The food was quite good, the prices slightly lower than those in restaurants, but given the small portions and the lack of table service, it's understandable.

It's the kind of restaurant that should be in every city, canteen-style service with a tray, you choose what you want from appetizers, first courses, second courses, side dishes, and a choice of selected aged meats, fresh fish. Let's start by saying that this is a diner, so expectations were commensurate with that type of establishment. You grab a tray and wait in line at the food counter. We had some really good baked potatoes, better than many high-end restaurants. The same goes for the first courses. Excellent flavor, plentiful, and also worthy of a restaurant. The fried calamari was a bit disappointing; not among the worst I've eaten, but a bit rubbery, the breading falling off, and of questionable consistency. There are also other types of fried calamari (paranza and shrimp) that, at least by sight (we haven't tasted them), seemed better. In any case, there's an assortment of other second courses, all of which look appetizing. The place is very spacious, and the exterior is very pretty. They're well-organized for ordering fried foods, which are made to order. We'll gladly return.

We stopped for a quick dinner. It's a casual, unpretentious place. The restaurant is self-service, with pre-made dishes that you pick up from a tray. You can choose from about three first courses, three second courses, appetizers, and side dishes. They also make huge pizzas and meat dishes. The prices are displayed, but from what the waitress told us, the dishes written on the wall weren't the ones actually on the counter, so we didn't know the prices of the dishes on offer. We ordered long pasta with clams, grilled squid, potatoes, and mixed fried fish. The portions were small, the pasta tasted bland, and the potatoes were salty. The squid was good, although it was too cold, and as is well known, this dish toughens as it cools. It was overpriced for the quality and quantity. I wouldn't return.

Everything was excellent and the service was exceptional. I will definitely return.

We ordered three fried calamari to go. I have to say, it was really good. And they were super quick!

Informal but pleasant atmosphere. Good food and reasonable prices.
