24/08/2025: We stopped for dinner. The place was very nice. The owner and her sons were very kind and helpful. We tried some first courses, which were really good.

20/08/2025: Among the worst restaurants we've ever been to. We went for dinner last night, there were four of us. From the beginning, we knew it would be a tough night. After booking with The Fork, we waited almost 10 minutes for a table and were seated in a small, hot back room, surrounded by children who had probably just finished a birthday party. We waited over 20 minutes before receiving our menus, and about 50 minutes passed between ordering and receiving the first course, despite the restaurant being almost empty (there were about 10 seats in addition to the four of us). Luckily, we managed to move to the main room, hoping the evening would improve. When the house appetizer arrived, we immediately noticed the poor quality of the products. Specifically: - The focaccia seemed frozen, or perhaps not properly leavened; - The cheese had signs of mold on the rind; - The cooked ham was not fresh; - The olives were not good; they were immersed in a very strong brine. We eagerly awaited the first courses, but sadly, we realized the evening was coming to an end. The two steaks we ordered for €6 per 100g were inedible! The meat was very thick and very fatty, making it difficult to tell what kind of cut it was. It was served with gorgonzola and pears, whose smell did not bode well. The first bite was nauseating and forced us to send the dishes back, something we had never done before at any restaurant. We expressed our displeasure to the waiter, the only one in the room, who was always polite and attentive with the service. Unfortunately, this negative review is necessary, as we felt disrespected as paying customers. We sincerely hope that the chef and staff will take these, in our view, very serious criticisms to heart, so that they can draw on them for future improvement.

30/11/2025: A blast from the past! A simple, welcoming, and warm atmosphere that takes you back to a bygone era, filled with books and antiques. Tasty, traditional dishes served by the kind and smiling owner. Everything is well-made, but the desserts are SUPERB. Donuts, nougat, and almond pastries made by her with excellent ingredients. We'll definitely be back for lunch and to buy sweets for Christmas. Thank you so much!

31/08/2025: We come here every now and then, they always treat us very well, the pizza is light, good and not overpriced, definitely one of the best pizzerias in Cassino hands down

03/10/2025: Fantastic agriturismo. Rooms very clean, light and airy but still with character. Food was good quality (dinner a little on the expensive side but worth it for convenience the two nights we ate there) and grounds were well kept and looked after. Lots of lovely spots to relax with a vino. It’s in a beautiful location with lots of gorgeous villages to explore close by. Staff helpful and accommodating (they hosted aperitivo for us whilst some family visited from Rome). They also were great with our daughter. Only downside is pool - in June it was a bit too cold for a relaxing swim. It’s not heated and it’s doesn’t get much sun due to the large trees. Imagine it’s not so much of an issue later in the summer. Would return and would recommend to others.

08/07/2025: This place exceeded our expectations. Very well-kept grounds, a boutique-style room tasteful in every detail. Peace and relaxation complemented by the scent of herbs in the garden. Colors, scents, space, landscape. Absolutely idyllic place. Congratulations and thanks to the hosts for the opportunity to visit Agriturismo di Charme Erbadoro.

20/10/2025: Delicious wood-fired pizza with a crispy crust, friendly staff, and a clean, welcoming, rustic restaurant. A pleasant evening, with reasonable prices.

17/08/2025: Excellent seafood served with care and kindness, a pleasant atmosphere, and fair prices. Discovered purely by chance, but a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommended.

27/08/2025: Restaurant with several rooms and a large outdoor space for ceremonies and events. Current management is young, very enterprising and attentive to customer service.

29/07/2025: Simply wonderful, the property is currently undergoing renovations and offers a charming atmosphere. The dining room is closed for the aforementioned reason, but that didn't prevent us from enjoying a couple of days of vacation in the best possible way. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is strategic for exploring nearby destinations. The price is extremely competitive!! A MUST SEE!!!!!!

07/12/2025: Beautiful location, the fireplace in the center of the room adds that extra touch. Excellent service. Recommended.

13/10/2025: Absolutely a disappointment, both for the food and the location. Extremely inadequate for the price we paid, and the dinner setting was inadequate. There was no lighting at all over the serving table.

04/11/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance after a lovely hike in the mountains above Sora. We were greeted by a scent that wafted all the way down the street, and by the exquisite taste of the young sales assistant who, with care and passion, guided us through a delectable array of delicacies. The tasting confirmed what our eyes and instinct had already discerned!! Splendid, fresh products, flavors that are rare to find. We'll be back soon!!! Bravo!

18/09/2025: I loved the traditional anise bread; it costs €1.30 for a small one. And today I tried a small pie with authentic, homemade apricot jam. Nicoleta is very kind and helpful. If you have room in your suitcase, there are also souvenirs to take home.

09/10/2025: Negative Review – Lorella Restaurant/Pizzeria September 2025 • SOLO I've been ordering from this place since 2023, twice a week, always courteously and without ever complaining, even when the pizzas weren't ready at the agreed-upon time. Until July 2025, I considered myself a loyal customer. That evening, however, I received three pizzas burned on the bottom, with a very noticeable bitter taste. For the first time, with tact and respect, I asked if there was a problem with the oven, clarifying that I'd always been satisfied in the past. The owner's response? No apology, just arrogance: she said she'd made them herself and that they were perfect, even going so far as to send me a photo of her pizza, as if my opinion didn't matter. I've always waited patiently for my pizzas, even when I arrived on time and the owner was sitting at the table with her family having dinner, despite the restaurant's opening time being 6:00 PM. I've never complained. For personal reasons, I haven't ordered since July. Yesterday, I was finally able to resume my usual pizza routine and decided to return, hoping for a more professional welcome. Bad idea. Instead, I encountered the same smug and rude attitude. I politely asked her son if I could pay first so the pizzas wouldn't get cold, since I live quite a distance away. Instead of taking care of it, the owner arrived and arrogantly told me, "Check them first, so if there are any problems, you can report them right away." An unpleasant welcome, to say the least—as if she were assuming I'd complain again. And as if that weren't enough, the same order that I'd always paid €24 suddenly went up to €30, without any explanation. I'm sorry to say this, but I'll never set foot in that place again—and I told them so straight away. It's not enough to know how to make pizza: you need to respect your customers, especially the loyal ones. It's not a complaint that ruins a relationship, but the way you choose to respond. I never questioned the price or asked for discounts or special treatment. I could have paid more, but that certainly wasn't the point. The problem was the way I was treated, with a lack of respect that a customer—loyal or otherwise—should never receive. I have never allowed myself to mistreat anyone or be disrespectful. In fact, I have always paid for and respected the work of others. But respect must be mutual. Writing a review means sharing an experience, for better or for worse. Respect, however, should remain the foundation of discussion, something that unfortunately was completely lacking in your message. Perhaps you should examine your conscience before gratuitously accusing someone who simply shares their experience. A negative review isn't a personal attack: it's an opinion. His response, however, is. Good luck. PS: Did I ask for more pistachios? Yes! But I didn't ask for mortadella... Did I ask for porcini mushrooms? Yes! But I didn't ask for artichokes. 17/09/2025: We celebrated our wedding here a few weeks ago. A huge thank you to the owner, Paolo. He was kind, enthusiastic about his work, and with great professionalism, he ensured that everything was taken care of down to the last detail, as well as the excellent quality of the dishes. All our guests were delighted and had a great time. A heartfelt thank you, Rossano and Sabina.

02/09/2025: I'd already been there for a graduation party and had a great time, so I decided to celebrate my daughter's birthday here. The restaurant has been renovated in a rustic yet welcoming style and also has parking and a large outdoor area. The prices are more than fair and the food is excellent.

12/08/2025: Always a point of reference in Casalvieri. Unparalleled service, excellent cuisine, a location steeped in history, entirely run by father and son.
