The choice of raw materials and their essential processing are excellent, so as to bring out the authentic flavors. The Maresciallo appetizer is absolutely recommended, full of local proposals and flavours.

15/05/2025: Yesterday I had the immense pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant with a lake view, I must say that I eat gluten-free, they had some fantastic care. They immediately brought me some gluten-free bread made by them (yes, I know that many restaurants now do gluten-free but I assure you that few bring you bread), the bread was delicious. I appreciated the appetizer for two where there were things that both celiacs and non-celiacs could eat (often and willingly in mixed appetizers there are bruschetta and battered vegetables and with immense pleasure there were none here and I was able to taste everything), there were grilled vegetables, cheeses, cured meats, olives, everything delicious. As a first course I had the gluten-free fettuccine made by them with porcini mushrooms, what can I say, delicious, perhaps a little too salty, but that depends a lot on personal taste, it was enough to add a little salt to enjoy a fantastic dish. The dessert... damn the dessert, I had a panna cotta with salted caramel, that caramel was indescribable!!! Thanks for the attentions you had for me and my son (they made him fettuccine with a fresh tomato sauce). We will definitely be back.

22/05/2025: I went back after years, and I ate the roast suckling pig like the last time. I found that yes, it was still as good as the last time. As an appetizer we took the cold cuts and cheese board. Few cheeses, compared to the cost of the tray. The cold cuts were very good. As a side dish the beans were excellent, the roast potatoes a little less so. The atmosphere was a little dark, but cheered by a fireplace where the meats were grilled. We will return for the first courses.

19/05/2025: ...I spent May 19th celebrating 1 year, I already knew the inn for other reasons, but coming here with the person who fills your life with joy is something else, very soft environment, lights in the right place, interior for those who love certain places the TOP, I can only assure you for those who want to try that the 5 stars are all deserved, for food, courtesy, equally the price ... reservation is appreciated, we will definitely return to you I can only say that you will not regret it. We are not people to take photos of the dishes, but orange tiramisu as well as everything else, well what can I say our opinion is clearly positive.

27/05/2025: I had known the bar in the delightful piazza of Colle di Tora for a long time, but only last night did I have the opportunity to try the trattoria and we were, with my husband, very satisfied. We ate excellent fettuccine, homemade by the delightful owner, with porcini mushrooms and boscaiola, and a very tender coratella. All this sitting at an outside table with a beautiful view of the lake. Excellent quality, fair price and beautiful location, what more could you want? Highly recommended! Well done, keep it up!

20/05/2025: Delicious trattoria and bar, right next to the church of San Lorenzo in the charming little square of the historic center of Colle di Tora. Excellent food, family run. Courteous and helpful owners.

23/05/2025: Liberty chic atmosphere a stone's throw from Piazza del Popolo, perhaps one of the most fascinating hotels in the city. Even just go for an aperitif in the courtyard, you won't be disappointed.

20/05/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato un’occasione importante all’Hotel Locarno. Sia la preparazione dell’evento che l’evento stesso sono stati gestiti in modo impeccabile. Abbiamo apprezzato tutto: il cibo, i cocktail, il servizio, la terrazza riservataci per ricevere i nostri ospiti. Soddisfattissimi.

03/06/2025: The pizza was amazing, the best we have had during our time in rome. Our server was great, very attentive and kind, we didn’t get his name but he was a bit short with curly hair and a bit of beard. Would definitely recommend to go here for the pizza!
