The pub has a very 80s/90s style, lots of wood, benches, and armchairs, dim lighting, decent music, and a truly great staff. The bartender? An up-and-coming young man with talent, passion, and a curiosity for exploring new worlds and recipes. He's truly skilled and ready to take center stage in more popular and trendy locations. However, as long as he stays there, only the manager benefits. Excellent overall...

29/09/2025: We were here a while ago and sat down at 8:30 PM, but we only managed to eat until 11:00 PM, even though we had two children with us. Terrible service and, above all, the attitude of the waiter (the dark-haired guy who appears to be the head waiter) was truly unacceptable: to our requests and our disappointment, he replied that the delay was our fault because we had ordered different dishes. In reality, we didn't order anything special beyond what was on their menu (pasta, arrosticini, and meat), dishes that normally take a maximum of 30 minutes to prepare. Absolutely avoid: there are many other nice places in the area, with much more polite and welcoming staff.

Massimo immediately strikes you with his humility and kindness, a kindness that no longer exists in the world, and that alone is worth it. He truly makes you feel at home. The food was excellent, simple but delicious. In this day and age where everything is geared toward appearances, where people go to restaurants just to take photos and post them, it moves me to think that there are still people like Massimo you can go to if you want to eat and feel at home. 19/11/2025: ⸻ If you're looking for an authentic experience, far from mass tourism, this trattoria in Frascati is a true treasure. As soon as you enter, it feels like you've stepped back in time: an atmosphere of yesteryear, sincere, simple, and full of soul, like the eateries of the last century. The owner, Massimo, isn't just the heart of the place—he's everything: he personally cooks, serves with natural elegance and rare kindness. Each dish is freshly prepared, with dedication and care. We started with a fantastic mixed antipasto: sausages, flavorful potatoes, peppers and eggplant, prosciutto and salami, mozzarella. Everything was fresh, simple, and perfect. For our first courses, we chose lasagna and gnocchi—both handmade by Massimo himself, accompanied by a rich and authentic sauce. You can sense that each recipe has a story to tell. To conclude, Massimo offered us mandarin oranges, a genuine gesture that captures the spirit of the place. The wine is house-made, as sincere as the atmosphere. This place is a nightmare only because, once you've discovered it, everything else will seem fake. And that's a miracle, because experiences like this have almost disappeared in a world designed for tourists. Massimo carries on his family tradition, following in the footsteps of his mother, who once occupied the same place in the kitchen. If you want to experience the real Italy—the one that smells like home, not a postcard—this is the place.

30/12/2025: A high-quality restaurant, pizzeria, and steakhouse, in an elegant setting with impeccable service. Of course, quality comes at a cost, but overall, considering the size of the place, it's reasonable.

31/10/2025: A place away from the city center and the chaos, yet close to a fantastic view. Meticulous attention to detail, with knowledgeable and welcoming staff. A dinner for two that allowed us to enjoy both the pizza (Roman-style, thin and crispy) and the meat. Quality ingredients, well-prepared, and presented to the customer with attention to detail. The only thing that could be improved...the pizza cooking time; a minute less would have been perfect. Definitely a place to recommend, a place to return to.
