We went there yesterday with a group of friends because we'd heard about this pizzeria and wanted to try it. I appreciated the careful selection of ingredients, but unfortunately, most of the pizzas we ordered weren't cooked through, especially the thick ones, which had raw tomato sauce. The tiramisu was good, and the staff was friendly.

One of the best pizzerias in Rome, expertly led by the legendary Carlo. Wonderful weekly pizzas. Cutting-edge dough research. One of the best in Rome by a long shot. La Agreste deserves applause. To date, thanks to research and experimentation, the best pizza in Rome.

11/07/2026: Excellent restaurant. I went there with my wife, remembering the porcini mushroom festival in Colle di Fuori, where the "Bersagliere" stand was also present. We were surprised to discover they also offer fish. We ate wonderfully, both the meat and seafood dishes. The house wine was excellent, and the desserts were delicious. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended, not only for the food, but also because you can enjoy excellent meat, porcini mushrooms, and fish in one place. The prices are fair and honest.
