A welcoming place where the food is excellent. The dishes are delicious, home-cooked and plentiful. Everything was delicious, and I recommend it to everyone when you're in the area.

A beautiful restaurant perfect for gourmets. The view is wonderful, but it's only matched by the quality of the dishes served. Simple cuisine made sublime by the culinary skills of the great Massimo. Congratulations again!

Pisoniano is a place where you can find tranquility and coolness while escaping Rome. With Bacco, Massimo Stella has fulfilled his dream, which is shared by those who will be his guests: to eat truly well and enjoy company in this beautiful restaurant. The carbonara is unsurpassed and the home-made dishes are truly delicious. From appetizers to desserts, everything is excellent. I recommend it to everyone and...enjoy your meal!

11/07/2026: I had dinner with my partner after a workout at the gym. We're both athletic, but we love to eat WELL! We had two appetizers, a first course, a second course, and dessert to finish. All the dishes had the perfect balance of perfectly blended flavors and the right amount. The presentation was excellent. The staff was super nice and welcoming, and the wait between courses was just right... the 10 minutes that allow you to fully appreciate what you've eaten! The price was amazing! We'll be back more often! A wonderful discovery!
