16/05/2026: We discovered this place in November 2025, and since then we've been back several times, both for lunch and for pizza in the evening. What can I say...it's a shame we didn't discover it sooner!! Mr. Giancarlo is a very kind person, as are his staff. Highly recommended!!

10/05/2026: A marvelous place. Comida casara muy rica. A very familiar restaurant and the people who looked forward to us, very well, the waitress recommended me as brilliant and was very pleasant. Sin duda volvería. If you don't speak Italian, have paper in English and if you don't speak more languages, a detail, even if you understand everything perfectly. And you can't stop without tasting tiramisu, simply delicious, with a suave flavor and an unmejorable texture. A wonderful place. Very good homemade food. A restaurant with a very familiar atmosphere and the staff who assisted us were excellent; the waitress gave me great advice and was very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. In case you don't speak Italian, they have the menu in English and I don't know if it's in other languages, which is a nice touch, even though everything is perfectly understandable. And you can't leave without trying their tiramisu: simply delicious, with a delicate flavor and an unbeatable texture.

12/04/2026: A bit claustrophobic, you'll leave smelling like death of fried food. Aside from the non-existent welcome, they're rushed with orders despite the very limited seating available. It's also a bit hilarious to think of the waitress's rush and then literally waiting an hour for four measly sandwiches. And I say measly because you won't find a single piece of lettuce or a slice of tomato. €10 for a meat patty that seemed to be prepared Amadori (maybe it was), cheddar replaced with provola that tasted like nothing, and bacon that was perhaps the only decent thing. The bread was a flint, the top cold and lanky, while the bottom was warmed, but only on the outside. We asked for mayonnaise and ketchup to cover the horrible taste of the meat, and here too I have a doubt: do they serve them in an ashtray? Meh. Not to mention the fries not included despite there being a chalkboard outside saying otherwise; Drink price lists, in this case Coca-Cola, different from the menu and those displayed on the fridge near the checkout area. Water was in plastic and cost as if it were glass. Napkins were always within reach on the table, BUT in a dispenser that looked like a bathroom stall. I'm really speechless... anyway, all four of us ended up spending a night drinking. Worse than the thirst from a poorly made pizza.

07/06/2026: Recommended by a friend of mine... Exceeded expectations. Simple little place and delicious food. Everything was cooked to perfection... not to mention the desserts... something unique and special. Highly recommended.

28/05/2026: I was recently there with some friends. They offer a non-stop service on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so we decided to try it. The atmosphere is clean and pleasant, the staff is friendly, quick, and helpful—in short, a beautiful setting. The non-stop service (€20 per person), in addition to water included (very welcome), includes several courses. You can report any intolerances, allergies, or preferences, but you can't choose what you order; courses are served based on seasonal availability or the kitchen's choices. In our case, we received abundant, varied, and excellent-quality fried dishes, a generous platter of cured meats and cheeses, four samples of first courses, two samples of second courses, and a giant pizza. Overall, all the food was of excellent quality. The pasta is also handmade in the laboratory, but it's a shame that it wasn't always cooked to perfection, always coming out either slightly undercooked or a bit overcooked. Nothing inedible, but the cooking could definitely be improved to do justice to the excellent handmade pasta. The formula is delicious and successful, but above all, it's plentiful—we were literally bursting at the seams! I would perhaps revise the dishes, perhaps eliminating a sample of the first course or the pizza (after four courses of pasta, you don't feel the need for it, even if that was also very good), to make room for some vegetables or a sample of dessert to round things off. Overall, despite a few details that could be improved, we had a wonderful evening, and given the excellent value, we'll definitely have the opportunity to return!

19/04/2026: We weren't able to go because the dance competition we were participating in went on WAY too long. I appreciate the lady's willingness and kindness to wait for us even well past our reservation time. We hope to review the rest soon, which will certainly be positive.

An ideal place for those seeking a simple, convivial, and authentic atmosphere, with that typical atmosphere of Frascati's old-fashioned fraschette, which immediately puts you at ease. They produce their own wine and offer excellent food.

11/01/2026: Two hours to get a pizza, while I watched the takeout orders pass by in front of me. Result: they kept us drinking for two hours, and I repeat: "TWO HOURS" without receiving a pizza. It's a shame because in the end the food was actually quite good. But you have to do something about this long wait problem... Or if you really can't, at least have the good sense to communicate it. 03/07/2025: Abbiamo scoperto questo locale su consiglio di amici. Premesso che dopo il caldo di Roma il fatto che si riuscisse a respirare era sufficiente a dare una super valutazione, ma il ristorante merita molto di più. Innanzitutto é presente anche il menu per chi é intollerante al lattosio o per chi é celiaco, mettono delle graziose bandierine per distinguere le portate senza lattosio o per celiaci al fine di evitare che una volta a tavola si possa far confusione. Siamo stati serviti da Valentino, unico nella sua professionalità ed estremamente gentile e disponibile, ha ispirato a tutti una immediata simpatia, qualità molto rare, abbiamo preso dei deliziosi supplì della casa, consigliati sempre da Valentino e da provare assolutamente, la pizza, anche qui provate quella della casa (pizza vecchia locanda) , e poi i dolci, fatti da loro! Una creme brûlé al pistacchio con pezzettini di cioccolato fondente, mitica, idem il tiramisù, se a tutto questo si aggiunge assenza di rumori della città e prezzi onestissimi, sicuramente torneremo per provare le altre pietanze !

27/06/2025: Ho contattato il ristorante tramite Just Eat ed ho pagato due volte quanto ordinato. Ho contattato il ristorante per il rimborso ed il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile; onesto al punto da dire "non voglio sapere nemmeno cosa è successo, le renderò la cifra spesa". Quanto ordinato era molto buono quindi oltre alla massima disponibilità ed onestà, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Assolutamente consigliato!

12/10/2025: Lots of games, and a fairly extensive menu. Despite the small space and few windows, the atmosphere is refined, calm, and pleasant. The only advice is to bring a few Piacenza or French cards.

29/05/2025: A place where you can feel at home, with delicious sandwiches and cold beer. But it's the staff that makes the difference, with a kindness and hospitality that will make you feel at home from the first time. Absolutely recommended for an evening with friends!

10/01/2026: Sandwiches (average €13) are served without even two chips. Vegetable chips cost €4, a small bowl, and aren't cooked to order but kept in a glass jar on the counter. Only two beers on tap.

11/04/2026: A truly enchanting place, especially at sunset. The local produce is very good, but the house specialty is their white wine, produced in their own cellars. I highly recommend it.

10/09/2025: Typical Fraschetta in the center of Frascati, very charming, and the little square is full of people. You can only eat platters and starters. First courses are served at the restaurant next door, and I love the collaboration between colleagues. We ate okay, but some of the cured meats, like Mortadella, weren't top-notch. Overall, we had a good time, and the service was fast.

06/09/2025: The owners are always smiling and welcoming. They always have a solution to find you a table, whether there are two of you or ten of you. The small square is a lovely setting where you can enjoy the platter and other specialties. The other night, for example, in addition to the platter, we had an eggplant parmigiana. Very good. Definitely worth a try.

02/06/2026: We celebrated my son's first communion, and while we hoped it would be a wonderful experience for us, we also hoped for our guests, but we didn't have a great time at all. We had agreed on some items on the menu, written by Maurizio, the owner, among other things, but that day the menu was changed without any warning, even though we had been in touch until a few seconds before. The appetizer consisted of two crisps from packets piled up crosswise, and plastic water cups. At lunch, the first courses were sparse and poorly seasoned, and alongside the second course, a thinly sliced, dried-up roast beef was served as a side dish (instead of baked potatoes and salad), grilled vegetables, obviously leftovers from the appetizer, and sautéed chicory, which was leftover from the next table. The children didn't get the cutlet and crisps, but they were given a piece of meat from who knows where and grilled vegetables. We asked if it could be done, since it had been agreed upon, and they said no. We made a terrible impression on everyone, and when we pointed this out to Maurizio at the bill, he didn't even apologize to us, pretending not to know, and didn't even offer a discount to apologize. We were ashamed for our guests, and thinking about it makes me nervous, because the amount we spent wasn't cheap anyway. Terrible, unprofessional behavior, and I don't think we'll be back. It's a shame, because the place isn't that bad. If you can, go elsewhere. I'll give it a rating because you can't do less.

02/03/2026: DANGEROUS, CALL THE NAS. As soon as you enter, you immediately notice the musty smell, so much so that the entire walls of the place are covered in mold. Hygiene is extremely dangerous. Hygiene is below zero. There's only one person, I presume the owner, serving and doing everything. The kitchen is completely dirty, with encrusted pans. The owner is obviously filthy in terms of personal hygiene. I don't understand how you guys had the nerve to write positive reviews. I've never experienced anything like this before.
