13/10/2024: I give 4 stars not 5 because of the supplì.... Puts in trousers are always fantastic and wonderful (like thirty years ago!, price increased but it's okay, if the product is good you pay for it and don't care), the supplì are no longer the same... the price has increased (and as already said there is), but they are smaller and with less mozzarella…. Please go back to doing them as before!!!

04/09/2024: My compliments to all the fryer staff, always smiling, helpful and courteous, they have never given me any problems with orders (even at times close to closing). Quick in preparing food. Everything always very good. Highly recommended

17/11/2024: Un tagliere come se ne vedono pochi in giro,bello da vedere e di grande qualita!! Maurizio,che trasmette entusiamo per il suo lavoro ad ogni parola,ve lo spieghera' nel dettaglio facendovi fare un viaggio tra formaggi e salumi,vere chicche del territorio !! Ma poi ,polenta,primi e dolci , che valgono assolutamente la visita ! Prezzo onesto !! PS Venite concedendovi del tempo.....se andate di corsa trovatevi un'altro posto...qui si gustano le cose , e si deve avere il tempo per una chiacchiera...e' un posto per gente rilassata !! Un bravi !!!...a Maurizio e alla sua famiglia.

15/11/2024: Trattoria gustosissima a san martino al cimino, a pochi passi dal lago di vico, soprattutto enocacioteca, formaggi strepitosi spiegati dal grande e illuminato Maurizio... ma tutto è superlativo al Moderno, dagli antipasti al dolce, gentilezza e accuratezza dello staff compresi... che dire, pranzo domenicale tra amici da ricordare... ah se riuscite a fine pasto rimanete a chiacchierare con il proprietario, vi si aprirá un mondo.....

02/11/2024: A few minutes from the historic center of Bagnaia, hotel with spacious and spotlessly clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. The gentleman who welcomed me, I think he is the owner, was very kind, as was the girl who was present the next morning... everything was perfect

02/11/2024: Dated hotel and somewhat remedied 80s furnishings, but the problem for us was the poor cleanliness of the rooms, bathroom and restaurant area. The cuisine is good

07/06/2024: Cibo ottimo (da provare assolutamente la carbonara tartufata, sublime!) in un contesto ricercato e perfettamente immerso nell'atmosfera medievale di San Pellegrino. Trovato, peraltro, con sconto, ci torneremo sicuramente!

16/05/2024: locale nel centro storico di viterbo , ben arredato , grandi vetrate sul parco . pareti e pavimento in pietra , tavoli in legno senza tovaglia . menu' tipico del territorio rivisitati . abbondante il tagliere di salumi e formaggi , pasta alla carbonara nella media . tenera e gustosa la tagliata . servizio attento . prezzo 50 euro a persona
