19/06/2025: HORRIBLE SERVICE! If you're a tourist, don't go! There were 5 of us and they brought us very outdated dishes! The first 2 dishes were served 15 minutes after we arrived and the other 3, 30 minutes later. The waitress was so arrogant she almost threw the dishes on the table! And to top it all off, they charged us 10 euros more and didn't even give us a receipt! Horrible! I wouldn't go back for anything in the world 😡 aaah and the bathrooms are very dirty!

01/06/2025: I would have liked to give 5 stars... The owner gave me a perfect welcome. The dishes are very good and truly flavorful. But the problem lies with the bill (as is often the case in Italy, but this is a bit of a stretch): a surprise on the bill: 3 x €3 for the service (€9 for €65 worth of dishes) and €6 for the side dish (a small plate of grilled vegetables)...a €15 surprise compared to the prices listed on the menu...

30/01/2025: Discovered a few months ago, I wanted to try it a few times before writing my review. I went there in summer, in winter, with few people, with lots of people and I always had a good time. Delicious pizza, spectacular fried foods not to mention the desserts, all good. Very kind and helpful staff. Absolutely recommended, I forgot to write that they don't just make pizza but both first and second courses. It was a nice discovery.

Molto valida anche la carta dei vini. Da ultimo, ma non certo per importanza, segnaliamo il personale cordiale, svelto ed efficiente, essendo venuti in una giornata festiva caratterizzata da aflusso elevato.

Well, today, June 1, 2025, at the invitation of a very dear friend of mine, Cosmo from Isernia, without naming names, I went to the restaurant in question for lunch. The location already suggested something good, as did the cars and motorcycles parked. We arrive at the entrance of the restaurant and as soon as the door opens I see the restaurant full both inside and outside. So I think that in that place it should really not go well, also considering my friend Cosmo, a gourmet of proven quality. In the restaurant they were also celebrating a confirmation and the decorations made the room even more welcoming. We sit at the table booked, moreover well in advance and after ordering, in ten minutes we had the appetizer at the table. Followed, not even a quarter of an hour the first courses and then also the second courses and side dishes. What can I say..... the service is impeccable, fast and punctual, the waiters, attentive and very kind, nothing to say..... but the highlight was undoubtedly the food: Very tasty Hot Served in finely refined containers Wine and water and various drinks cool as the temperature of the period requires. 28/05/2025: This evening we decided to order 4 pizzas with the 1 for 2 promotion (they give you the least expensive pizza for free). The pizzas we ordered were the following: Capricciosa Amatriciana (on the menu with bacon that clearly arrived with speck) For my uncle Nostrana (which should contain baked potatoes, provola, mozzarella and porcini mushrooms) and the cost of the latter is €9.50... now I don't expect to eat at Carlo Cracco... but if I pay almost €10 for a pizza I expect something good... and it wasn't, plus the lady who made the delivery (from what we were told on the phone and the OWNER) made us pay €30.50 (I also add that we only took a fried food for €3.50) When it arrived a good 20 minutes late she asked us for the money and there and then they paid it... thinking back we realized we had paid too much... we called back and got a refund for the extra money that the owner didn't know or didn't remember that on Wednesday there is a promotion going on. When they came back to give us back the extra money I pointed out that things were not going well and the answer was that she is not in the pizzeria and that she was pointing it out. I REALLY hope that other customers are not taken for a ride. I don't think we will order again, too bad, also because here in the area there are other alternatives.
