09/03/2025: It was a truly sublime culinary experience. Pleasant atmosphere and kind and qualified staff, in fact we were well advised by Gabriele for the choice of our dishes and we were truly satisfied.

09/03/2025: Location 10, io ristorante è dentro l’hotel ambasciatori ed è davvero bellissimo, peccato che c’erano veramente tanti tavoli e alla fine eravamo tutti seduti vicini, (evitabile a mio parere visto il grande spazio), personale perfetto. Per quanto riguarda il cibo abbiamo preso 2 antipasti il km 0 e il crostino di polenta buonissimi, ma i ravioli al tartufo “fatti a mano” (ho qualche dubbio al riguardo) non sapevano proprio di tartufo, sapevano solo di panna. Nel complesso hanno molto potenziale ma attenzione ai dettagli.

13/03/2025: So, inside a tiny old-time venue, a maximum of twenty customers can sit. You will enjoy excellent home cooking, the result of the Innkeeper's daily purchases. All very simple but also very good. The offer of bottled wines, all local, is more than sufficient. Their loose ones are also excellent. Simple, friendly and effective service. It is a very successful place, book well in advance.

20/01/2025: Una Locanda che è un gioiello; e sembra normale che certi gioielli non si trovino così, sulla via, bisogna meritarseli. La ristorazione è un esercizio strano: il cliente paga un servizio e valuta quello che ha ricevuto in cambio di denaro. La Locanda del Ditirambo è uno dei rari posti, rari anche in Ciociaria, dove non si offre solo questo, dove si mette in gioco oltre al lavoro anche la passione, dove si sentono le persone dentro le cose, e la fatica si fa piacere, lusso. Per carità, niente è perfetto, ma tutto ha un altro senso per il cliente quando si capisce che dall'altra parte si vuole ad ogni costo, con testardaggine, migliorare le cose, e magari migliorare un prodotto già buono di suo, andare oltre, e allora persino quelle che sembrano piccole imperfezioni diventano parte necessaria del bello, non solo perché lo rendono domestico e affabile. Ecco, parliamo del menu', abbastanza ridotto (che è quasi sempre garanzia di un lavoro fatto in proprio e fatto bene); ma prima di tutto vorrei parlare del pane, che lo chef prepara da sé, delizioso. Poi, senza essere lineare, sorprendermi dei dolci, che non troverete in nessun altro ristorante, perché non vengono da un furgone, da una fabbrica, da una pasticceria, ma da queste quattro mura: ma che spettacolo! Che spettacolo un cuoco che si rompe la testa per portarvi i propri dolci a fine pasto, e li fa come dio comanda! Il tris di antipasti si impone come un must, col tortino di patate a farla da principe, una grande invenzione; poi i secondi di carne, coll'ottimo collo di maiale con note affumicate e agrodolci, e una tradizionale bufaletta (stufato di bufala ciociara) tra le più buone mai assaggiate. Tornerò, si certo, e tornerò per i primi, che non ho assaggiato; e per la cantina, che sembra proprio ben fornita. È un posto dove, a meno di non essere proprio ottusi, si torna: un posto del cuore.

03/03/2025: …che dire un posticino veramente grazioso, una chicca degli Altipiani di Arcinazzo: cucina dedicata e genuina nei sapori e negli ingredienti, porzioni più che abbondanti e gusto intenso di ogni preparazione, complimenti allo chef, personale cordiale, professionale ed educato e poi c’è il proprietario , Riccardo, sempre corte educato e accogliente . 23/02/2025: Cozy place and very attentive service especially because there were many of us and everyone chose different dishes. Available and courteous! good choice, starters, first courses, second courses, side dishes and desserts all very good. A small note on the cacio e pepe... very good spaghettone but it seemed more like oil, pepper and pecorino, the creaming was missing a bit... but the plates returned to the kitchen completely empty!!! The bill was pleasant considering that we ate with satisfaction! Well done!

21/02/2025: We went to this tavern for lunch, and the owners immediately welcomed us in a welcoming way. Very nice place, we ate an excellent amatriciana which wasn't on the menu, but the chef accommodated us by cooking it excellently. also the second; excellent scallop with ham and sage what can I say we then tasted an excellent coffee served to us by a very kind waitress to return as soon as possible 🥰🥰🥰😋😋

06/01/2025: Abbiamo cenato di passaggio ad Anagni e non potevamo fare scelta migliore considerando la cena fantastica, due primi piatti da 9 tra cui una amatriciana indimenticabile. Ottimi anche gli antipasti e i dolci. Che dire? Se il conto è un po' più alto della media direi che è assolutamente ripagato dalla soddisfazione del palato. Grazie infinite.

05/01/2025: Un locale molto carino, curato e suggestivo a pochi passi dal centro di Anagni. Piatti della tradizione buonissimi come i piatti più moderni. Le polpette di bollito squisite. Tutto lo staff super gentile e professionale. Super consigliato.

08/02/2025: We went to this restaurant today where the hospitality and goodness of the food welcomed us like family. We were in a bit of a hurry and the owner, the fourth generation of restaurateurs, had us eating in a very short time, excellent quality homemade pasta, excellent porcini mushrooms too, my friend had a very tender and delicious steak. We understood that in Torrice this restaurant is a point of reference for the authenticity of the products and for the hospitality. We will definitely be back.

01/03/2025: Venerdì 28 per festeggiare il compleanno di mia madre con la mia famiglia. Antipasti sfiziosi e gustosi, primi molto conditi e di effetto mi sono pentita di non aver consumato la carbonara scelta dai nostri vicini di tavolo, mi è sembrata classica semplice e molto buona. Ottima la bistecca con le patate. L'altro frantoio ha però una specialità che lo caratterizza ,distinguendolo da mille altri: la giovinezza dell'ambiente che non è inesperienza, ma passione, educazione e gentilezza. Mi sento di consigliare questo locale che sembra un piccolo mondo di persone giovani ed educate dove respirare serenità ed allegria. Provare per credere ❤️

23/02/2025: Di ritorno da un bellissimo weekend con la mia famiglia non posso non scrivere una meritatissima recensione positivo a questo agriturismo.Posto immerso nella natura,camere pulite cibo ottimo ed abbondante su tutti la fettuccina cacio pepe e zafferano una vera goduria!proprietari sempre cordiali e sorridenti!lo consiglio vivamente sia per un weekend che per un bel pranzo
