13/09/2025: It was truly a surprise to find an authentic Italian rotisserie.

04/09/2025: Lunch break, I looked for something different and went in. The incredible smell of cooking hit me. In the display case, besides pizzas, bread, and other things, there were ready-made dishes that seemed to have come straight from my mother's kitchen. When I tasted them, everything exactly lived up to expectations: delicious. The quality/price ratio was right. We'll definitely be back 👏

Magical location, exquisite food, qualified staff attentive to every need and the kindness to be the hostess.... A wonderful day.... Ideal place for an important reception!!!!! A spacious dining room, delicious pizzas, a varied selection of local and international specialties, and plenty of vegetables. Generous portions. At lunchtime. In the evening: all-you-can-eat pizza!

13/08/2025: We went to the restaurant at the Topolino Albergo for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised: the food was delicious, and the staff was very kind and attentive. I highly recommend it.

17/09/2025: We celebrated our wedding here a few weeks ago. A huge thank you to the owner, Paolo. He was kind, enthusiastic about his work, and with great professionalism, he ensured that everything was taken care of down to the last detail, as well as the excellent quality of the dishes. All our guests were delighted and had a great time. A heartfelt thank you, Rossano and Sabina.

26/10/2025: Negative experience due to the behavior of the waitress and the owner with a customer.

21/10/2025: The place is inconveniently located in the parking lot and a bit dated; it needs a revamp. It doesn't have much character; it seems like they're trying to do a bit of everything. The menu is confusing, and the food quality is mediocre. I wouldn't recommend it.

16/09/2025: I won't judge what I ate, as I don't have the expertise. In any case, I found everything excellent. What I'd like to focus on is a wish I expressed to the chef: As a resident of Ciociaria, I appreciate your research rooted in the region, but I feel a desire for a closer connection to local culinary traditions. I'd be fascinated to see the traditional dishes of Ciociaria revisited with your personal and innovative perspective. It's a complex challenge, requiring historical research and study, but my experiences at this restaurant have convinced me that you have the sensitivity and skill to transform these roots into unique and contemporary creations.

11/09/2025: A few steps back Whenever we pass through Fiuggi, this restaurant is a must-visit for us. Chef Tassa's touch is clearly evident. The menu is based on seasonal and local products, with a particular focus on vegetables. We chose the 8-course menu. It's a shame the welcome menu has changed: there are no longer various finger foods, but rather the course that previously opened the tasting menu. Unfortunately, the 8 courses also include the chef's welcome, so there are actually 7. The quality of the dishes is excellent, both in terms of flavor and balance. The wine tasting wasn't entirely satisfying: no particularly noteworthy labels, nor particularly impressive ones. Overall, however, it was still a pleasant evening.

12/06/2025: So what can I say, my daughter was not treated very well with the food!! She says that the food that was given to us parents, the waiters did not want to give it to the child, that is, my daughter... the place is very nice, the food is good but they need to change the waiters..!! However, I had also seen them say NO to our FACE and obviously she was upset, so my husband was given the task of getting it for us and he even ate it with great interest.. so you need to change..😡

01/06/2025: What can I say...WONDERFUL...we celebrated our wedding with them yesterday...TOP QUALITY FOOD, VERY KIND STAFF...LUISA AND MAURO ARE TRULY VERY PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. We were truly very, very happy. From the first meeting I knew we were entrusting ourselves to serious people, and I wasn't wrong; in fact, they went above and beyond our expectations. We were looked after from start to finish. Thank you, and thank you again...I truly HIGHLY recommend CATERING LE MIMOSE. I THINK IT'S THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN ALL OF CIOCIARIA, AND INDEED, LAZIO. Thank you ❤️

09/09/2025: A Best Western hotel in a good location, with business-like furnishings. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and equipped with a large TV. The renovations could be improved a bit. It has a nice gym. The breakfast is good and varied. The hotel also has a good restaurant.
