The restaurant is a Velletri institution. They offer local, often locally sourced, high-quality products. The owner knows how to treat customers. The service is provided by young, enthusiastic, friendly, and smiling staff. The restaurant's flaw? Maintenance. The bathrooms are rundown and not very clean. Poor ventilation, and the smell of fried food on clothes, including coats, not to mention hair.

First of all, the owner shows his love for his work; he welcomes you and pampers you with his knowledge and kindness. Everything I ate was delicious. I recommend everyone to go there; it's a wonderful experience.

Discovered by chance but very satisfied. Delicious Roman cuisine, far from the usual "tourist" fare. Compliments to chef Daniela and her father. Not to be missed.

This experience is a must-try, there's nothing else to say. One of my aunts is celiac, and Ezio al Ponte's spirit made her forget it. And besides, their artichokes were cooked with gusto, and like the legendary Daniela, they're a tradition. Because Ezio al Ponte's grandson and son also made them there, making the heavens dream, inspired by his grandfather.
