20/07/2025: Well, the opening hours posted here look different from the real ones, since we went for a walk in the area, around 7.00 A.M., and there was no sign of opening too soon. Yet, we found it open some hours later and we loved the place so much, as it is pretty small but very cozy and warm. A large amount of this warmth and coziness come straight from the owner's dedication - a lady from whose name Jo looks to derive from. She is very kind and like a bee - always in a hurry to take and deliver the orders. We have only good words about this business, wish Jo and her cafè only the best and recommend it to everyone getting in Nettuno.

30/08/2025: My partner and I dined at the Piazza delle Erbe restaurant in the historic center of Sezze. What can I say...a delightful surprise. We were greeted by the host as if we were at home, and he made us feel welcome right away. We ordered two first courses: fettuccine, strictly handmade, with an exceptional smoked buffalo mozzarella ragù, and ravioli with sheep's milk ricotta and spinach, topped with cherry tomatoes and a sprinkling of aged pecorino cheese—delicious. We finished with a sampling of typical local products, which are typically served as an appetizer: local prosciutto, pancetta, fried zucchini flowers, and many other delicacies. The cuisine is authentic and of excellent quality, rooted in the local area, respectful of the raw ingredients and seasonality. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back when we pass through this area. Highly recommended!!! See you next time!

27/11/2025: Here we're already on the beach, even though I was there in the fall, I imagine it would be more comfortable in the summer. Clean rooms, perhaps a spruce up of the hallways. The food is good, and the staff is just the right amount of helpful.

12/10/2025: An excellent seaside restaurant, combining tradition, innovation (e.g., tonnarello cacio e pepe and raw fish), and top-quality ingredients. It's a family-run hotel with a beach and restaurant, with meticulous customer service. Pictured is a creamy spaghetti with sea urchins 😋

03/06/2025: Cibo ottimo, nella zona è il migliore senza dubbio. Sia prodotti da terra che di mare sono molto buoni. Prezzo ottimo sui 45 a testa prendendo antipasto , primo e vino.

02/06/2025: Resolvemos almoçar nesse restaurante quando estávamos em viagem de Roma à Sorrento e tivemos uma surpresa muito boa com a comida e atendimento. O local é muito agradável e a comida saborosa. Na hora que chegamos estava bem tranquilo e o atendimento foi rápido. Experimentamos uma entrada bem diferente, com camponata e umas espécies de saltados. Como prato principal eu comi polvo, que estava uma delícia. Recomendo bastante.

28/07/2025: The place is impossible to reach by car, and even the directions weren't clear at all. There's only a pedestrian crossing. The place has a good view of the sea, and on Saturday there was even live music. The appetizers were very good, and the first courses were also good, but be careful with the tonnarello with clams; it was full of sand, and I almost hurt my teeth several times. The pasta was edible, but a little overcooked.

19/09/2025: Ice cream shop. Well stocked and excellent ice cream. Delicious granitas. Large and spacious.

31/08/2025: Terrible ice cream, Kinder Bueno literally tasted only of sugar, with lumps of sugar inside, cheap sour cream, and pasty Nutella. Terrible.

20/11/2025: Nice location and friendly waiters, but the aperitif was tasteless, the chairs and table were ruined and wobbly, and above all, there were a lot of annoying flies. I wouldn't go back; I'm sorry about the potential.

02/11/2025: Very spacious, clean, and well-furnished restaurant with a huge parking lot. The staff is courteous but not particularly attentive. As noted in other reviews, the service is this restaurant's weak point: the order was taken as soon as we entered, but the food arrived too staggered and after several requests. The fried pizzas with sauces and the homemade cacio e pepe sfogiatine were good. The spaghetti alla gricia and the trofie alla boscaiolo were excellent. The pizzas were also good, although, in my opinion, smaller than average. For a few appetizers at the center of the table, a pizza or a first course, some desserts, and drinks, we spent €24 per person. I would return only if the service improved.

27/08/2025: At Dar Maghetto, you'll have a unique experience not just about food but about what we all call the vanished Rome of trattorias. Trattorias are about sharing, with their strengths and weaknesses. If you're a Roman, he might seem rude and grumpy, but he's only Roman! Behind those words and those gestures (which you have to learn to understand) lies a life of sacrifice and kindness. Even at almost eighty, you can't forget that's er MAGHETTO! You come in, you sit down, you make a joke, and you repeat it, sure he won't take offense (but you shouldn't be offended, otherwise it's worthless). You order drinks and chat, you order food and chat (with everyone, including foreigners; oh God, I even have a problem with talking to everyone). Then he comes to eat and you eat well, as tradition dictates in a trattoria with no frills but substance. Then er Maghetto arrives and asks, "Can you taste it for me to see if it's good?" A plate of tripe, obviously, it's Friday and Saturday in Rome, tripe is traditionally served. This is to make you understand that the food on the plate is also part of the experience, and the Maghetto experience is a 10 all-inclusive.

28/09/2025: A charming, ancient restaurant in a charming village. It's located in the town hall square, opposite a beautiful 18th-century church. Speaking of the restaurant, I had lunch there twice within a few days because the food was delicious. Mixed mountain antipasti, all drizzled with truffles... homemade first courses with a wide variety of toppings and truly delicious meat. Side dishes and desserts round out a homemade yet very, very good Nenu. The fried pizza and the truffle-infused burrata/buffalo mozzarella are the highlights. Excellent value for money, without a doubt...
