12/09/2025: AMAZING PORCHETTA Having arrived from the Montefiascone-Viterbo stop on the Via Francigena, I was hungry and craving a well-made porchetta sandwich. Wandering around the center, I stumbled upon this grocery store that seemed just the thing. My instincts were right. I ate a sandwich first and then had a second because it was so good. The owner knows how to recommend the best. The combination of porchetta and sautéed chicory is sublime. The owner was also kind enough to hold my backpack for a few hours. I even bought the pork chops to take home as a souvenir! RECOMMENDED! Reasonably priced.

18/10/2025: I usually order from Pizzeria Sorrentina, even though they don't have a wood-fired oven: the quality is decent, and I've always been quite satisfied, especially with the pizzas and supplì delivered. Tonight, however, a small order resulted in a major mix-up: out of three pizzas ordered, only two arrived because one had been removed from the order list for no reason. When I called to report the error, the owner—a little smugly—apologized and offered a refund, but the ruined dinner remains. It's a shame, because a little more attention would have been enough.

16/10/2025: I've been a customer for years, and I must say they've never disappointed me. The food is top-quality, both for pizza and delicatessen. I highly recommend them.

22/04/2025: Excellent and abundant dishes, food and raw materials always fresh at zero km! One of a kind, immersed in nature among mountains, prairies and beautiful expanses.

15/06/2025: The dishes are good and there is a wide choice for both meat and fish eaters. As a vegetarian option there are gnocchi with sauce and fettuccine with mushrooms and various side dishes. I give a “low” rating for the service, the waiters were not exactly kind, several times they responded rudely and annoyed. The location is rustic and quiet with a view of the lake. Prices overall a little above average.

12/05/2025: Cucina buona, ambiente carino, personale gentile, non è la prima volta che andiamo lì. Ma stavolta siamo rimasti molto delusi e difficilmente torneremo.... 8 euro per 20 grammi di penne in bianco olio e parmigiano per mia figlia mi è sembrata una cosa assurda!! Premetto che quando ci hanno servito ci hanno detto loro che si erano sbagliati e la porzione era ridotta e che ne avrebbero fatta altra se necessario, ovviamente non abbiamo chiesto ma 20 grammi di minipenne in bianco (costo pari a 0.10 cent forse per loro) sinceramente non sarebbero proprio dovute stare sul conto a maggior ragione che la porzione era sbagliata.....

14/10/2025: I confirm what I'd read in the reviews: the meat was full of sinew, the prices were normal. It's a shame because it's one of the few places that do grilled kebabs. I was disappointed, and I don't think I'll go back. Rome is full of places that do better kebabs.

04/10/2025: Simona opens late, and although it's quite isolated, yet very easy to get to, you can party loudly until late. Parking is available, but above all, excellent grilled meats, wood-fired pizza, and traditional Roman first courses. I forgot about the platters of cold cuts, cheeses, and fried foods, including beans with "critica" (a kind of pasta dish) and tripe with tomato sauce. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the ingredients; for €30, you can eat and drink your fill! Otherwise, there are much cheaper fixed-price menus that won't disappoint! A special shout out to Andrea, who is always so kind and patient with everyone!!! Go visit them and you'll be back!!!

01/09/2025: I placed a takeout order for 20 croissants, donuts, and other items. The manager was initially shocked, but after a while, without even looking me in the eye, she confirmed that the order was possible. The next morning, I opened the package and found the croissants to be standard-sized, while the rest (especially the donuts) were miniature. However, the €22.60 I paid wasn't miniature. Therefore, I strongly advise against going to this bakery, and if you must order croissants to go, always open the box and check the contents before leaving.
