03/09/2025: I don't know what to say. A beautiful day at the spa, but to continue relaxing, we decided not to leave given the restaurant's excellent reviews. The bread in the basket was obviously old. Amatriciana, or pasta with sauce containing soft, not at all crispy pork cheek, and no pecorino cheese, or if it was present, it was imperceptible. Tagliolini with asparagus, pork cheek, and tomatoes was a bland pasta dish, with ingredients that didn't quite mesh together. To finish off beautifully, the beef tagliata, €28, or six strips of meat, floating in a pungent red sauce, surrounded by six white beans and bland potatoes. An excellent dinner if we had opted for a cafeteria, but not for a four-star hotel, and not at that price. We ate purely out of hunger, not pleasure. However, as I told the waiter, the Fiuggi water was really good.

31/08/2025: The atmosphere is welcoming and intimate. The place is very well-kept, and the man who served us was extremely friendly and professional. The food was excellent, with special mention for the chicken steak and the tart. We highly recommend it, and we'll be back.

02/08/2025: We stopped to break up the journey from Brescia to Calabria. It was an excellent choice; we added dinner to the overnight stay with breakfast, two adults and a child. The price was reasonable. Beautiful view and a tour of the stables, chicken coop, and crops. I recommend it.

30/07/2025: A beautiful farmhouse convenient to the highway. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and a crib is available. Excellent dinner and breakfast featuring products from their farm. You can see the animals in their stables and enjoy the outdoors.

17/09/2025: Well, let's talk serious things here. The location, nestled in the historic context of the town, is beautiful. Every dish exceeded our expectations, from the appetizers to the six courses, each dish more special than the last, well-crafted and tasty. The first courses, needless to say, were superb: ravioli and sagne al vino, chicory, and pecorino were unforgettable. The desserts, too, were beautifully presented and particularly delicious. The service was simple and discreet, and the wine list was extensive. It's a shame we didn't order the second courses, because I think the meats were excellent from other tables. We'll be back to try the entire menu. Excellent value for money, and highly recommended. Kudos to you for upholding the honor of the town's fine cuisine, leaving us with fond memories of the place.

20/09/2025: I had dinner with my mother, a true Ciociara daughter, and we enjoyed the thin pasta with meat sauce, which were on par with the ones my grandmother used to make for me.

12/09/2025: I came to Ciociaria with high expectations of its famous cuisine. I found this place through Google reviews (which I find suspicious, due to the large number of them and the restaurant's remote location 🤔 ) and honestly, I don't understand how a place like this can have such a reputation. I don't have anything negative to say about the first courses or the house wine. Regarding the main courses, I have to say they were meager and unremarkable. The mountain starter, I couldn't even eat the ham, the side salad was ridiculously large, and to top it all off, when the bill arrived, they said it was a fixed menu, €30 each...?! I ordered the house wine, starter, first course, main course, and side dish, and none of this was specified on the bill! It's a shame that, while making good first courses, they ruin everything else in this way. I'm responding to the owner's comment: my mood changed after seeing the mixed grill and the quantity of the side dishes, potatoes, and salad. I couldn't eat the ham. It was very good quality. The worst ham I've eaten in Italy, dry and salty. My partner ate it because he doesn't like to throw food away. I still don't understand the reviews from other customers who praise the starter and main courses, since food is very good in Italy and Italians appreciate quality.
