo come pure i lombrichi al pesto di zucchine. Buonissimi gli straccetti e un servizio gentile e cordiale. Da consigliare sicuramente!

11/05/2025: Pappardelle al cinghiale ....senza cinghiale...un po misero. Idem antipasto x 2... Caffè... praticamente un thè. Pro: pieno centro, Personale gentile.

18/10/2025: Truly an inedible soup, you could really taste it was made with fresh chestnuts. THEY USE DRIED ONES! I've been in the industry for 50 years, and I'm sure I know better!
