From the homemade pasta to the perfectly cooked meats, to the traditional side dishes and desserts, everything is prepared with a sure hand and evident passion. The portions are generous, the presentation simple yet meticulous, and each course arrives at the table in perfect time. The overall experience is truly top-notch, so much so that it immediately makes you want to return. However, the final bill is slightly higher than the local average. It's not excessive, but it's enough to impact the overall rating. For this reason, while acknowledging the excellent quality of the cuisine and service, my final rating is 4 out of 5 stars.

On Sunday, February 15, 2026, we finally managed to return, booking and specifically requesting the saffron fettuccine! Enchanting place It feels like a fairytale The owners are wonderful people The quality of the food is excellent It's a true agriturismo nestled in the woods, offering the opportunity for walks through heavenly landscapes that end with the view of several waterfalls! Ideal for horses and dogs. So if you're looking for tranquility, quality food, nature, silence, and peace, you should definitely go! It's a luxury to have an experience like this! I'd definitely go back: but not with a low-slung car! It's in the countryside and in the middle of the woods. An off-road vehicle is better, but even a Panda would do just fine!

09/01/2026: Christmas lunch: I'm sorry, this was our second chance at this place. Last time, there was a problem with one of the two starters, and we basically only got one ravioli each. Since the food and the products they offer are good, we booked lunch for Christmas, but the fried appetizers (artichokes and broccoli) arrived cold and hard. I think they were prepared the night before. If they can't be made right away, my advice is to not put them on the menu. The main course, roast veal, was also cold! I'm sorry, but we won't be returning. These are small touches that make the difference between making customers come back and not making them return.

13/07/2025: Il locale ha un’atmosfera accogliente e curata, perfetta sia per un caffè veloce che per una pausa più lunga a pranzo o a cena. Ai tavoli verrete assistiti da Andrea, un cameriere di rara professionalità e gentilezza. Con un sorriso sincero e una grande attenzione al cliente, è riuscito a rendere il nostro momento al tavolo ancora più piacevole. È raro trovare qualcuno così appassionato del proprio lavoro e capace di coniugare efficienza e calore umano. Il menù è vario e ben pensato, con proposte che uniscono tradizione e creatività. Ottimi anche i caffè e i dolci, perfetti per una pausa golosa. Fermento è sicuramente un posto in cui tornare. Consigliatissimo – e chiedete di Andrea!

06/07/2025: Comida fantástica, vino excelente, servicio atento, gran ambiente. Lo probé después de leer las otras críticas pero sin esperar mucho, el lugar es en realidad una joya inesperada. El camarero Andrea, muy amable y profesional, nos hizo sentir inmediatamente bienvenidos y a gusto. Seguimos sus sugerencias para la cena y disfrutamos de cada plato (desde una deliciosa burrata con aceitunas alici y tomates secos, unos tagliolini alle vongole maravillosamente sedosos y unos fettuccine al ragù di manzo tradicionalmente ricos) acompañados de un vino blanco delicado pero multidimensional. Delicioso tiramisú para cerrar una cena perfecta y de lo más agradable. Gracias, definitivamente volveremos.
