28/09/2025: A truly charming location, and in the summer you can dine outside, overlooking the cold, clear waters of the Gari River, which rises a short distance away. The menu is extensive, the ambiance is exquisite, and all of this is thanks to the dedication of owner Andrea. I highly recommend this experience.

13/09/2025: Given the reviews, I was hoping for better, but unfortunately, it wasn't. Anyway, the food wasn't bad. I had vegan chocolate, coffee, pistachio, and alchermes zabaglione. All the products were perfectly adequate, except for one, but they lacked a certain oomph—let's say ethereal. The flavors were decently made from an ice cream standpoint, although the use of neutral flavors was perhaps excessive; more precisely, they were very fluffy, bordering on "fluffy." I found some impurities in the chocolate, I believe, due to the neutral flavor not having completely dissolved during preparation. The best experience was with the coffee and pistachio. The alchermes zabaglione flavor is incomprehensible... besides, zabaglione is a mixture where, in addition to egg yolk and sugar, there's always a WINE, from Marsala to other fortified and/or passito wines, never a LIQUEUR or a distillate. In these cases, it's better to use the definition "cream of..." In short, I didn't like it, even though I'm a friend of alchermes, since zuppa inglese is one of my favorite desserts. I'll definitely be back to try all the flavors and get a more complete idea.

The mixed tasting menu, which allows you to discover different dishes in a single dish, is also excellent. The first courses deserve a special mention: the fresh tagliatelle with calamari and truffle is a rich and refined dish, where the delicacy of the sea meets the intensity of truffle. Among the second courses, the tuna in a Bronte pistachio crust stands out for its perfect cooking and pairing with the radicchio and arugula salad. To conclude, the desserts are worthy of note: the artisanal Malaga-flavored ice cream served with Saint James Agricole rum is an unusual yet successful combination, leaving a lasting impression. The wine selection is carefully curated: the Taif Zibibbo Terre Siciliane IGP from Fina Vini is excellent, aromatic and versatile, perfect for pairing with seafood and Mediterranean cuisine. The service is attentive and courteous, and the atmosphere is intimate with soft lighting and elegant details. In short, it's a restaurant that combines sophistication, excellent ingredients, and a warm welcome. Highly recommended for those seeking an authentic yet sophisticated dining experience.

25/11/2025: I celebrated my son's baptism at this agriturismo last Sunday, and the watchwords were professionalism and organization. My husband and I had never been here before and were pleasantly impressed. A huge compliment to all the staff (the waiters were impeccable), and especially to Carlo, who managed to please us in every way. Everyone was thrilled: from the music, with Samuel (who was recommended to us by Carlo), to the decor curated by Luana (also recommended by Carlo), to the food, which met every need, including lactose intolerance and the needs of the two pregnant women. I really wanted everything to go smoothly, and La Corte in Fiore made my wish come true. A huge thank you from a mother and father who celebrated their son's first milestone.

All this is combined with the kindness of the staff, especially the very dear Francesco, a waiter renowned for his culinary and cultural recommendations. The rooms are clean, and the outdoor space is filled with greenery, a pool, and a farm. Excellent food. We will definitely return.

15/11/2025: In early November, I moved to the province of Viterbo, and since I had to have my QJ 800 serviced for the 12,000th anniversary, I made an appointment. Excellent welcome, punctual service, and as agreed, I waited just long enough for the service. Very thorough, they even apologized for not being able to provide a clean bike. I'll definitely be back for the next one, and maybe even switch vehicles. Highly recommended.
