Very good starters and pastas, we were a group of six colleagues visiting on Sunday lunch this local gem. Very good wine options! They make great dessert too, highly recommend to pay a visit

I found the restaurant on the Gambero Rosso menu. I went yesterday for lunch, and it was easy to find. We entered and were greeted by a gentleman who I think is the owner. He was truly friendly, and the dining room was fantastic and truly elegant. They immediately made you feel at ease. The ingredients were exquisite. We tried the taverna appetizer, all expertly prepared and of the highest quality. I loved the fried apple, which I'd never had before and was truly delicious. I also enjoyed the ricotta, which I usually don't like, but here it was so good I ate it all. For starters, we had pappardelle with white ragù and mint (amazing) and the pasta sciue sciue. Given the generous portions, we only had dessert... crème catalana, mouth-watering... reasonably priced compared to average.

We were there for a ceremony. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, knowledgeable, and always smiling and available. The food was excellent, fresh, and tasty. They offer a wide selection of traditional Roman and international dishes. The location is welcoming, with a beautiful terrace perfect for summer dinners! Congratulations.

I went for dinner last night and had a truly enjoyable experience. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, especially thanks to the outdoor terrace, perfect for a quiet dinner. The dishes were well-prepared and very good. The service was attentive and friendly: they explained each course to us with great care and even accommodated my off-menu request by adding tomatoes, which I love. The wine selection is also excellent. Definitely worth a try.

I visited Taverna Mari in Grottaferrata and had a truly delightful experience. Four of us arrived without a reservation, even quite late at 3:00 PM, and yet we were greeted with great courtesy and helpfulness. A detail we truly appreciated. The restaurant is welcoming, with attention to detail. The staff was kind, helpful, and always attentive without being intrusive. The dishes were beautifully presented, prepared with quality ingredients, and had an authentic flavor. You could sense their passion for traditional cuisine and the attention to detail in every course. The quality-price ratio was also excellent, considering the level of service and cuisine. A place we'd love to return to and one I recommend to anyone who wants to eat well in the Castelli Romani area. Congratulations!
