03/10/2025: Best food we’ve had since being in Rome, we’ve eaten at a lot of places here and this is just absolutely incredible, I got the carbonara and Tiramisu for dessert and I could not fault it, best tiramisu in Rome! Great service too, I’d give this 10 stars if I could!

21/09/2025: All good except for the fact that since it was a party we had a lot of eyes on us, we felt very uncomfortable consuming while being supervised, in these places you should have fun carefree, and even though we are excellent consumers, the target was really limited and out of rhythm compared to a Saturday night.

16/08/2025: It's always a pleasure to sit at one of their tables and be served in the best possible way. I was here with my partner and a dear friend, who was brought along specifically to impress, and that was exactly what happened. We had three appetizers: seafood salad, burrata, raw red shrimp, and roasted octopus. Then, as off-menu main courses, the specials of the day included mixed fried fish, cod au gratin, and swordfish with vegetable caponata. Everything was excellently cooked, with authentic and well-crafted flavors, and the service was always attentive and friendly. Kudos to the wine list, truly thoughtfully designed with excellent selections at fair prices. We opted for Walter Massa's Timorasso, but there was truly so much to choose from. Kudos to them, because you can see the commitment and passion in this as well. Finally, we were so satisfied that we even indulged in dessert: two pasticciotti with cream and black cherries and a warm chocolate tart paired with a Barolo chinato. We'll definitely be back again and again!

23/08/2025: I discovered it by chance through a YouTuber, and I've lost count of how many times I've been there. The food is excellent, from appetizers to sandwiches. I've tried almost everything and none of them have ever disappointed me. As for dessert, their cheesecakes are out of this world (I don't like cheesecakes). However, every time I go there and they have one that appeals to me, I order it. The mix of flavors they use to create their dishes is incredible... I think it's one of the best places I've been. The girls are very kind and very knowledgeable. I saw the owner a couple of times while we were at the cash register, and he offered us liqueurs or coffee. Prices are between 25 and 30 euros. Honest and fair for both the quality of the products and the quantity. If you can, go there.

19/07/2025: Bellissima serata trascorsa in famiglia comodamente seduti ai tavoli della PINSERIA 06! Sul corso principale di Vetralla, ci accomodiamo all’esterno pregustando la nostra cena in occasione di un festeggiamento. La serata è perfetta. Come il clima fresco. Le luci in strada. L’illuminazione della Pinseria che crea la giusta atmosfera. Pinsarelli con pomodorini, mozzarella e origano per cominciare. Poi altra porzione alla gricia. Squisiti! Arrivano le birre alla spina. Fresche e in perfetta armonia con le successive pinse, servite su tagliere di legno. L’impasto é soffice, la cottura giusta. Ma apprezziamo soprattutto la qualità eccellente della materia prima. Concludiamo con ulteriori pinsarelli alla nutella. E con un brindisi. Alla nostra festeggiata, certo. Ma anche al giovane proprietario e al suo personale garbato. Ottima inaspettata serata per chi, come me, abita nella città dove la pizza é una pietanza “sacra”. Ma la pinsa di stasera non mi ha fatto rimpiangere Napoli. A presto Pinseria 06. 07/10/2025: The meat is delicious, the service is friendly, prompt and courteous, although perhaps the prices of dishes outside the menu should be mentioned, especially if they are expensive... the atmosphere is a bit chaotic.

16/09/2025: It's like going to lunch at your mom's; everything is excellent, and you have to remember to make a reservation otherwise it's very difficult to get a table. I absolutely recommend it.

13/09/2025: I must say I discovered this restaurant by pure chance, we decided to try it with the intention of returning in a possible future, the food was decent and we tasted a variety of dishes, a negative aspect we found in the service, which I must admit was terrible, to begin with there was confusion in taking the order, I asked for the meat rare and it arrived still walking, requests of various types such as water, sauces, desserts, in short a bit of everything, arrived extremely late despite the not very large turnout in the room at that time, I don't know if it was a coincidence or if it is always like this but this was my experience, I am certainly open to returning to give it another chance

27/09/2025: I'm a frequent customer of this restaurant. The last time I went for lunch, I was disappointed with the food. It was a grilled fish platter with burnt calamari and prawns, and a side of burnt grilled vegetables. When I asked for the bill, they didn't provide me with a receipt because the printer was broken. I won't be going to this restaurant again.

21/09/2025: Excellent experience. We stumbled upon it by chance and it was a pleasant discovery. Fast and courteous service, very friendly and immediately puts you at ease. The porcini mushroom dishes were cooked to perfection, showcasing the flavor of the ingredients without overpowering them. Excellent desserts and excellent house wine. Reasonable prices. Giulia is very friendly. Even though we live quite far away, we will do everything we can to return. Thank you!
