The restaurant is a Velletri institution. They offer local, often locally sourced, high-quality products. The owner knows how to treat customers. The service is provided by young, enthusiastic, friendly, and smiling staff. The restaurant's flaw? Maintenance. The bathrooms are rundown and not very clean. Poor ventilation, and the smell of fried food on clothes, including coats, not to mention hair.

Discovered by chance but very satisfied. Delicious Roman cuisine, far from the usual "tourist" fare. Compliments to chef Daniela and her father. Not to be missed.

First of all, the owner shows his love for his work; he welcomes you and pampers you with his knowledge and kindness. Everything I ate was delicious. I recommend everyone to go there; it's a wonderful experience.

24/01/2026: Whoever is posting less than 5 stars is out of their minds. I've been in Michelin restaurants all around the world, from NYC, to Brazil, to Rome, to Australia. This is simply one of the best in the world! Stop whatever you're doing and try to get a table at Il Paggliacio (email them!). You're welcome btw
15/12/2025: The sensory, olfactory, and taste experience was adequate for the level. I found some of the pairings, including the wine, a bit tight, but my companion didn't.
