03/01/2026: The AYCE was good, but the cheddar could use a change. The service and waiters were friendly.

24/12/2025: I was pleasantly surprised by this lovely place, and I'll try to explain why, also to justify the 5 stars I gave in all areas (which may seem discrediting). It's a young place run by young and very young people, but they're very well-prepared and friendly. 1) FOOD: The food is fast food-style, but of much higher quality, in my opinion, than that of the usual chains: very tasty and well-seasoned smash burgers, light and digestible bread, well-matched and not at all heavy condiments. The same can be said for the meats. The fries are expertly made, cut into wedges and cooked in fresh oil, as you can see from the photos, enhancing their flavor and making them very light. In short, you might expect the food to be poor quality from an all-you-can-eat restaurant, but it wasn't at all. So much so that despite having ordered a lot, I left feeling full but not weighed down. 2) SERVICE: The table contained REAL cutlery (knife and fork) and more than enough paper napkins, and there were 3-4 packets of ketchup and 3-4 packets of mayonnaise, whereas these are usually requested after the first one and may be charged. I was greeted by a very young, kind and knowledgeable waitress who immediately seated me. The other young waiters were also all quick, kind, and knowledgeable; the service was very fast and the dishes arrived promptly, despite there being a lot of customers. I immediately asked for A.Y.C.E. since I knew about it, and I must say that it was a free A.Y.C.E. and not "discouraged" in any way (waiting so many minutes between orders, staff somehow making you feel burdened by the numerous orders, etc.) 3) ATMOSPHERE: very pleasant and youthful, I really appreciated it even though I'm no longer young. There was more than enough space between the tables, and after I left, a quiz began that everyone could participate in. You might be wondering: "Is it possible you couldn't find a single flaw?" Yes, there was one flaw, alas, and a "serious" one at that: there was no soap in the bathroom, so I had to go into the disabled restroom for a moment to wash my hands (hahahaha). Seriously, I couldn't find anything else. Speaking of the bathrooms, they were new, clean, and well-equipped, as you can see from the photos. I'm also attaching the receipt certifying compliance with the stated conditions: €19.50 + drinks. In short, I sincerely and enthusiastically recommend it, especially because it encourages initiatives undertaken by young people who want to consciously engage in work.

27/02/2026: A small, well-kept restaurant with exceptional service (the young lady who served us was truly brilliant!), excellent food, and moderate prices. A lovely find in the heart of Prati, highly recommended.

12/03/2026: Excellent cuisine in a setting suitable for large groups. A dreamy location with a pond and geese. We came here on the recommendation of a friend, and this is already our second time. We're satisfied and can't wait to return. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

16/01/2026: Excellent cuisine, a truly excellent first course, delicious baked cheese, and a very kind hostess... In the end, perhaps a little pricey, but that doesn't matter given the quality and quantity of the dishes!!! Highly recommended if you're in the area!!! Truly positive!!!!

07/02/2026: They make Roman-style pizza, cooked in a wood-fired oven, as good as it used to be. Everyone I've recommended it to is amazed by its deliciousness. Once upon a time, all pizzerias in Rome served pizzas like this, but now they're a rarity. I don't go there as often as I'd like! The suppli, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, are also delicious. Also noteworthy are the Roman-style fried artichokes and the cod fillets. For those who don't like pizza, they have a vast menu, from meat to fish. Every time I've tried something, it's excellent, but I confess I like pizza too much and usually order that. The prices are more than fair, especially considering the quality. The atmosphere is that of a casual pizzeria. Those who go out to eat to post photos on social media can go elsewhere; here, the focus is on the substance: good food. The place isn't big, so reservations are recommended, especially on weekends.

22/11/2025: The restaurant is a bit dated, but it speaks volumes about generations of history. The fireplace in the main dining room is lovely, and the meat selection is good. The price was fair for what I ate, though in my opinion, nothing in particular stood out. It's a decent place, but I wouldn't return unless I were just passing through.

30/10/2025: Best beef experienced in Italy. Grilled over wood to perfection by a perfectionist Pasta with local fungi also memorable. Service friendly yet professional . Will return as have discovered pre Etruscan settlement nearby

05/03/2026: Curious based on the various testimonials from friends and acquaintances, we finally took advantage of their services. The St. Joseph's cream puff was excellent, fried just right and bursting with real cream. I say real because making cream puffs with custard or Chantilly cream is a complete slap in the face. Then a delicious dark chocolate brightened up the afternoon. I highly recommend this pastry shop.

24/11/2025: Excellent overall. The pastries are very good. The prosciutto and stracciatella pinsa is truly light and succulent. The staff are very polite and helpful. The prices are excellent.

13/02/2026: For my birthday, I chose Pizzeria Ghisby, ordering five different pizza slices and supplì. The experience exceeded all expectations. Special thanks go to Adriano, who proved to be an exemplary professional, managing the order with extreme care. The quality of the product won over everyone present: the guests not only enjoyed it, but also requested numerous second helpings throughout the evening. I am completely satisfied with my choice and highly recommend Ghisby to anyone seeking quality, punctuality, and excellent service.

15/02/2026: The food is really excellent, it's a shame that we waited 40 minutes before starting to eat, they didn't even bring us bread, the portions are very small, we left spending €60 for 2 plates of pasta, a cutlet and two ice creams. It's a shame... because I repeat... everything we ate was excellent.

17/11/2025: Excellent food, perfect service, and a wonderful atmosphere...all the qualities for a perfect Saturday evening in the company of friends and family. I recommend booking. They offer a variety of menus, both meat and seafood, and a wide selection of pizzas. In my opinion, Peter Pan 2 is the perfect restaurant.

13/03/2026: Tasty pizza, but 4 out of 5 times it's closed. They don't respect the opening and closing times posted on the shutters, nor the ones online. What a shame!

29/03/2026: We went for dinner yesterday with a friend of mine. I wasn't familiar with the place, and it was my first time there. Needless to say, it'll become a regular stop every time I'm in Frascati. The pizza was delicious, truly beyond my expectations, as were the montanare, not to mention the desserts. The only downside is that it's far from my house 😂 I'll definitely be back, especially since I saw some truly inviting appetizers!! Truly a discovery beyond my expectations. Unfortunately, I only have a photo of the desserts because we devoured the rest in two seconds. 😂

13/03/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant located in the heart of Frascati, and the experience was truly positive. The restaurant is beautiful, clean, and meticulously maintained, with a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. The menu is varied and truly caters to all tastes: you can choose from seafood and meat appetizers, traditional first courses with a modern twist, and a simply extraordinary Neapolitan pizza. We also appreciated the wide variety of second courses, which are definitely worth trying. The fried foods also deserve a special mention: crispy and truly delicious. The staff was very courteous, attentive, and helpful, contributing to the even more pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a place where you eat very well and where you can sense great attention to both the quality of the food and the hospitality. A restaurant to return to and one I recommend without hesitation.
