15/06/2025: Everything is just right here. The excellent food, including pinsa for those who like it, as well as the service staff, the cook, and ultimately the absolute ambiance, especially at the small outdoor tables in the alley. It doesn't get more positive than this. Highly recommended. We've been here several times in two years. :)

12/06/2025: Excellent dishes served by a girl of Moldovan origin with an Italian that would make our compatriots envious. Impeccable service despite the simple informal environment. A nice memory of the beginning of the holiday.

05/08/2025: Questo è uno dei cioccolatieri più rinomati di Torino. Diffonde l'arte del cioccolato dal 1964. Con 5 euro si può fare nella sala da pranzo una degustazione di diversi tipi di cioccolato, insieme a un vino da dessert. Alla fine si può comprare quello che ti piace direttamente al negozio per portare il sapore sempre con te.

28/07/2025: Prima esperienza al ristorante Da Guido a Bolsena, e devo dire che siamo stati bene. Personale cortese e disponibile, cibo buono, e parlo di pesce di mare e di lago, prezzi abbastanza in linea. Unica cosa che andrebbe rivista sono i servizi igienici, veramente scarsi, ed il locale, che da la sensazione di essere un mosaico di stili ed epoche tra loro poco connesse.

Imagine an outdoor patio nestled between a castle and medieval houses. Imagine sitting on that movie-like patio today, tasting local wines while savoring artisanal cured meats and pecorino cheeses. Imagine a host and hostess as a family who welcomes you into their home and tries to make you feel at home. Now stop imagining because you've arrived at the meeting point between fantasy and reality, the Aenos area. Parking isn't easy, you need strong calves to walk up to the Rocca, it's not a place for many, but that's right! If you want to close your eyes and live the experience, a small sacrifice is needed. A place of the heart and good wine 🍷

04/08/2025: This restaurant made my experience in Bolsena even more special. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, with friendly service that makes you feel right at home. The dishes are authentic, and you can clearly taste the passion and care that goes into their preparation. The owner is present, kind, and willing to share the story behind each dish, showcasing local specialties. I chose those, and I couldn't have made a better choice. The dessert "Come viene, viene," a house specialty, was the icing on the cake. It turned out really well, a true delight. Highly recommended!

03/08/2025: A little gem in Bolsena. Excellent lake fish dishes, good house wine, excellent and fast service. Absolutely average prices. It's a shame we had the only morning with bad weather, otherwise they would have let us sit on the beautiful veranda! Compliments to all the staff, we'll definitely be back.

04/08/2025: Sabato scorso sono stato in questa pizzeria con la mia compagna. Avevamo prenotato per le 21:15 ma, a causa del parcheggio, siamo arrivati con 15 minuti di ritardo. Nulla di drammatico, soprattutto considerando che davanti a noi c’erano altre tre coppie in attesa, tutte con prenotazioni alle 21:00, 21:15 e 21:30. Quindi no, non è stato il nostro ritardo a creare problemi ma la gestione delle prenotazioni semplicemente non funziona. Dopo aver aspettato in piedi fuori per mezz’ora buona, alle 22 passa una cameriera e ci chiede se nell’attesa vogliamo bere una birra. Accettiamo, pensando che fosse una gentilezza per scusarsi del disagio. Invece no. Più tardi ci accorgiamo che ce le hanno tranquillamente messe sul conto. Un gesto davvero poco elegante. Dentro, finalmente, ci sistemano. L’ambiente è carino, anche se l’attesa continua pure lì: lunghi tempi per ordinare e altrettanto lunghi per ricevere le pizze. Pizza discreta, ma nulla per cui tornerei apposta. Non è il ritardo ad avermi infastidito, in agosto, con il locale pieno, può starci. Ma il modo in cui è stato gestito tutto, no. Soprattutto il fatto di far pagare due birre offerte come se fossero un pensiero di cortesia. Non si tratta dei soldi, si tratta di rispetto. Dispiace dirlo, ma non ci tornerò.

26/07/2025: Family atmosphere within the village, possibility of eating outside in the alleys, or in the large room with a homely atmosphere, excellent first courses, really tasty, service a bit confusing and long, given the variety of dishes and the number of people. Overall an excellent restaurant, not luxurious but comfortable, prices are normal. I recommend it.

25/07/2025: A traditional restaurant that doesn't disappoint, offering unique and (for me) new dishes, such as the porchetta ravioli, which I particularly enjoyed. Average prices, in line with the quality of the dishes.

08/07/2025: Wonderful place near Lake Bolsena, an unforgettable sunset, truly exceptional pizza, hamburgers with juicy and quality meat. Even the fried food was delicious. For beer lovers, the red Leffe has a perfect draft, you can tell they are not beers that have been there for months, even the Guinness is very good and creamy like in the best Irish pubs. The owner is also a musician and also plays Irish music. In short, really recommended!!

12/07/2025: In beautiful Bolsena... a special encounter with Papayo! A small rotisserie pizzeria but of GREAT quality. We tried the pizza al pala, made with selected flours and a long leavening time, uniquely soft and with a fantastic crispy exterior... yesterday, off the menu, there was fried fish, what can I say: High quality! Fresh fish and expertly fried! Generous portions and an excellent price! Thanks to Paolo and Giulia, the very kind and friendly owners!

01/08/2025: We've been staying at this hotel for a few years now and can only confirm our choice! The staff has always been very courteous and welcoming, the food is excellent, and the property, with its ground floor completely renovated this year, is truly beautiful. The lakefront location is simply ideal, and the two pools are a true haven for relaxation. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and spacious, which always makes our stay very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality vacation experience. We will definitely continue to visit in the future!
