I confess that I don't like having lunch out on holidays like Easter or Christmas, partly due to the tradition of being with family, partly because I'm skeptical about the quality I could find on occasions like these when there are many people in restaurants. Well, here at Natura e Cavallo I had to review my beliefs. The place was full, and yet the attention, care and friendliness we received from the staff was excellent. The à la carte menu made me think about how much work went into both the kitchen and the service. I was expecting the usual Easter "fixed menu", but instead it was a very pleasant surprise to be able to choose what to eat. Well-chosen wine list, with ample space for local wines, which include Lazio and Umbrian wineries. Typical dishes, wild boar ragù, hare ragù, ravioli with Viterbo truffle, lamb in all versions, suckling pig, sliced ​​meat, steaks and a fantastic coratella with artichokes. Well-balanced dishes, with greater use of spices and less salt. Starters, first course, second course, side dishes, desserts, water, two bottles of wine costing over 20 euros each, coffee and bitters 500 euros for 10 people. For how we were, for the environment for the service and for the goodness and generosity of the service, it is a much appreciated cost. Don't miss the next opportunity here at Narura e Cavallo!!

01/01/2025: We only ate pizza and dessert, but we had a very good time. Low, crunchy and light pizza dough, really good and well seasoned, we took a buffalo and a Calabrian one (very spicy 🌶️). Same thing for the decomposed Pavlova, which is truly pleasant at the end of a meal! The service is fast and very kind. Truly a great discovery! We will definitely be back

Ottimo il pesce con piatti anche ricercati, anche la pizza e i fritti di livello. Le cipolle fritte super. Ed il tiramisù ?? Buonissimo. Consigliatissimo

01/03/2025: I ordered a pizza with prawns for the umpteenth time and every time I got it the toppings were reinvented. Shrimps that taste like nothing, cooked salad and mayonnaise sprinkled on top????? Learn to make pizzas the way they are made and not to your liking.

13/05/2025: I can't review the rooms because I only stopped for dinner. Clean and welcoming place as well as very kind staff. They made me sit with my dog ​​to whom they brought some water. Tagliolini grouper and lime with black pepper delicate and balanced and fresh fish. Good wine by the glass as well as panna cotta.

18/04/2025: It's not a bad hotel by any means. But it's not a great hotel either. I went as part of a school trip and the rooms were basically everything you needed. No more, no less. The playground was desolate and broken and the pool was being filled up. It's besidd the beach though, so that's a plus. The food wasn't the best. I think they just microwave what they have - not the best.

13/04/2025: Not recommended. Our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the restaurant was almost empty, which already surprised us. We ordered octopus with potatoes as a starter, but it came with very little octopus. From there, everything was slow: it took a long time for the food to arrive, and even though the restaurant started to fill up, they served other tables that arrived after us first. They brought the pasta and vegetables without the meat, which arrived much later, undercooked. When they brought it back after another 30 minutes, it still wasn’t good.

Racconto spesso il piatto che mi diede un emozione fortissima, Pappardelle zafferano e vaniglia, che sogno! Quando lo rimembro, brividi corrono sulla schiena.
