08/04/2026: Osteria dei Colli in Rocca di Papa continues to be, for me, one of the most welcoming, helpful, and high-quality restaurants in terms of raw materials and expert preparation. We've been frequenting it for years now, and it never disappoints; in fact, it always manages to surprise us and leave us with what I call "good memories." Whether you're celiac or have other dietary restrictions, you can count on a safe place that caters to everyone. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, fast, and professional despite their young age. I personally adore them. What more can I say? The homemade pasta, the excellent quality meats prepared with recipes that enhance their flavor and tenderness. Try the entire menu, which varies seasonally. Their wine is extraordinary 💯💯. 19/04/2026: I'm returning to this restaurant after 10 years, and I have to say the quality is still very high, and the value is excellent! Unfortunately, not everything was perfect: one young, polite waiter and one older, rude, and surly, and that's unacceptable in a restaurant like this.

11/04/2026: I dined recently, and I rarely leave a review, especially immediately after the experience. Unfortunately, despite the beautiful location, the dinner was marred by several negative aspects. First, we had made a reservation specifying that we would bring a dog, but we were still seated in a corner. I would have preferred greater clarity: if dogs are not welcome, just say so; I would have understood and appreciated it. Second, the service was disappointing. With the exception of the younger waiter, who was friendly and helpful, the older waiter was rude and unprofessional. From the beginning, we were treated with little attention: we weren't even poured our wine (which in itself isn't the problem), but above all, we noticed unequal treatment compared to other customers. We arrived at opening time, and yet a table that arrived 15-20 minutes after us received their dishes much earlier. This gives the impression of favoritism toward some customers. Considering our order was simple (a pizza and a boiled pumpkin with fondue), the wait was unjustified. Furthermore, the pizza I'd ordered (broccoli and sausage) arrived incorrectly, with sautéed chicory. It wouldn't have been a big deal if it had been handled better, but I think when you pay for a service, you deserve to receive what you order and appropriate treatment. I was disappointed to have to point out the mistake to the younger waiter, who was the only one who was polite. However, when paying, we weren't given any discount for the error, which I would have considered fair. For completeness: we sat down at 7:45 PM, ordered shortly after, and received our dishes around 9:00 PM. In conclusion, a disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant, especially if you're not a regular customer or if you have a dog.

09/11/2025: Excellent pizzeria in the hills, run by friendly, professional women. Known for its giropizza and other typical Ligurian and Piacenza dishes. We'll be back soon. A wonderful evening.

15/09/2025: Unconditional five stars, not just for the pizza, which is also very good. There's a genuine atmosphere here. I was treated really well, with friendship, I'd say.

19/05/2026: An absolutely disappointing experience. The food quality was terrible, nothing seemed fresh, and it was definitely not worth the money. The staff was rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. The place was overly crowded, with tables and chairs packed together, to the point of being uncomfortable for the entire evening. Furthermore, the whole aperitivo system seems like a scam: whether you order an aperitivo or not, they still charge you. This place may have been good three years ago, but it's definitely not good now. I will never go back, and I don't recommend it to anyone. Don't waste your time or money.

03/06/2026: A charming little hotel next to the Spanish Steps. Beautifully furnished rooms, impeccable service, and a fantastic rooftop bar that's quite busy in the early evening. Expensive, but the luxury is worth the price.

29/05/2026: A wonderful little hotel with only four luxurious rooms, three of which overlook the Spanish Steps. It's connected to the five-star Hotel Hassler, where breakfast is also served. Not cheap, but worth the price.

08/04/2026: Luca, the host, prepared a truly delicious dinner using local Deco products (with a municipal designation of origin), including gluten-free options. The asparagus tart was excellent as an appetizer, as were the fettuccine with cream of local peppers and anchovies with local herbs. Excellent wine and excellent extra virgin olive oil. The dessert was delicious, even for gluten-free eaters. I highly recommend it for its exquisiteness and for Luca's passion for creating and revisiting traditional local recipes.
