23/07/2025: I already knew and loved Oste Matto's cuisine, but the change in location was the icing on the cake! It's now located in the heart of Terracina's historic center, in a charming setting perfect for enjoying a romantic dinner on the terrace. Even the interior is meticulously designed, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food is still as excellent as ever, with the difference that a stroll through the historic alleyways is now the perfect way to end the evening. A real upgrade! 👌✨

20/07/2025: We stopped in for dinner in the evening after strolling through Terracina's historic center! We were greeted with incredible warmth and were offered a delicious, high-quality set menu, all at a reasonable price! The owner is incredibly friendly and makes you feel right at home! The restaurant has two charming indoor dining rooms with an intimate, elegant atmosphere and a terrace overlooking the village. Perfect if you want to enjoy an excellent fresh seafood menu in a quiet setting, away from the hustle and bustle. We were very satisfied and left feeling full. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back.

20/07/2025: After visiting the castle, we headed to this little trattoria. The staff is attentive to their needs, and the food is delicious. The zero-mile platter is a must-try!

19/07/2025: The raw fish is a must-try. Excellent first courses thanks to the raw ingredients and the kitchen's respect for them. Second courses featuring fish that always showcase seasonality. Oysters? The name says it all! Fair prices and in line with the quality. For the grand finale, Saldiriso's desserts are a guarantee, along with the whiskey labels. You can't go wrong here.

04/07/2025: Beware of the unclear menu. "Raw tasting for 2 people" €80. Then on the bill you find yourself charged €160. Specifying "cost per person" would be much more honest. What a slip....disappointed.

Too bad the air conditioning was non-existent with the doors open and we were dying of heat. Trattoria-like atmosphere, chairs to be updated, completely empty, very uncomfortable. 20/07/2025: We've been coming here with the family for ages (as well as to the Garbatella location), and we've always been extremely satisfied. What can I say? Excellent quality ingredients, pizza that's rarely found anywhere else in Rome (a cross between an American slice and a classic Roman pan pizza, and trust someone who's had their hands in the dough, it's something worth trying at least once in your life. Crispy, flaky, light yet filling...not much to say...Bonè!) The owner makes you feel at home between a chat and a liqueur, and the service is always super fast, courteous, and attentive. In short...if they could give it 10 stars, I would have...but I can't. Special mention goes to the bruschetta, always expertly topped with seasonal ingredients. One of the best in Rome, without a doubt.

19/07/2025: We reserved a table outside by phone, but when we arrived we decided to sit inside instead, and the owner immediately made sure we were satisfied. Delicious fried food, authentic Roman supplì... "al telefono," breaded with panco. Multi-flavor pizza slices, highly hydrated, with a crispy base, delicious, and served on a round board in the center of the table. Small, but intimate and welcoming. Gluten- and lactose-free options available. Definitely worth a try.

30/06/2025: Small place in the central square of the town, easily reachable on foot where I had the pleasure of tasting typical dishes made with love and dedication to the rules of art, kind and helpful staff. Not to be missed ❤️

11/06/2025: We had dinner at Favilla on Sunday, June 1st: during a weekend as tourists in Rome, we couldn’t miss one of the most recommended pizzerias in the San Giovanni neighborhood, where we were staying. The place was packed, but despite the crowd we were welcomed with great cordiality by Giulia, who immediately served us drinks and took our order for appetizers and wine, giving us the necessary time to calmly choose the pizzas. Hungry, we started with a croquette, a supplì and the flower and anchovy ravioli: the fried foods were crunchy, light and dry, while maintaining a nice consistency. Honorable mention for the croquette — a small masterpiece: a potato origami with a stringy heart of pecorino and bacon. Warning: it’s addictive! For the pizzas we chose one with aubergines and the “pummarola”, with cherry tomatoes, stracciatella and anchovies. Typically “scrocchiarelle”, as Roman tradition dictates, they were both well-seasoned and made with top-quality ingredients. It’s just a shame we didn’t have enough space to try the desserts too… but we’ll certainly have a great excuse to come back!

06/07/2025: It's a nice restaurant near the accommodation. The pasta was delicious no matter what I ordered, and the owner had a great energy. I enjoyed the meal time. It wasn't too salty, which was nice.

24/07/2025: I didn't know this resort and I can honestly say that the location is stunning and beautiful. I couldn't believe my eyes with how much care it is kept. Compliments to the owners.

18/07/2025: We chose this location to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and 50th birthday on the same evening. We couldn't have asked for anything better! The location is simply beautiful, with a charming pool that made the atmosphere even more enchanting. The food was excellent, with attention to detail and abundant, with delicious dishes that satisfied all the guests. A huge thank you also goes to the staff, always kind, professional, and helpful, who made us feel pampered at every moment. The cake was truly magical: spectacular fireworks made everything even more emotional, creating a dreamlike atmosphere that deeply moved us. We then stayed in their elegant and spotless suite, equipped with a large Jacuzzi that gave us the perfect moment of relaxation to end the evening. An unforgettable experience that we will cherish forever. Thank you so much!

27/06/2025: It was good to stop by and fill up before going to the airport because it was near Termini Station. I felt good because the staff was kind and chatted with me~!! The truffle dish was crazy! The portions are large and the scent is amazing🔥 If you're looking for truffle dishes, you should definitely try it..

21/06/2025: Tried the Tagliolino al Tartufo, their best seller. It was okay — nothing mind-blowing, but decent. Priced at €22, my husband and I split it so we wouldn’t get too full. I'm not sure if I would order again though 🥴
