30/04/2025: Convenient location and a small, informal place. Given the reviews, I was hesitant, but...surprise...I had a delicious slice of steak and a delicious dessert at an incredibly low price. I'll definitely try again.

01/12/2025: We were two at this pizzeria on a Saturday evening. When we booked, we accepted the 8:00 PM slot, with the recommendation that we arrive very late because at 9:30 PM our table would be served to other customers (they change shifts). We even arrived five minutes early, ordered right away, and initially everything seemed to be going smoothly. Despite this, the wait for the pizzas was very long: we saw the dishes arrive at tables seated after us. Other customers also seemed annoyed by the same reason. In the end, our pizzas arrived at 9:26 PM, practically at the end of our shift (and more than an hour after ordering), but fortunately no one asked us to get up (and I'd like to see). Less fortunate was a nearby table, which, despite having received its pizza late, was asked to vacate its seat, but they were still waiting for dessert. After eating, we ordered two coffees, which arrived after 20 minutes and a reminder. As for the food: the dough was good, but the pizza was so thin that the toppings ran off; the calzone was tasty, but the mozzarella wasn't completely melted.

18/11/2025: A very bad experience, considering we booked the second sitting at 9:30 PM. After more than an hour, still nothing, and they didn't even have the slightest idea how long we'd have to wait. Since my 3-year-old daughter was hungry, we decided to find another restaurant.

05/10/2025: Extensive daily menu, the famous calzones are delicious. Service and the owner's cheerfulness are wonderful. Seating both inside and outside are available for a quick and tasty lunch. Great prices; for €20, we ate two first courses and two second courses with drinks. Highly recommended!

30/08/2025: Sunday is closed; on Monday, when you call to order pizza, you'd think (wrongly) that the ingredients were there. Chicory, spinach, and mushrooms were missing, obviously not specified immediately, but as we gradually changed the pizzas... I work in the restaurant business, and there's no excuse for these shortcomings other than a lack of desire to work. Close down, you'll be quicker!

09/11/2025: A wonderful rediscovery of this pizzeria, under new management, thanks to Simone, the Neapolitan pizza chef. We had an excellent appetizer and a pizza with very good dough and toppings. We'll definitely be back.

29/10/2025: It's been a long time since I've had a truly respectable Neapolitan pizza. Kudos to the pizza chef. The place is well-equipped, welcoming, and clean.

29/10/2025: The hotel's location is perfect for visiting Viterbo and Bagnaia itself, with its stunning village. The hotel itself could use some updating, but the owner's friendliness and courtesy are truly priceless; we had a great time.

04/07/2025: ….. Molto calda e stanchi del viaggio. Arrivati a Viterbo siamo stati attirati da questa trattoria vicinissima al nostro albergo. Mangiato molto bene con specialità tradizionali in un ambiente dal sapore antico. Buone le fettuccine al tartufo come pure i lombrichi al pesto di zucchine. Buonissimi gli straccetti e un servizio gentile e cordiale. Da consigliare sicuramente!

11/05/2025: Pappardelle al cinghiale ....senza cinghiale...un po misero. Idem antipasto x 2... Caffè... praticamente un thè. Pro: pieno centro, Personale gentile.

16/11/2025: A traditional restaurant in the center of Viterbo, just steps from the medieval town center. Welcoming, family-run, and with a timeless charm. Local cuisine, quality food, and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly, we complimented them and will definitely be back!

14/09/2025: The lady doesn't accept debit cards because "otherwise she'll charge commissions on top," and suggests using Satispay or cash. We had a cream bomb, but the cream was sour; after the first bite, we had to leave it there.

16/07/2025: A cute place with unique decor, it looks like a recycled art gallery. The problem is, it's too crowded. The ice cream isn't anything special, but seeing it topped with whipped cream was disappointing, and the price was a bit high. I didn't like seeing my grandson sneaking around everywhere; they even asked us to move so they could follow the little guy.

05/06/2025: I went in, politely asked for a glass of water and was told: are you asking for just one glass of water? I said yes, and the bartender said she wouldn't give me just one glass of water unless I bought something else.

30/04/2025: Very dirty bathroom. It smells like unbreathable urine.
