A welcoming place where the food is excellent. The dishes are delicious, home-cooked and plentiful. Everything was delicious, and I recommend it to everyone when you're in the area.

A beautiful restaurant perfect for gourmets. The view is wonderful, but it's only matched by the quality of the dishes served. Simple cuisine made sublime by the culinary skills of the great Massimo. Congratulations again!

Pisoniano is a place where you can find tranquility and coolness while escaping Rome. With Bacco, Massimo Stella has fulfilled his dream, which is shared by those who will be his guests: to eat truly well and enjoy company in this beautiful restaurant. The carbonara is unsurpassed and the home-made dishes are truly delicious. From appetizers to desserts, everything is excellent. I recommend it to everyone and...enjoy your meal!

07/04/2026: A truly wonderful experience. Usually on Easter Monday, the service and food aren't as great as on regular workdays, but they exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be back!
28/03/2026: The atmosphere is charming, small, simple, and seaside, and the service is friendly and attentive. But we were truly disappointed with the food: the pasta with clams was overcooked and dry, the linguine allo scoglio was overcooked with seafood that lacked freshness, and the tomato sauce was thickened (with flour or something else) and tasted like a mush, lacking any seafood flavor. The fried anchovies were limp. The marinated anchovies with puntarelle were definitely a highlight, and they were very good. The price (€20 for a plate of pasta) is that of a good restaurant, the pasta is like a diner's menu. I'm sorry.

28/03/2026: I was there just this evening at my band teacher's birthday party,,and it was delicious,,mmmmm that porcini mushroom pizza that wowwww I usually can never finish it well today I can🫦
23/03/2026: We were there last week, and we've been going to the restaurant for years. Aside from a hair in the zucchini flower, which can happen, some slightly stale baked potatoes, and a subpar cheesecake, everything else was good (pizza, fried foods, service, and bill). The biggest criticism is the cleanliness. We found the bathrooms to be truly unclean, smelly, and without soap in the women's room and without a key. The floor in the dining room also appeared sticky. These observations are intended to provide food for improvement and shouldn't be taken simply as criticism.
