01/12/2025: This is the second time I've eaten at Libbra and after 2 years I can say that in addition to excellent meat, I also found warm service, especially from the waitress and the very welcoming owner.

24/11/2025: ⭐⭐ Review – 2 out of 5 stars (Only for the caponata and the nice location) I dined at Libbra on Saturday evening, booking through TheFork with the 20% discount promotion, clearly visible at every step of the booking process: day, time, and number of people. I also saved the platform screenshots, which show the 20% discount active for: * the selected date, * the arrival time (7:30 PM), * 2 covers. If the restaurant had actually had a "6 promotional cover" limit, TheFork would have automatically deactivated the discount, as happens in all restaurants when the promotional availability is exhausted. However, the discount was active everywhere, so the restaurant was required to apply it. The problem arises when it comes to the bill. The total is full, without the applicable discount. I brought this to the attention of the employee, who instead of simply applying the promotion offered me an untenable solution: ➡️ cancel the reservation on TheFork ➡️ to pay with my Yums. Unfortunately: 1. The restaurant doesn't accept Yums (the owner himself confirms this). 2. Without an active reservation, Yums cannot be used. So by canceling: I lost my Yums, the discount wasn't applied, and the restaurant also avoided commissions to TheFork. Only later did the owner say he was "available" to apply the 20% discount, but only outside TheFork, maintaining the 6-cover limit. Unfortunately, my screenshots show the exact opposite: the promotion was active, visible, and selectable until the last step. The 6-cover limit wasn't marked, and if it had been exceeded, TheFork would have blocked it. **What matters to the customer is what they see when booking, and that was a valid 20% discount.** --- Food Cheese appetizer: actually, only one type of cheese, very few slices, and very poor presentation. Barrosã steaks: nice marbling, but unfortunately tough because they were aged for too little (just 35 days, as the butcher at the counter confirmed). Teresa couldn't even finish it. Side dishes: baked potatoes and a really good caponata (one of the few positives). Passion fruit cheesecake: decent. --- Conclusion The place is nice, and the caponata is worth it, but between: discount not applied, absurd request to cancel the reservation, clever way to circumvent Yums and commissions, disappointing meat, very high bill, I cannot recommend this restaurant. 13/11/2025: It was delicious. The vegetable soup was excellent. The Milanese cutlet was lean yet tender, a must-try. The amatriciana also had an outstanding tomato flavor. The portion sizes are perfect for Japanese palate, so ordering wasn't a struggle. And what's more, this restaurant, so close to Termini Station, is so delicious yet so affordable! We had house wine and a full à la carte meal for two for just over 40 euros. You won't find that anywhere else. Thank you. I'll be back. (PS) My wife really wanted to try Santi's vegetable soup again before we returned home, so we had lunch there again the next day. The daughter recognized us and welcomed us warmly. The lunch menu was 15 euros, and it even came with homemade desserts. This was also excellent. 150% satisfaction. (By the way, I was surprised to find that a Big Mac set costs 15 euros in Italy.) Not only is the food incredibly delicious, but the atmosphere is also incredibly friendly. Next time I'm in Rome, I'll be going to Santi for every meal!

01/10/2025: We had breakfast this morning with my wife, Teresa, the owner, whom we'd known since we were young. She welcomed us with great affection. Delicious, hot, and crispy pizza, excellent cappuccino and barley coffee. After many years, we were able to experience the true values ​​and family experience of the owners once again.

03/08/2025: The utmost professionalism, hospitality, and courtesy were the hallmarks of the place when I first arrived. It's a shame I was passing through and in a hurry, and I was disappointed I couldn't stop. I'm sure that from tomorrow, when we're on that stretch of road, it will be a stop we can't even make, especially since the owner is a fellow countryman of mine. It's no use, we understood each other immediately, we're warm-hearted people ❤️

19/11/2025: I was at this restaurant yesterday. There were six of us and we ate divinely. The ingredients were carefully sourced and not mistreated. Excellent service, perfectly timed. Highly recommended!

16/11/2025: You arrive at the property and say wow, so expectations are high. Then you check in and are greeted in the dark, and I'd say coldly, and with immediate payment. We go to the rooms with the radiators turned off, and therefore cold rooms. We are informed that the radiators have just been turned on and will be turned off at 10 pm and back on at 8 am. We go to dinner and are greeted with terrible service and, I'd say, poor quality (don't order the strudel, terrible). The next day, after hibernating in the cold, we go to breakfast with little choice and, I'd say, not very appealing. Finally, before leaving the property, we are stopped by the waitress because it turned out we had broken a board that was already broken. DO NOT GO THERE!! Unless you want to play a game of Footgolf.

09/11/2025: We're loyal customers, and when we choose a pizza-themed evening, the firezione is always Fiumicino; because it's one of the tastiest we've ever tasted, the service is great, and the place is warm and welcoming.

20/09/2025: A dream come true 🥹 We got married on August 30th at the Insugherata Gardens, a dream location just how we wanted it. Our guests showered us with compliments on the venue but especially on the truly exquisite food. We also highly recommend the venue for the professionalism of the staff, who were always available, and for the wedding planner who assisted us every step of the way. What can I say... The staff was truly amazing, taking care of every detail with great professionalism and attention to detail. The venue is enchanting, perfect for a special occasion like ours. Special thanks go to Rebecca, who was simply wonderful: always available, kind, and attentive to our every need. I highly recommend Giardini della Insugherata to anyone looking to celebrate an unforgettable event in a dream location!

24/09/2025: We arrived an hour after opening on a Saturday and had no problem getting two sun beds and an umbrella. The staff were very professional and courteous. We made reservations for lunch which served us well because it was full. The food came out hot and was very good. The prices are a little steep but I felt worth it for the location, convenience and view. Everything was very clean and well organized. We will be back! P.S. They also have fresh sea bass not pictured. It was cooked to perfection.

21/09/2025: The staff were friendly and helpful. I went in mid-September and found the umbrellas well-spaced and tidy, the beach clean, and the sun loungers and deckchairs in excellent condition. I didn't use the restaurant, but I did use the bar, which seemed quite good.

10/11/2025: Hands down, my favorite restaurant in Rome. Been coming here for 15 years! I highly recommend having dinner here. Staff is super friendly and needless to say how delicious the food is.
