04/12/2024: Pleasant and welcoming place inside the theatre, the leather sofa gives a nice atmosphere! Good value for money. I would suggest replacing the plastic chairs to stay more in tune with the rest of the room and give an even warmer and more intimate atmosphere.

24/01/2025: I've been using the app for a while and always save 20%. Very good pizza, always reliable delivery, gluten free available. Competitive price, possibility of paying by cash, debit card or card. The app needs to be improved as it often fails.

07/01/2025: Bar with pleasant decor but not so much when it comes to food. The first time I get a cappuccino and the coffee is burnt. I give it another chance and another time I get a juice and a chicken salad sandwich to take away. The freshly squeezed juice had been diluted with orange juice, while the sandwich had gone bad. NEVER AGAIN.

01/03/2025: Pizza ordered at home. Almost an hour late. Upon arrival COLD pizzas and girls who deliver, acting rudely and sarcastically, add a "hello" as a joke as soon as they leave, probably after my two calls asking for explanations given the delay. Too bad because the pizzas are good, but I won't buy again!

22/02/2025: Ambiente raffinato, servizio celere, cortese e attento. Le pietanze sono abbondanti ed i sapori sono tradizionali e impeccabili. Le pizze sono strepitose! Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Sicuramente torneremo.

Behind me, a guy with the approval of the dining room manager made a medium-sized dog sit on the chair directly at the table. Furthermore, terrible service, always in confusion. We left earlier than expected canceling a couple of orders.

15/03/2025: While walking through Viterbo we stopped to eat at this restaurant. Spectacular chickpea and chestnut soup, excellent cured meats and tender baked suckling pig with potatoes. If you are looking for something distinctive I recommend it. Book as places are limited

12/01/2025: Why do you write on Google that closing time is 9pm if that's not the case?! Last night I went to your store with my girlfriend. We ordered two piadinas at 8pm with the intention of eating on site (trusting in the closing time you declared) but after more than 20 minutes of waiting the two employees on duty presented us with the order in a bag without giving us any notice, telling us that the catering area was no longer accessible after 8.30pm. We made do by eating our food in the car. Next time be more correct in displaying the closing times and perhaps instruct your employees to warn customers of the imminent closure to the public. The customer has the right to decide whether to eat takeaway or leave because you can no longer guarantee on-site consumption!

22/12/2024: Given that my family and I visited around 4 or 5 piadina shops (Rimini-Chieti-Rome---etc), the piadina was always perfect and the same in all the outlets: thin, delicate, cooked perfectly, hot as it should be. serve.Well tonight at the "Tuscia" shopping center in Viterbo we bought 3 piadinas: two classic ones with raw ham, one cooked one and mushrooms...embarrassing...I was almost ashamed for them...the piadina was 3 fingers thick and burnt, the raw ham which is normally quite hot inside the piadina was fresh from the fridge and in the cooked one and the mushrooms the latter were frozen....we didn't bring them back just because 'the center was almost closing (8.15pm, it closes at 9pm) and they wouldn't have had time to cook any more. I would have justified it if the store had been packed with customers and therefore in the rush to serve everyone, without making them wait too long, we had made the mistake, but at that time there were around 10 customers and three employees were also serving, so the mistake is not justifiable....NEVER AGAIN.....HORROR!!!!!I ask the owner to monitor more carefully

02/11/2024: Dated hotel and 80's furniture a bit patched up, but the problem for us was the poor cleaning of the rooms, bathroom and restaurant area. Good food

02/11/2024: A few minutes from the historic center of Bagnaia, hotel with spacious and spotlessly clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. The gentleman who welcomed me, I think he is the owner, was very kind, as was the girl who was present the next morning... everything was perfect
