Non mi dilungo a tessere le lodi di Pompeo e consorte, mi limito a fare loro i complimenti perché gli anni passano ma la loro professionalità e la qualità dei cibi è sempre altissima!!

29/03/2025: At Plinio you can eat excellent fish dishes. The various dishes all have a lot of personality and goodness. Also very good at pastry making, Plinio cheers up guests with his saxophone. Personally I also find the wine list very well structured. Awkward but very picturesque place in the historic centre. Absolutely not to be missed.

03/05/2025: Fantastic location to immerse yourself for a few days in an oasis of well-being and absolute relaxation, in the middle of endless rows of vineyards! Excellent food and service, with quality of genuine products and the wisdom of an extraordinary chef! Outdoor aperitifs in the middle of the greenery in absolute tranquility! What can I say? Highly recommended for couples and families, but also to celebrate an event with friends.

Il menù è fisso già prestabilito, ma davvero con 22 euro mangi in abbondanza cibo casereccio di ottima qualità. Personale disponibile e attento. Ottima location con un bel panorama. Consigliatisaimo

22/03/2025: Restaurant in the center of Boville, with super friendly and approachable staff, helpful and courteous. We had a great time and it's mostly thanks to them. The food is also noteworthy: the cappelletti's amatriciana sauce is a work of art and their selection of appetizers was truly a pleasant discovery. The thing that surprised me the most is the quality/price ratio: the dishes are good and the portions are "not to be looked at in the face". The only thing that disappointed me a little was the risotto I ordered: good, of course, but it was a little cold and I was definitely expecting something more. The dessert (homemade double) was wonderful Having said that, it is a restaurant that is worth it if you are in Boville, so overall I recommend it.

01/05/2025: I had booked a table for 6 people a week in advance for May 1st, but when we arrived the reservation was not available (we left Rome). Instead of apologizing or proposing a solution, the manager questioned my word, making baseless excuses. It was clear that the mistake was theirs, but nothing was done to fix it. Not even a minimal gesture, like offering us an aperitif while waiting for a table to become available. In the end we left, without having been able to have lunch. A truly unpleasant experience, which demonstrates poor organization and a total lack of attention towards customers. Too bad... for them!!

23/04/2025: Da ritorno da un meraviglioso weekend di Pasqua con mio marito siamo stati accolti da una persona speciale Sandra, subito ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio era non parlare del cibo buonissimo dalla colazione alla cena, tutto lo staff ecc, il ristorante il ciclope una garanzia se passate per arpino è una tappa obbligatoria. Un posto che profuma di famiglie, saluti da Gennaro e Rosa Piscopo

23/03/2025: Una domenica di marzo con un gruppo organizzato, mi sono ritrovata qui, un posticino incantevole, una cucina casereccia, ogni alimento coltivato, allevato e prodotto a km 0. Personale accogliente disponibile e simpatico e gentile.

23/04/2025: The place is modern in a medieval context, very particular. Refined environment with attention to every detail but what is the protagonist is the food. Excellent raw materials cooked with skill. From the hot sea crust, to the cuttlefish tagliolini with pink tuna and olives. From octopus on purple potato cream to tagliolini with grgonzola and walnuts. Each dish is told by Mètre Guglielmo who makes you taste the dish even before serving it to you. Very knowledgeable and professional dining room staff. Prices adequate for the quality which I repeat is excellent. Between one dish and another, if the day permits, you can admire the landscape from the outdoor terrace.

The quality of the food, the impeccable service and the elegant atmosphere made this evening an unforgettable experience The service was impeccable. Our waiter was attentive, friendly and professional, and Mr. was also very nice. William. He answered all our questions and made great recommendations. His knowledge of the menu and wine list was impressive. The atmosphere of the restaurant was elegant and refined. The background music was discreet and did not disturb the conversation. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high quality dining experience. It is the perfect place for a special dinner or to celebrate an important occasion. 5 stars out of 5. Can't wait to go back!
