12/02/2026: We'd gone out for a quick smoke, and when we returned, we didn't have any chairs. The gentleman at the register didn't apologize, simply saying, "I'm alone, and the register isn't working." The register was for us, and at that point we were standing waiting. Terrible service for an 85-euro bill. Remember, for that amount, you can dine at a Michelin-starred restaurant. And to respond to the owner's polite reply, I remind him that "the last moments" were forced, since, after a quick cigarette break, our chair was gone. In any case, the total bill was more than one hundred euros, but even if it had only been twenty, we didn't receive an apology for what could be described as a less than elegant attitude, just a "I'm here alone, and the register isn't working." A little more kindness would have been enough.

BancoVino is the kind of place you discover by chance and want to return to: a refined, intimate yet informal atmosphere, attentive yet unobtrusive service, and a very interesting selection of natural wines, with host Andrea telling a story with every drink. The dishes are balanced, with quality ingredients and successful pairings. You can sense attention and passion, both in the kitchen and in the dining room. Ideal for a quiet evening, an aperitif, or a dinner with friends. 100/100 Recommended

06/05/2026: Four covers for €2.50 per person. Everything was served in plastic cups, including the Chardonnay and the tiramisu. P.S. after your reply: I was waiting for your copy-and-paste reply. It was pointed out to the waiter that the cup was plastic. He shrugged and replied that you didn't have any! There were plenty of clean ones behind the balcony, as my son pointed out! Nowhere else in Rome have I found such terrible service and such a high cover charge.

06/05/2026: I didn’t like it. I had two cappuccinos, and besides the price of the coffees, they charged €5 for the table on the receipt. It left a bitter taste. The day before, for the same order, there was no such fee.

21/11/2025: A place particularly suited to students, with a university atmosphere, extremely friendly staff, and one of the best coffees in the area. Well done!

09/11/2025: We ordered a shovel and 5 supplì, everything was above the norm, exceptional products, excellent quality/price ratio and excellent delivery service.

19/10/2025: Fast delivery, so you can enjoy the pizza as if it were fresh out of the oven. I recommend ordering by calling (the menu is easily found online). I recommend the light fried foods, which are truly excellent.

13/04/2026: Everything was delicious! Every time I come to Florence, this is a must-stop for me :) The food is authentic and authentic, and the staff is also very kind and friendly! I absolutely recommend it.

10/04/2026: I don't know about authentic Korean food. I am Thai and there are a lot of Korean restaurant in Bangkok. This is not too different from those at my town. Side dishes is good. Kimchi is a bit less spicy, but that is easier for me to eat too. Cold noodle and pork are good enough. I cannot say it is the best but this is good.

10/12/2025: Excellent matriciana and cabbage with potatoes, beautiful fireplace always lit, new heated patio and the family that has run it for generations is friendly and welcoming.

09/12/2025: I was here for a baptism, coming from out of the province. My partner and I ate very well, the wine was good, the staff was excellent, there was ample parking... the people were genuine!!! Just how we like them... congratulations, keep it up.

14/01/2026: The Carbonara was a 16-euro trip to heaven. It was delicious beyond description.

13/01/2026: Small portions. A small piece of polenta is considered an appetizer, but it's priced like a main course. A glass of wine for 10 euros is absurd. There are better places downtown at these prices. Never again.

07/02/2026: We waited 40 minutes for fried calamari. It was not crowded, there were only two other tables and they were at the end of their meals too. Also I counted, there were 15 pieces of pasta in my plate, TOTAL. So 1 euro for a piece of pasta lol. Small portions, pricey, waited too long. Also we were seated at a table that is connected to another table and that was dirty. Everybody was sitting around so I don't know why it couldn't be cleaned
