17/11/2024: Un tagliere come se ne vedono pochi in giro,bello da vedere e di grande qualita!!
Maurizio,che trasmette entusiamo per il suo lavoro ad ogni parola,ve lo spieghera' nel dettaglio facendovi fare un viaggio tra formaggi e salumi,vere chicche del territorio !!
Ma poi ,polenta,primi e dolci , che valgono assolutamente la visita !
Prezzo onesto !!

Venite concedendovi del tempo.....se andate di corsa trovatevi un'altro posto...qui si gustano le cose , e si deve avere il tempo per una chiacchiera...e' un posto per gente rilassata !!

15/11/2024: Trattoria gustosissima a san martino al cimino, a pochi passi dal lago di vico, soprattutto enocacioteca, formaggi strepitosi spiegati dal grande e illuminato Maurizio... ma tutto è superlativo al Moderno, dagli antipasti al dolce, gentilezza e accuratezza dello staff compresi... che dire, pranzo domenicale tra amici da ricordare... ah se riuscite a fine pasto rimanete a chiacchierare con il proprietario, vi si aprirá un mondo.....

23/03/2025: Selection of appetizers: 20 mussels, half of which were closed and the other RAW, 1 prawn and octopus €20
The first courses were poor, we saved ourselves with the second courses, 2 slices of grilled aubergines and two of courgettes €8, the mimosa with cream from a few days ago. The staff was not empathetic.. I do not recommend

07/02/2025: Two stars only for the Brazilian lady and out of respect for the fact that a lot of work goes into the place, but have you personally tried all the supplì and the square plus the calzone? Brazilian which was extremely mediocre and the suppliments not good for my taste. It's a shame because I can't find any other businesses with the same service in Viterbo which already has a low quantity of goods and services. Let's hope for a comeback next time in case I change the review, for now the quality of the food is not good
17/01/2025: Supplì and calzones are delicious, even the sweet ravioli they make during this period! Highly recommended!

Piatti nella norma, non trascendentali ma neanche banali……
Insomma, ha assolto al suo dovere ma non mi ha lasciato grandi emozioni……
Buono il servizio ed il rapporto qualità prezzo

10/03/2025: FOR GOODNESS! I return to this restaurant after 2 years without knowing that in the meantime it has changed its name and management, also deceived by the fact that on Maps there is still the name of the old tavern, that is, "Osteria del Vicolo".
Bad experience and worse "quality"/price ratio!
There were half of the things marked on the menu; halfway through lunch the waitress informed me that another course had finished.....a disaster. Not to mention the huge amount of onions used to garnish the dishes.
The only positive note was the ALGIDA sorbet!
Too bad, we ate very well before....
Change the name on Maps and while you're at it, also the sign outside the alley that reads: "FRESH fish every day" not even in Fiumicino!
09/03/2025: It no longer exists, a restaurant has opened in its place (which answers the phone at the same number) which I strongly advise against going to.

18/08/2023: Ci siamo trovati veramente male in questo ristorante, prezzi esorbidanti e le porzioninminuscole per ciò che paghiamo. Qualitá non delle migliori e fidatevi che in circolazione ci sono posti decisamente migliori.
