18/04/2025: Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very pleasant environment, with lots of games to spend time with. Good dishes! I gave 4 stars and not 5 only because the menu is not very vast but that's fine. Among other things, one of the very few places that makes sautéed chicory even without chili pepper (which sometimes you can't eat if you have heartburn).

10/08/2024: What can I say? Chiara and Fabrizio were very kind and super helpful. Fabrizio showed us all the 30 Spritz that you can find both on the billboard displayed outside and via QR code. Until 8.30pm, in addition to the spritz, they offer you a small aperitif with chips, taralli, fonzies and more on request. We tasted 4 different types of spritzes: Aperol, campari, caipirinha, capo Spritz, and a 5th spicy capo amaro. We highly recommend it! We will definitely return. Thanks guys 🙂

26/12/2024: Upon entering we were immediately attracted by the very simple look and the small but warm and comfortable environment. Special dishes, essentially based on porchetta and cured meats. The millefeuille is delicious. But the pasta and beans and the lasagna are also excellent. The house wine is delicious and has a genuine flavour. Friendly and welcoming owner. Good value for money. We will be back.

10/12/2024: If you are looking for first courses and if you are in a hurry, go elsewhere. Here you can find, combined with typical products, top quality ingredients, refined but still without frills and pretensions. The combinations with porchetta (millefoglie) were, for us, a surprise that we feel we must share. The plating was well taken care of, far above the standards of fraschette and taverns. Claudio was very kind, helpful and friendly. It is one of the few places we will certainly return to. Parking difficulty: very high in the vicinity.

10/05/2025: I've been going there forever. It's like feeling at home, Massimo offers traditional and absolutely "homemade" cuisine that envelops you with typical flavors of the Castelli Romani. An experience suitable for those who love very informal taverns, not too crowded and rustic. Abundant dishes as they used to be and genuine. The dishes are those that he can make, there is no real menu. Don't expect carbocrema because Massimo cooks like his grandmother.

02/05/2025: The true experience of an old-time trattoria/tavern. Massimo is very hospitable and his cuisine is truly delicious, traditional, succulent and plentiful! We spent not even 20 euros each to eat everything. The place is the real problem because it is rather scruffy, noisy and at best... definitely not for everyone. PS you can pay with the POS without problems

29/05/2025: A place where you can feel at home, with delicious sandwiches and cold beer. But it's the staff that makes the difference, with a kindness and hospitality that will make you feel at home from the first time. Absolutely recommended for an evening with friends!

23/02/2025: A really cool place. Inside there is a vast collection of board games and it is possible to consume drinks or enjoy side dishes that are cooked by themselves (there is a small kitchen inside)

23/05/2025: Conosciamo, da sempre, questa ovvero quella che era una favolosa cantina. Ma favolosa cantina non lo è più. Il vino, quello da spillare direttamente da una botte anch'esso non c'è più: vendono solo bottiglie chiuse e di altri produttori. Inoltre il - fagotto - è molto triste, sebbene presentato ad arte, ma non all'altezza di una tradizione popolare. Lo spendere 17 euro per il fagotto e 8 euro per mezza bottiglia: un bicchiere e mezzo a persona, è scellerato e offensivo. Per cortesia ridateci la semplicità o, mai più.

14/05/2025: Ci siamo passati in vacanza.. Il titolare ci ha presentato il locale con tanto di storia della cittadina.. Veramente molto interessante.. Poi ci ha fatto arrivare a tavola. il fagotto. Una vera sorpresa.. Una bella sorpresa.. Tutto di qualità super.. Ci torneremo volentieri quando ripasseremo a Frascati .
