07/09/2025: A place I always love to return to I often come to Paola Savo's Bar Tabacchi, and every time it's a pleasant confirmation. The place is welcoming, clean, and well-organized. The coffee is truly good, and the croissants are always fresh, perfect for a delicious start to the day. What strikes me most is the kindness of the staff: always smiling and helpful, they make you feel at home. It's rare to find such attention to customers. If you're passing through Frosinone and want a quick breakfast or snack, I recommend it without hesitation!

02/09/2025: I've had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant twice with my boyfriend's family. The atmosphere is very clean, tidy, and welcoming; we really enjoyed our stay. A plus is the outdoor play area for children, a rare treat compared to other restaurants where little ones get bored easily after dinner. The food is excellent: we ordered a moderately priced fried appetizer and had the pleasure of sampling pizza meatballs with tomato sauce and cheese, courtesy of the chef. The pizza by the meter was very light and offered a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The ingredients are top-quality, with ingredients like mortadella, stracciata, and salami that really make the difference. To finish, we also tried a delicious dessert: a panna cotta with berries and mint, truly delicious.

03/06/2025: Normal pastries and coffee not up to the standard of a normal bar. Also in 2025 they still don't let dogs in. Light years away from sufficiency.

26/03/2025: Negozio che accoglie i clienti con un bancone pieno di prelibatezze. Ci vado spesso, specialmente di domenica, e ogni settimana provo qualcosa di nuovo e invitante. Consigliatissime anche le torte, che vengono preparate il giorno stesso della loro ordinazione.

09/10/2025: Negative Review – Lorella Restaurant/Pizzeria September 2025 • SOLO I've been ordering from this place since 2023, twice a week, always courteously and without ever complaining, even when the pizzas weren't ready at the agreed-upon time. Until July 2025, I considered myself a loyal customer. That evening, however, I received three pizzas burned on the bottom, with a very noticeable bitter taste. For the first time, with tact and respect, I asked if there was a problem with the oven, clarifying that I'd always been satisfied in the past. The owner's response? No apology, just arrogance: she said she'd made them herself and that they were perfect, even going so far as to send me a photo of her pizza, as if my opinion didn't matter. I've always waited patiently for my pizzas, even when I arrived on time and the owner was sitting at the table with her family having dinner, despite the restaurant's opening time being 6:00 PM. I've never complained. For personal reasons, I haven't ordered since July. Yesterday, I was finally able to resume my usual pizza routine and decided to return, hoping for a more professional welcome. Bad idea. Instead, I encountered the same smug and rude attitude. I politely asked her son if I could pay first so the pizzas wouldn't get cold, since I live quite a distance away. Instead of taking care of it, the owner arrived and arrogantly told me, "Check them first, so if there are any problems, you can report them right away." An unpleasant welcome, to say the least—as if she were assuming I'd complain again. And as if that weren't enough, the same order that I'd always paid €24 suddenly went up to €30, without any explanation. I'm sorry to say this, but I'll never set foot in that place again—and I told them so straight away. It's not enough to know how to make pizza: you need to respect your customers, especially the loyal ones. It's not a complaint that ruins a relationship, but the way you choose to respond. I never questioned the price or asked for discounts or special treatment. I could have paid more, but that certainly wasn't the point. The problem was the way I was treated, with a lack of respect that a customer—loyal or otherwise—should never receive. I have never allowed myself to mistreat anyone or be disrespectful. In fact, I have always paid for and respected the work of others. But respect must be mutual. Writing a review means sharing an experience, for better or for worse. Respect, however, should remain the foundation of discussion, something that unfortunately was completely lacking in your message. Perhaps you should examine your conscience before gratuitously accusing someone who simply shares their experience. A negative review isn't a personal attack: it's an opinion. His response, however, is. Good luck. PS: Did I ask for more pistachios? Yes! But I didn't ask for mortadella... Did I ask for porcini mushrooms? Yes! But I didn't ask for artichokes. Che dire tutto veramente ottimo dalla cordialità del personale, nonostante il locale pieno al rapporto qualità prezzo. 2 primi, 3 secondi tutto veramente ottimo. Prezzi super modici. Consigliato.

02/09/2025: I'd already been there for a graduation party and had a great time, so I decided to celebrate my daughter's birthday here. The restaurant has been renovated in a rustic yet welcoming style and also has parking and a large outdoor area. The prices are more than fair and the food is excellent.

12/08/2025: Always a point of reference in Casalvieri. Unparalleled service, excellent cuisine, a location steeped in history, entirely run by father and son.

27/08/2025: Restaurant with several rooms and a large outdoor space for ceremonies and events. Current management is young, very enterprising and attentive to customer service.

29/07/2025: Simply wonderful, the property is currently undergoing renovations and offers a charming atmosphere. The dining room is closed for the aforementioned reason, but that didn't prevent us from enjoying a couple of days of vacation in the best possible way. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is strategic for exploring nearby destinations. The price is extremely competitive!! A MUST SEE!!!!!!

05/10/2025: It's my first time here, invited to dinner by friends... A cozy place that from the outside doesn't seem at all like what you'd expect, but instead you enter an oasis of peace and tranquility, with a family atmosphere, managed by the staff who work tirelessly to welcome customers every day with the utmost professionalism. There's an outdoor area for dining al fresco on nice days, and a playground with a well-kept garden for younger guests. The menu offers a limited choice of first and second courses, which change seasonally, but in my opinion, they're well-crafted. The menu selection is paramount for a restaurant, and in this case, they're impeccable... a rich mixed antipasto of various specialties, including cured meats, cheeses, vegetables, and local appetizers. I then chose the handmade gnocchi, which were amazing. I followed with a buffalo stew and sautéed chicory. I also want to mention the mutton dish in tomato sauce that my friends ordered and let me try... I was totally disappointed not to have ordered it, but we promised ourselves it for next time. I didn't order dessert because I was full, but the millefeuille my friends ordered was delicious, they said. We also indulged in red and white wine. I drank the red, tried the white, and both were decent accompaniments. The white, in my opinion, was a bit sweet, but that's a matter of personal taste. What do I recommend for guests like me? Reservations... whether you're in the area or traveling from far away, are always welcome. I highly recommend it, and thank you again for your hospitality.

27/06/2025: We had a really nice lunch at the trattoria which is just off the main piazza. Anagni was very quiet and we were the only visitors to both the restaurant and the Cathedral! We ordered the Antipasto platter for 2 which was €32 and stuffed full of lovely cured meats and cheese. It was more than enough for lunch together with the bread provided for the table. We finished off with coffee and delicious complimentary biscuits. It was a shame there were no other guests but it didn’t spoilt the meal.
