31/05/2025: Cosa desiderare di più di un pranzo a bordo piscina?! Risotto allo champagne squisito e tonno scottato che si scioglieva in bocca con la compagnia del sign Roberto che ci servito con attenzione e scrupolosità. Un ristorante all’insegna del buon cibo e del relax.

07/06/2025: Nice environment, very large and spacious even outside. Undoubtedly everything good, even the arrosticini. The only flaw is a bit of confusion among the waiters for who should take the orders for the desserts so much so that, in the end, we didn't take them.
07/06/2025: I went to this place for the first time and as an Abruzzese I can say that the quality of the arrosticini is not bad, but not exceptional like those eaten in other places. Service in difficulty due to the amount of people present at the time. The bruschetta were not good. A piece of advice: more salt in the arrosticini and less confusion in the service!

27/02/2025: It was a nice surprise. Simple but very bright environments. Close to the center of San Donato for a walk. We ate very well. Excellent value for money with generous portions and everything is very tasty. We'll be back!
15/02/2025: Very clean and extremely convenient to reach. Excellent service. Dinner as a couple on St. Valentine. Excellent starter, excellent meat (mixed roast + lamb) and homemade desserts (red velvet). Extremely competitive and excellent price in relation to the quality and quantity of the food eaten.

17/06/2025: Today we talk a lot about gourmet cuisine, identifying, with this term, a type of flavor generally characterized by scrupulous research of ingredients that are often unobtainable and bizarre, by unlikely combinations of foods whose main purpose is to amaze, by scientific analyses on the best mineral waters to accompany that or other dishes. And I believed it. But today I have completely revised my position on the subject. The simplicity of the dishes prepared in this place is disarming. The efforts are directed exclusively to the quality of the raw materials, favoring the cleanliness of the dishes confirmed by a perfect preparation, without smudges, where the condiments seem almost absent.. and instead no!! Essential but very tasty sauces, fried foods that you can't explain how they managed to jump from the pan to the plate without retaining a drop of oil, and yet delicious. It cannot be described in words, a meal at Percuoco is an emotion. But if you are still convinced that a cuisine is not gourmet if it is not presented in an eccentric and original way, avoid this place, here you eat seriously. And the service? A courtesy from another time, true, accompanied by smiles that soften every course, every request. So what?
I liked it, is it still not clear?
13/06/2025: Trattoria a few steps from the Castle. Found on the web, and chosen for the positive reviews.
It deserves 5 stars ... and even more ... thanks to Sara, the waitress, for her kindness and availability .. discreet presence, but attentive!!! Compliments to Francesco (chef of the place) for the dishes with real flavors and for the choice of raw materials .... quality !!!
And thanks also to the sous chef.
Very clean place.
I highly recommend it !!!

01/06/2025: Coming back from the Champions League final, as Inter fans, we wanted to recover with a pizza. But it went worse than the game. Terrible service, endless waiting. So endless that we gave up, paying the bill for drinks, supplì and SERVICE (2 euros each). The worst thing is that the owner didn't care at all, or ask, what wasn't working. But the supplì were good. Obviously we will never return.
25/05/2025: Really slow service, we waited an hour and a half to receive the pizzas, which I honestly expected to be a little more up to the fame they claim so much.. in particular the pizza with courgette flowers and ricotta was not the best, unfortunately the ricotta covered the flavour of the other ingredients, taking away value from a pizza that in terms of composition appeared excellent!!

01/06/2025: The restaurant is located in the center and has several places to sit, despite this we have always taken take-away. The pizza by the slice is crispy, an excellent alternative to be able to take more flavors.

13/06/2025: This is a restaurant with a double location, in the summer it moves to a beautiful terrace a few hundred meters further than the rest of the year. Excellent and very high quality products. It is not the first time I go and in fact, I will return many more times. Fast, impeccable and truly courteous service. Recommended!
24/05/2025: Food and wine experience....owners who pamper you and explain and advise you. Tried fried artichokes, mushrooms and polenta with anchovies (delicious). For second course scialatielli with mussels, vegetables and bottarga.... Also tasted cardinal meat (delicious sausage). How sweet is the cannolo.... The strong point is the very good selection of wine and the bitters where the master is a homemade nocino. Fair quality price. If you want to eat well you have to pay the right amount

Pescado Seafood Restaurant

14/05/2025: Era da un po’ che avevo segnato Pescado in agenda, incuriosito da amici che ne parlavano come di un posto elegante ma non pretenzioso, dove il pesce viene trattato con rispetto e una certa creatività. Così, una sera di primavera, mi sono deciso a provarlo. Il locale, ai Parioli, è luminoso e arioso, con un design sobrio ma ricercato – tavoli ben distanziati, arredi chiari, atmosfera silenziosa ma non ingessata.
Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza, anche se con una certa formalità che, almeno all’inizio, rende difficile sentirsi completamente a proprio agio. Il servizio è puntuale e molto attento, soprattutto da parte di un cameriere più maturo che si è rivelato anche disponibile a piccole variazioni nel menù. Qualche incertezza iniziale da parte di un collega più giovane è stata ben gestita con garbo.
Abbiamo iniziato con un entrée offerta dalla cucina, una piccola mousse di baccalà su crostino caldo – semplice ma eseguita bene. Di seguito, ho scelto una selezione di crudi, con menzione particolare per la tartare di ricciola, delicata e ben condita. Il mio compagno ha preso i ravioli ripieni di scorfano con bisque di crostacei: molto saporiti, forse leggermente carichi di sale, ma strutturati e interessanti.
Il secondo – un tonno scottato con sesamo nero e riduzione di soia – era cucinato alla perfezione, croccante fuori e rosa dentro, anche se l’accompagnamento (una crema di topinambur) era poco incisivo. Il tavolo accanto al nostro – due signori americani – ha chiesto consiglio sui vini e il sommelier ha saputo suggerire con cortesia, senza sfoggiare.
Il dolce – lingotto alla nocciola – è stato probabilmente il piatto più riuscito della serata: armonico, goloso, ben impiattato. Prezzi non contenuti, ma in linea con la zona e la proposta. Non tutto è stato impeccabile, ma l’impressione generale è di un ristorante serio, che punta in alto e, nella maggior parte dei casi, ci riesce.
Quattro stelle, con un invito a rendere il servizio un po’ più caldo e meno impostato: a volte, la cucina riesce a parlare più chiaramente se chi la serve lo fa con un sorriso vero.
21/03/2025: Mi trovo in zona, leggo belle recensioni, vedo belle foto, ci vado. Bellissimo locale, bella accoglienza, promette bene. Gran menù, piatti elaborati, con ingredienti internazionali, scelgo tra le proposte del giorno. Calamaretti spillo in frittura, sfiziosi e due ostriche con chicci di melograno per cominciare, ma portati poco dopo il cestino del pane e olio, uno delicato l'altro più intenso. Gusto i piatti, non faccio in tempo di finire le ostriche che arriva il primo, di gnocchetti con pannocchie molto buoni, ma troppo di fretta; amo gustare queste pietanze. Riesco solo a temporeggiare con il rombo gratinato con le sue verdure, non all'altezza delle prime portate. Lista vini ampia e completa, molte regioni rappresentate anche con etichette importanti, e internazionali. Servizio professionale e piacevole, ma la fretta ha influito nella mia recensione, come il costo, in particolare del rombo, € 33,00 che non mi ha soddisfatto appieno.

08/06/2025: Fabulous home-style restaurant in the mountains surrounding Lago del Turano. The bruschetta al tartufo and fettuccine ai funghi porcini were both rich, generous servings. Pizza is also available. Service was warm and friendly. The al fresco view over the mountains was magnificent. Highly recommended!

07/07/2025: Simple and welcoming place, "strategically" located in Ostia Lido near the "Borgo dei Pescatori"; it is located in such a way that, even in case of overcrowding, it guarantees the privacy of everyone, as well as the heat in winter and the coolness in summer, so much so that its beautiful galleries of plants and greenery, let the light of the sea reach the tables, but not the annoying glare, guaranteeing customers a pleasant regenerating stop.
The fish is good and prepared with skill, the food is abundant, but not heavy and the service is fast, efficient and very courteous.

26/06/2025: Maybe we chose a bad day, but it's been a long time since I ate so little. The mussels sauté was cold, the spaghetti with clams was tasteless, and half the clams were closed, so already dead. The staff was nice, but I wouldn't go back.

06/06/2025: An Italian restaurant for the local community with fantastic service and food that welcomes the occasional tourists that stay in the guesthouses of the neighborhood. We became part of the family in no time, letting our water order local favorites. We ate there two evenings. The traditional croquets were delicious, the steak with reduction was mouth watering. And of course, the pizza was perfect.
