20/09/2025: The best beer bar in the area, by far! Approachable and friendly manager, excellent beer selection. A place for regulars with a very friendly and family atmosphere. Prices are quite reasonable for the quality of the beers. Highly recommended.

18/07/2025: I went today with my parents for a quick lunch.
I found out about it through my partner, who happened to be looking for a place to have lunch a few days ago.
Everything was truly excellent, the food was exceptional, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and it was reasonably priced.
There were three of us, and we paid €28. We had a trio (cold pasta, sliced chicken with rosemary and fennel as a side dish), a first course, cold pasta, and a second course with a side dish (orange scallops with baked potatoes). To drink, we had still water and three coffees. The guy also offered us a creamy pasta dish with our coffee, which was delicious.
Everything was excellent. If I'm ever in Pomezia for lunch, I'll definitely stop by!

17/10/2025: We booked this restaurant for a weekend in May, and upon our arrival, a waiter of about fifty greeted us, immediately telling us: "Hey, it's full...you'll have to wait outside." When we complained that we had booked, the waiter reiterated: "You'll have to wait outside, there's a line." Finally, another waiter arrived and seated us.
As for dinner, I can't say it was any better... I understand that everything has gone up, starting with the bread, but the price of the main courses has increased despite the reduced quantity of food, while the cover charge is €2 per person.
We don't recommend it.
13/10/2025: Rustic and well-kept atmosphere, good service, excellent spaghetti carbonara, good and creamy lemon sorbet, shame about the veal cutlet which was a bit calloused.

19/11/2025: There were two of us out on our motorcycles. We called, and they checked before offering availability. It's traditional home cooking that emphasizes quality and flavor. The menu is limited because, I asked, it depends on the ingredients available, and the restaurant can't accommodate many people. Its location feels like a step back in time, and for me, with my mother's family from the Viterbo area and great cooks, it feels like a step back in time to flavors that have almost disappeared. The person serving is also the manager (perhaps the owner?) and is very kind in providing information.
Excellent value for money.
29/10/2025: We went on Sunday. Without windows, it was hard to breathe. There were too many tables, we couldn't get through. They don't allow dogs. Rude waiters. Terrible food. Maybe if you go during the week, I felt it would be better with fewer guests, but weekends, unfortunately, are a no.

19/09/2025: Excellent and plentiful food; absolutely worth trying are the orecchiette and paccheri, and the tender and well-cooked beef tagliata. The side dishes are fresh and delicious. An experience to repeat.

20/10/2025: It's no longer the place we frequented so often over the years. Eleven of us had lunch there last October 19th, and not a single one of us appreciated the food. Tonnarelli (half-portion portions), cacio e pepe (with pepper only) because they'd seen the cheese in passing, but there was plenty of cooking water in the center of the plate. Mezze maniche carbonara, where each plate was topped with no more than 3-4 strips of guanciale or pancetta. For the main course, beans (no more than 20-25 per plate) with pork rinds, of which the luckiest of us found 3. It was definitely our last experience at Filu'.

06/11/2025: I'm giving it 5 stars only because it's the best I can give. The pizzas are a masterpiece: incredibly light, with truly top-quality ingredients, and the result is exquisitely delicious. I wish they'd open in Malta, where I live, so I could go every other day. Seriously, you have to try it to believe it.

22/08/2025: The pizza was delicious. It was our first time in Fiuggi, and even though it wasn't even dinner time, we found a wide selection, very friendly staff, and excellent value. The location is central, yet tucked away, allowing us to eat in peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle.
20/08/2025: This isn't the first time I've eaten pizza here.
Fragrant, well-topped, and absolutely delicious.
The staff is friendly.
The chicken and potatoes are also good.
I recommend stopping by in the morning for breakfast, lunch, and dinner...
