06/04/2025: Today I had the pleasure of having lunch at the De Vita Beata farmhouse and I can only recommend it highly. Wonderful view. The appetizers were simply wonderful: rich, well prepared and really tasty. The first courses turned out to be exceptional, prepared with the freshest ingredients and authentic flavours. Second courses and desserts? Even better! It's a shame I wasn't able to photograph them, because they really deserved it just for the presentation. A plus for families: there are also swings for children, perfect for entertaining them in a relaxed environment surrounded by nature. Everything perfect: quality of food, atmosphere and hospitality. A place to return to and to recommend without hesitation!

30/03/2025: A true hidden gem. 1 travel this area a lot for work, and have stayed in many places in this area over last 10 years. I also own my own hotels in Ireland. This is a true hidden Gem. Stunning views, big comfy beds, wonderful family run place, big smiles, great coffee, (lactos free too) yummy yummy home cooking food. The fresh pasta, mountain platters, roast spuds that beat any Irish spud, and the Lemon curd cake with a ball of Lemon sorbet beats all. The family could not be more helpful. Have stayed 3 times this year so far and it’s only March. Really looking forward to being able to enjoy a fabulous long lazy Sunday lunch on a sunny day off.

07/09/2024: Siamo stati ieri sera a prendere un drink con un bel biscottino (amaretto ) e stamattina a fare colazione e devo dire che sono sempre molto gentili e veloci ! Prezzi ottimi !!

19/12/2024: Easy to reach, parking available at no cost. Well-kept spaces both inside and outside. The vaults that make up the ceiling and the walls with exposed rock give the room a comfortable and distinct climate. The staff excels in terms of courtesy, discretion and courtesy as well as professionalism. The service offered is precise, waiting times are right, they are able to anticipate any request and need of the customer, this denotes the care and passion with which their work is carried out impeccably. As an appetizer we tried sausages and bacon, the first really good accompanied by toasted bread with oil, cherry tomatoes and basil and artichoke pâté. Together we also tasted a platter with a selection of their cheeses, where you can find everything from pecorino to blue cheese, I remember having tasted at least nine different types. First, cacio e pepe with the gran cacio di Morolo, rigorously homemade pasta: a delicious tonnarello of water and flour wrapped in a delicate and at the same time tasty cream. Excellent sparkling white house wine for €8. Wide selection of desserts. Green apple sorbet and strictly homemade berry cheesecake, delicate and delicious. We added to the above described a bottle of water, two coffees and a digestive for a total bill of €70. This place won us over with incredible ease. We will be happy to return as soon as possible to taste their fish specialties too! Because in front of the quality (not only high as regards the food but also the service as a whole) one cannot help but honor it. Congratulations to this staff! See you soon.

05/10/2024: Io e la mia ragazza oramai siamo di casa, veniamo qui da circa due anni e la qualità che troviamo qui é sempre eccellente, i sapori unici, e la gentilezza del proprietario/chef ti fa sentire in famiglia , per non parlare del rapporto qualitä prezzo, senza dubbio il miglior ristorante di pesce di cassino per noi ❤️

12/01/2025: Simple hosteria with really good home cooking. Polenta with wild boar to try, with local flour I would go back just to get more, The only thing was the service was a little slow for the few tables available.

20/01/2025: Excellent experience in Viticuso. Abundant, traditional, economical menu. 30 euros for a menu that includes: starter, first course, second course, side dish, dessert, wine, water and bread. The service is also excellent and fast. Highly recommended!

30/12/2024: Il ristorante da Antonino è un appuntamento fisso per me e la mia famiglia per tutte le occasioni importanti. Almeno Natale, Pasqua, ferragosto sono sicuri. Anche se spesso si tratta di menù fisso, quello che ti fa mangiare è assolutamente buono e genuino. Il prezzo è onestissimo e il locale molto accogliente così come il personale

23/11/2024: Locale perfetto per trascorrere qualche ora in serenità, con bambini o senza e in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Ottimo per una colazione golosa,un aperitivo o un gustoso gelato in estate. Spazioso, ben curato, con una minuziosa attenzione verso le famiglie. Area giochi impeccabile e qualità eccellente. Inoltre vengono organizzati spesso spettacoli molto coinvolgenti per i bambini. Super consigliato!

04/11/2024: Il ristorante si trova a poca distanza da Castro dei Volsci, lungo la strada provinciale. Due grandi sale, davanti uno spazio verde. I servizi igienici sono puliti (nonostante il locale sia pieno), all'inizio e alla fine del pranzo. I tavoli sono ben apparecchiati. Buone l'accoglienza e l'assistenza al cliente. Il servizio è efficiente: personale cortese, tempi di attesa normali, disponibilità a variazioni di menù al momento. Cucina tradizionale, con gradevoli variazioni, di buona qualità, con porzioni nella media. Carta dei vini molto dettagliata, con attenzione alla produzione locale (manca peraltro l'indicazione della scelta "a calice", e per quest'ultima andrebbe mostrata al cliente la bottiglia da cui versare il contenuto richiesto). Rapporto qualità/prezzo nella media: un pasto completo costa circa € 60.

02/02/2025: Un pranzo abbondante e ricco di scoperte. Pappardelle ai funghi fenomenali e costine tenere e ricche. Davvero eccellente!

02/12/2024: Trovato tramite TripAdvisor, ma anche su consiglio del proprietario del B&B di cui eravamo ospiti, siamo stati inizialmente tratti in inganno dalla posizione del lovale, abbastanza isolata e poco illuminata (specie se, come noi, ci si capita a fine novembre). Ma, non appena varcata la soglia, tutto è cambiato. Accoglienza, simpatia, ma soprattutto cibo squisito, fatto in casa dalla cuoca con sapori originali, semplici e squisiti. Due antipasti, due primi, due secondi, due contorni e caffè (con ciambelline al vino offerte dalla casa): totale 40 €. Prezzo basso per porzioni abbondanti. Ottimo, da consigliare. PS: attenzione quando si imposta il navigatore. Alcune persone hanno avuto difficoltà a raggiungere la trattoria impostando un navigatore diverso da Google Maps

08/04/2025: I have been to this place several times but the last one was the decisive one for never going back. I had tea and they brought me the teapot with a single cup of water in it, counted at a cost of €4, no comment, apple cake with a burnt plastic taste and having pointed this out, luckily they brought me more. My friends went for the savory one and the little pizzas brought for the aperitif were unleavened and raw. Please note that they didn't change them and brought something else. I won't go back there again because the cup of water counted in the half-empty teapot isn't even there. It's water.

08/01/2025: Posto molto carino e accogliente. Personale gentilissimo e professionale. Si possono assaggiare dei piatti tradizionali cucinati in modo che ricordano la cucina della nonna. Presente anche brace a vista dove preparano al momento delle ottime carni. Sicuramente ci torneremo.
