27/12/2025: We arrived at this place at 7:30 pm, and they sat us at the table we had reserved. Nothing to complain about so far, everyone was polite. The problems arose later, until 8:30 pm not a single waiter bothered to ask us if we wanted a drink. Then we waited a good two hours, and I repeat, two hours, for a pizza. The room was full of people, but everyone arrived after us and had eaten before "us" 😅 and we can't explain how that's possible!! When we let the person we think is the waiter know, he used the excuse that everyone had ordered pizzas that evening😭 rookie waiters placed to serve in the middle of the chaos. None of them went between the tables to ask if we wanted a drink or not (almost three and a half hours with a bottle of water, luckily we weren't in the desert😭). I'm shocked. I speak as someone who has been in the restaurant world for years, you don't work like that.

05/01/2026: Today for lunch we went to this fantastic location. We tasted typical local products, particularly impressed by the pan-cooked focaccia and pumpkin ravioli. Ivana, the hostess, made us feel right at home. The location was stunning, with a roaring fireplace where Ivana toasted two delicious slices of bread for us to enjoy with her fantastic olive oil. 17/01/2026: Hotel is not fancy, but it is clean, has hot showers and is very convenient to Cassino, all the WWII sites and Abbey of Montecassino. Breakfast was OK - good base for the day.

13/01/2026: Modern and clean rooms, excellent customer service. They've also improved the restaurant, offering tasty, well-prepared dishes. Slightly outside Cassino but easily accessible.

18/01/2026: A recently renovated service station, featuring the "Amore" restaurant, where table service is provided. I ordered a carbonara that would rival any Roman trattoria, and a delicious chicken cacciatore. Very friendly service and excellent value considering the chain's reputation. If I return, I'll definitely try the pizza.

18/12/2025: The food is truly delicious. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The cod is a must-try (but the grandmother's meatballs are also worth it). Good value for money. We'd go back.

15/08/2025: Warm and welcoming place. Excellent food, served with a smile and kindness. Mrs. Erika, the owner, made us fall in love! The location has outdoor use, surrounded by greenery that also offers a nice cool breeze in the evenings. Excellent, locally sourced food. Excellent value for money. Needless to say, from now on we will be satisfied and regular customers... to be honest (I'll allow myself a little controversy), despite the inexplicable and gratuitous, albeit rare, negative reviews. 04/12/2025: The quality/price ratio is good, and you can also take advantage of some promotions like "combos" or special offers based on the day of the week, etc. The staff are really talented and are fully committed to their work. You can eat outside, but it's a takeout pizzeria. They also offer home deliveries via various delivery drivers. I recommend using the "Buona Pizza" app; it's convenient, easy to use, and comprehensive.

26/10/2025: Up until a month ago, there were no problems, but lately the pizzas have been arriving lukewarm, and then the 4 Stagioni arrived on time, always on time. Since yesterday, the porcini mushrooms were replaced with eggplant without any communication or change on the app. I called and was told they replaced them a while ago, and what if we were allergic to eggplant or, as happened, simply didn't like them? They didn't even apologize for something that they thought was light, but for those who ordered it, it wasn't.

29/10/2025: Alas, 1 bottle of wine, a briganti appetizer and a tagliatelle with porcini and cardoncelli mushrooms, which were pitiful. The mushrooms were taken out of the freezer and cooked so they tasted of frozen, not good. I never went back there again, then very expensive and grumpy.

10/01/2026: At the croissant counter, I'm greeted coldly and with the presumptuous "I'm doing you a favor." Until proven otherwise, I'm the customer. It's a different story at the croissant counter, where the ladies greet you with a smile and attentiveness.
