20/09/2025: A dream come true 🥹 We got married on August 30th at the Insugherata Gardens, a dream location just how we wanted it. Our guests showered us with compliments on the venue but especially on the truly exquisite food. We also highly recommend the venue for the professionalism of the staff, who were always available, and for the wedding planner who assisted us every step of the way. What can I say... 19/09/2025: We celebrated our wedding on June 28th at Giardini della Insugherata and couldn't have been more pleased! The staff was truly amazing, taking care of every detail with great professionalism and attention to detail. The venue is enchanting, perfect for a special occasion like ours. Special thanks go to Rebecca, who was simply wonderful: always available, kind, and attentive to our every need. I highly recommend Giardini della Insugherata to anyone looking to celebrate an unforgettable event in a dream location!

12/10/2025: Excellent pizzeria, we've been a favorite in this area for years. In recent years, they've also offered various first and second courses, but we prefer the pizza. The deserts are excellent.

23/08/2025: I stayed with a couple of friends from August 14 to 19, 2025. The food was fabulous and plentiful. The young staff were smart but still immature. The older ones need to be reviewed. The single room was very small and without a TV. Considering that it rained three out of five times, in short, the place is worth seeing. There is little but it is beautiful.

20/08/2025: I waited a few days before expressing my thoughts, to avoid posting a fiery review. That's not my intention; I'd like my review to be constructive! Lescuso is surrounded by greenery, where I really appreciated the view and the clean air. The staff is friendly, I saw inviting-looking dishes, especially the cannelloni. My relatives enjoyed several different first and second courses, which were very satisfying, and we toasted with good wine. The "problem" is that I'm vegan, and unfortunately I didn't have a choice. I can still say I enjoyed the grilled vegetables and baked potatoes, the only things I ate, and that's unacceptable in 2025! There are dishes in traditional Lazio cuisine that are already vegan—certainly not many, but they exist! Then, if you have the desire and imagination, you can create plant-based dishes so that even a vegan like me can leave the table feeling more satisfied!

23/08/2025: It truly breaks my heart to find myself, after three or two years, having to change my mind about dishes. When we came here a few years ago, we ate really well, inside the restaurant, quiet, we ordered oysters, first courses, second courses, wine and dessert and everything was wonderful, excellent despite the high price but it was worth it; we returned this time after the morning at the pool, we got ready thinking we could eat inside so as not to be out there seeing people in swimsuits or half naked at the table... That they smoke everywhere.... I pointed this out and I was told that the inside room opens if there are events inside and up to there it's ok... We have to sit outside with people who smoke and honestly it's the thing I really can't stand.... They brought us the completely easy menu... We choose to take a spaghetti and clams (but it was with specified lupins), a gnocco with scampi cream, fried calamari and prawns and a mussel soute... The mussel soute arrived very small and with each the fillets had not been removed, the fried (for the price offered it was not worth it) because it was a handful, a gnocco with scampi cream, spaghetti with clams (lupini) was a finger food dish that I had to order. Another dish and I tried the gnocchi.... Which I didn't even like and didn't eat, I was truly very sorry because I was very annoyed by the circumstances created... The fact is that we spent. 70 euros for 3 of us. The restaurateur was professional in not charging me for the uneaten dish and I appreciate this, but the fact remains that the memory I had of how we ate the first time cannot be taken away from me... I hope it was just a bad day, because it can happen but this time it was a real disappointment. We need to at least manage the smoking and non-smoking tables, especially for those with children or non-smokers, therefore prohibit smoking at the table. Even if outside because it could disturb those who want to eat peacefully. Or find yourself with people shirtless or in swimsuits, for goodness sake there is a swimming pool... But a little decorum... Or separate the situations.

18/10/2025: Excellent trattoria! We were greeted with a smile and great kindness: the staff is local and the family-run business makes everything authentic and genuine. Well-prepared traditional dishes, generous portions, and fast service. The place is welcoming, the menu offers a good variety, and the value is truly excellent. The atmosphere is simple and sincere, just like in the olden days. Highly recommended for those seeking traditional cuisine and a warm welcome!

12/10/2025: The food was really delicious, and the owner was incredibly friendly. I was a little worried about the stew, but it tasted exactly like Korean stew! The food, the atmosphere, and even the payment method were all so Korean, it completely eased the nerves I'd been feeling during my trip. ^^ Enjoy your meal and have a good rest!

10/10/2025: It's delicious. I liked that they asked me first if I needed more side dishes. It's good enough to give me the feeling of a Korean restaurant.

17/09/2025: Terrible...they ruined my son's 18th birthday cake. It was supposed to have a beautifully decorated shell-shaped symbol of the Nobile Contrada del Nicchio (Siena Palio) to which my son belongs, but the wafer soaked up all the blue cream...I had expressed my doubts that the wafer wouldn't hold up, but Alessia reassured me. €170 wasted and a guaranteed embarrassment.

25/08/2025: A true gem on the beach! The atmosphere is welcoming and informal: you can dine in your swimsuit and relax, but the cuisine is refined and meticulously prepared. The chef is amazing, the ingredients are excellent, and every dish is a delight. Kudos also to the restaurant owner and all the staff, always kind, helpful, and attentive. Perfect for those seeking quality, flavor, and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere!

23/08/2025: I've been going to this beach for many years. The beach is clean and the restaurant serves excellent food. My grandchildren always want to have lunch when we go.

25/09/2025: They demanded we eat rotting truffles. It was my wife's birthday, and I had a really hard time not making a scene; I didn't want to ruin their day.

21/09/2025: At the gates of the castle lies this rustic and welcoming trattoria. The outside tables were occupied, so we sat inside. Even from the inside dining room, with the door open, you can enjoy the view of a beautiful village alley. The staff is friendly and helpful, contributing to the enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere. The food is excellent and seasonal. The strozzapreti with ragù is wonderful and balanced. The unripe peaches with truffle are also worth trying.

04/11/2025: Today I decided to treat myself to dinner out — all thanks to a bonus I received on the website (the one shown in the photo). I ordered a mushroom pizza — simple but very aromatic, with a crispy crust and juicy toppings.

04/11/2025: The pizzas and fried foods are excellent, recommended by friends with celiac disease who can find practically everything. A little noisy.

09/11/2025: I had a great time here, and the pizza was really good and reasonably priced. Plus, they gave us free movie tickets with the menu. I'll definitely be back soon.

06/11/2025: I often come to Anzio, and besides the seafood, which is top-notch here, I'm also a huge pizza lover. I have to say that I've found the best here, without further ado. Plus, it's also one of the most honest in terms of prices: for €20, two people can eat great, and the quality is top-notch. The place is small and intimate, with a family atmosphere that makes you feel at home. And they also make Neapolitan fried calzone, something you can't find everywhere. Well done!

11/11/2025: One of the worst culinary experiences. Pre-cooked pasta served cold; frozen tacos taken from the fridge; dirty tables and chairs. The concept is cute, but it needs to be done well. Just because you're eating in a market doesn't mean you're eating in a messy, dirty place with makeshift tables. One poor service after another is a cafeteria-level experience. I understand it was Sunday and there were a lot of people, but those people deserve something decent, and if you can't handle it, you don't do it. The only good thing is the fried chicken. Everything else is a no-no.

06/11/2025: Aside from the fact that it's great to find a quiet place, right next to Villa Borghese, that only charges €13.50 for a HUGE plate of pasta and bottled beer, the staff is friendly and approachable, and the food is very good. Highly recommended :)

24/08/2025: We stopped for dinner. The place was very nice. The owner and her sons were very kind and helpful. We tried some first courses, which were really good.

20/08/2025: Among the worst restaurants we've ever been to. We went for dinner last night, there were four of us. From the beginning, we knew it would be a tough night. After booking with The Fork, we waited almost 10 minutes for a table and were seated in a small, hot back room, surrounded by children who had probably just finished a birthday party. We waited over 20 minutes before receiving our menus, and about 50 minutes passed between ordering and receiving the first course, despite the restaurant being almost empty (there were about 10 seats in addition to the four of us). Luckily, we managed to move to the main room, hoping the evening would improve. When the house appetizer arrived, we immediately noticed the poor quality of the products. Specifically: - The focaccia seemed frozen, or perhaps not properly leavened; - The cheese had signs of mold on the rind; - The cooked ham was not fresh; - The olives were not good; they were immersed in a very strong brine. We eagerly awaited the first courses, but sadly, we realized the evening was coming to an end. The two steaks we ordered for €6 per 100g were inedible! The meat was very thick and very fatty, making it difficult to tell what kind of cut it was. It was served with gorgonzola and pears, whose smell did not bode well. The first bite was nauseating and forced us to send the dishes back, something we had never done before at any restaurant. We expressed our displeasure to the waiter, the only one in the room, who was always polite and attentive with the service. Unfortunately, this negative review is necessary, as we felt disrespected as paying customers. We sincerely hope that the chef and staff will take these, in our view, very serious criticisms to heart, so that they can draw on them for future improvement.
