Wonderful location overlooking the valley. Fireplace lit and fresh handmade pasta like in the old days. Unforgettable flavors and aromas. It feels like being at home, pampered in every way. Well-stocked wine list. All types of grilled meats and plenty of heat. Exceptional sautéed vegetables, such as fried artichokes. Recommended for everyone.

At Marcello's Ristorante Pensione l'Oliveto, you can find excellent traditional cuisine. Friendly staff and a large, welcoming fireplace always lit for grilled meats. Don't miss the hand-sliced ​​prosciutto. Fried artichokes and lamb offal as an appetizer. The pasta with white truffle is excellent, as are the fettuccine with ragù and homemade farro lesagne with arrabbiata sauce. Olive oil from their own mill, all genuine ingredients. A must-try.
