21/08/2025: Everything was good, but I can't understand why you get everything at once, appetizers and pizza in quick succession, meaning you eat the appetizer and the pizza arrives at the same time, and it's not an isolated case because it happened to me 2 out of 2. Last thing, wasn't the cover charge removed??? Anyway, excellent pizza.

16/08/2025: Seven of us went last night, and I have to say that compared to another time I'd been there, it was practically empty. We'd made reservations just to be safe, and when we arrived, they didn't know about the reservation, so we waited for our table to be ready. I remembered the various set menus, which have been removed, and when I asked the waiter about them, he practically thought I was stupid, saying they'd never had them, but that's not the case. The pizza was good, but something has changed because it feels much heavier than it used to. The prices, in my opinion, are too high, because a salmon and arugula pizza cost €12 and was practically full of arugula and four pieces of salmon on top. The €14 service charge seems excessive, given that many places don't charge for it at all. If you want the all-you-can-eat pizza, you need ten people. If you're less, you'll be attacked. It's a shame because the place is nice, but I won't be back.

11/07/2025: I frequented this place for a few days during the preparations for a new summer tour, and I must say that although I was initially skeptical, I was soon convinced. I had breakfast, lunch, and a coffee break at Principe del Grano. The place is large, welcoming, versatile, and clean, perfect for any time of day. In the morning, it's a pastry shop and bar, welcoming you with the aroma of freshly baked croissants and excellent coffee. In the morning, they also bake bread and pizza. As the day progresses, it becomes a cafeteria, offering hot and delicious dishes prepared to order. The pastry counter is a true feast for the eyes and the palate. I highly recommend their iced coffee with granita inside... The staff is friendly and helpful.

27/08/2025: Bruno Florio and his brothers, thank you for being there. Excellent hospitality, a family atmosphere but with discretion. A celebration of delicate seafood, strong and light dishes from our region, along with desserts and coffee or a glass of Della Staffa. What more can I say? Humility, love, and passion combined: this is the continuation of the historic Sora Giulia restaurant, dating back to the days of the respectable Roma. Bruno Florio and his brothers, thank you 💖 Try it and believe it.

16/08/2025: THERE'S NOTHING LEFT OF THE REAL SORA ROSA!! We went to this restaurant for Ferragosto. A terrible experience. We arrived at the restaurant and they had a parking attendant who told you how to park. If you park 5 cm further forward, it's there until you park where he says and how. This is because in a parking lot with 20 cars, they wanted to put 50. We booked a spot outside; well, outside, for them, was in the parking lot. We had a car parked a meter away. Under a plastic canopy, with the sun beating down on us, it was incredibly hot. When we asked to change seats, they simply moved the table 2 cm. A real joke. This is because they wanted to get as many customers as possible to cash in by putting them in pitiful conditions. We didn't even have time to sit down before they brought out an appetizer without asking anyone. 12 euros for a slice of ham, a slice of salami, a slice of pork loin, and an eggplant. An absurd rip-off. After that, the first ones immediately made people eat quickly because they had to clear the tables, probably to let more people arrive. Obviously, when you want to serve 100 customers but can only accommodate 50, the quality becomes poor. Fettuccine with porcini mushrooms without salt, pasta that wasn't homemade and looked terrible. Cannelloni were obviously bought ready-made from frozen, the white meat in the cannelloni was awful. Pork chop was 90% fat. The only thing that was good was the baked potatoes. Obviously, the plates remained full. Last but not least, when you go to pay, they mock you. Do they have the nerve to tell you it was okay? Price completely out of line. 6 euros for the service and they had to take the little bowl of parmigina because they only had one for 20 tables. The chop on the menu costs 12. On the bill, it's 15. They even increase the prices when you go to check. A disgrace. A rip-off. A total disgrace. One of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. If I could give it a -10 rating, I would. Highly not recommended. Crazy prices for terrible quality.

07/09/2025: Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! We're having breakfast now and the staff, besides being rude, is arrogant and disinterested... They treat you like shit! Zero empathy! They don't even know what kindness and smiles are... Please avoid, this place just needs to close!!!

27/07/2025: Mediocre coffee served in a glass and not a cup. Also an unfriendly staff. No smiles. And worst of all the toilet has no soap. When asked about it, staff rudely replied ‘it’s finished’

07/06/2025: We ordered two espresso tonic, they gave us 2 espresso, 2 tonics and 2 glasses with ice. When we wanted to paid, they charged us 24 euros, because it was cocktail in their eyes…cocktail that we have to make ourselves. We asked how much is espresso (1.2 €). I think the place was lovely but now I don’t want to come back, I feel cheated.

02/09/2025: Disappointing experience. They brought bread without telling us, and then we found it on our bill for €8. The steaks were tough, requiring butter knives to cut them, and when the waiter asked for a side, he didn't specify that it cost an additional €7 per person—for limp, tasteless fries. Mediocre food, exorbitant prices, and rude service. A constant feeling of being ripped off.

07/08/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing in every way. The food was tasteless, lacking any character or care in its preparation. The wine was served already opened, an unacceptable practice that left me very perplexed and annoyed. The wait staff was nervous and rushed, lacking professionalism and customer service. To make matters worse, while we were at the cash register, a waiter broke some plates, and unpleasant and uncoordinated shouting came from the kitchen. The large window revealed a messy and far from clean kitchen: a detail that cannot go unnoticed. I certainly won't be returning, and I don't recommend it.
