The staff is very friendly, kind, and helpful. The location is stunning and very quiet, perfect for enjoying a relaxing dinner. The food is sublime: the fish is incredibly fresh, the pasta dishes are hand-crafted by the chef, and the portions are generous. The quality-price ratio is excellent. If you're in Tivoli and don't know where to enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner, I 100% recommend VINO TINTO!

10/08/2025: Very good food, very helpful waiters. I asked for something off the menu: the raw fish dish was very good. The location isn't the best, but I'd go back tomorrow because I had such a great time! Air-conditioned or outdoor seating.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious and fresh. We were happy to spend the evening here, so go if you're in the area.

22/08/2025: Like all service stations, it's best to avoid them and go out into the nearby cities for a break. Prices are high and the products are industrial, but when this isn't possible, it's one of the best, with clean bathrooms, even if the staff at the counter aren't particularly kind and courteous.

They recently improved the outdoor area, which now offers several tables suitable for groups of various sizes.
Staff: young, attentive, and polite
Service: fast
Quality: excellent fried foods and pizzas
They also offer first courses, meat-based main courses, and sandwiches, which I haven't tried yet, but I'll definitely try them.

Absolutely perfect in every way, exceptional fried food, very good crispy supplì.
The pizza is special, absolutely worth trying, and the service is very attentive, very friendly staff.

17/08/2025: A refuge surrounded by greenery. Where you can enjoy excellent food. Bread made according to ancient traditions, with an intoxicating aroma, delicious and plentiful Appiolo appetizers, generous and very tasty first courses. The sliced meat is delicious, and the pizza has a unique flavor thanks to the genuine products used for the various toppings. I love Dylan pizza. The desserts are delicious and fresh. Impeccable service. Everything is meticulously prepared. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
25/07/2025: This establishment met my taste: rustic in style, with spacious, linearly furnished rooms and a large outdoor space well-sheltered by awnings. I should note that (given the season) I dined outside and there were no mosquitoes. The food was truly delicious and authentic, from the ravioli to the tagliata (much better than other recently reviewed restaurants) and the baked potatoes, which were fresh, hand-cut potatoes. The service was quite prompt, and the hostess was very friendly and helpful.
