Magical location, exquisite food, qualified staff attentive to every need and the kindness to be the hostess.... A wonderful day.... Ideal place for an important reception!!!!! 05/09/2025: A pleasant place, with carefully prepared and varied cuisine, family-style and traditional. Virginia, the owner, is proud of her business and strives to please her customers in every way. A spacious dining room, delicious pizzas, a varied selection of local and international specialties, and plenty of vegetables. Generous portions. At lunchtime. In the evening: all-you-can-eat pizza!

04/10/2025: Passing through this beautiful town, I stopped at this bar, curious about the reviews and the huge croissants. I have to say, perhaps because I expected more, the croissants didn't thrill me...but that's just my personal taste. Prices are normal. The staff is courteous and friendly...perhaps a little over the top for this type of place. Let's just say they feel like they're the best...and they say so openly... What can I say if you're in the area for a coffee? Absolutely not a great location...they're right next to a road with lots of cars and trucks.

17/09/2025: We celebrated our wedding here a few weeks ago. A huge thank you to the owner, Paolo. He was kind, enthusiastic about his work, and with great professionalism, he ensured that everything was taken care of down to the last detail, as well as the excellent quality of the dishes. All our guests were delighted and had a great time. A heartfelt thank you, Rossano and Sabina.

21/10/2025: The place is inconveniently located in the parking lot and a bit dated; it needs a revamp. It doesn't have much character; it seems like they're trying to do a bit of everything. The menu is confusing, and the food quality is mediocre. I wouldn't recommend it.

30/07/2025: My husband and I stop in Pastena every year on our way to Sicily. This year we discovered this fantastic trattoria. We immediately fell in love with the wonderful Mr. Domenico, a gentleman in every sense of the word! The food was super authentic and we enjoyed our conversation with him! 16/09/2025: I won't judge what I ate, as I don't have the expertise. In any case, I found everything excellent. What I'd like to focus on is a wish I expressed to the chef: As a resident of Ciociaria, I appreciate your research rooted in the region, but I feel a desire for a closer connection to local culinary traditions. I'd be fascinated to see the traditional dishes of Ciociaria revisited with your personal and innovative perspective. It's a complex challenge, requiring historical research and study, but my experiences at this restaurant have convinced me that you have the sensitivity and skill to transform these roots into unique and contemporary creations.

11/09/2025: A few steps back Whenever we pass through Fiuggi, this restaurant is a must-visit for us. Chef Tassa's touch is clearly evident. The menu is based on seasonal and local products, with a particular focus on vegetables. We chose the 8-course menu. It's a shame the welcome menu has changed: there are no longer various finger foods, but rather the course that previously opened the tasting menu. Unfortunately, the 8 courses also include the chef's welcome, so there are actually 7. The quality of the dishes is excellent, both in terms of flavor and balance. The wine tasting wasn't entirely satisfying: no particularly noteworthy labels, nor particularly impressive ones. Overall, however, it was still a pleasant evening.

05/10/2025: Very nice place in modern style... fixed menus of meat and fish... we took 4 meat menus cooked well at an excellent price for those who want to spend a different Sunday... I recommend it

I wanted to compliment the owner on his incredible hospitality, helpfulness, and speed in delivering the pizzas, which in my opinion are the best I've tasted in the area! Excellent prices. What can I say? I recommend everyone to try this restaurant. We'll definitely be back!

01/08/2025: The restaurant was clean and the waiters were kind and professional, but the spaghetti with clams was missing because they weren't clams but rather lupini beans that were a few days old, as most of them were dry and tasteless. The fried food was dry and had a strong fishy flavor, meaning it wasn't fresh. I'm sorry, but I won't be back. Maybe it was just me.

26/07/2025: A bit '80s-style, but no less delicious; excellent and plentiful dishes, courteous and always attentive staff. A pleasant discovery and authentic cuisine. Definitely worth returning.

12/06/2025: So what can I say, my daughter was not treated very well with the food!! She says that the food that was given to us parents, the waiters did not want to give it to the child, that is, my daughter... the place is very nice, the food is good but they need to change the waiters..!! However, I had also seen them say NO to our FACE and obviously she was upset, so my husband was given the task of getting it for us and he even ate it with great interest.. so you need to change..😡

01/06/2025: What can I say…. WONDERFUL…we celebrated our wedding yesterday with them…. VERY HIGH QUALITY FOOD, VERY KIND STAFF…LUISA AND MAURO ARE TRULY VERY PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. We were really very very very happy, from the first meeting I understood that we were entrusting ourselves to serious people and I wasn't wrong, in fact they went beyond our expectations…..we were followed from start to finish…. Thank you and thank you again…I really HIGHLY recommend CATERING LE MIMOSE I THINK IT IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN ALL OF CIOCIARIA AND IN LAZIO. Thank you ❤️
