03/10/2025: A wonderful, authentic family pizza restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant, and if you're in Fondi, you absolutely must visit for a meal. The menu is extensive and offers a wide variety of dishes, even if you're not a pizza lover or just want something different. The service is excellent, and they speak some English.

14/09/2025: Very nice, clean place, with friendly and welcoming staff. There are plenty of seats. The menu offers a wide selection: you can choose from pizzas (many options) with bruschetta and fried foods to the classic full lunch with appetizers, first courses, second courses, side dishes, ice cream, and desserts. You can choose between meat or seafood. The selection is truly extensive. From the products I've had the pleasure of trying, I can say they're excellent, well-prepared. They have an extensive selection of bottled wines and a selection of beers. Excellent value for money. I think it's a good place to try. It's far from my home, so I was just passing through the area, but I'd love to return if I could.

16/08/2025: There are places where anyone who shows up with a Smartbox, a Wonderbox, or any other package is treated like a second-class guest, or fleeced with hidden costs. And then there's Villa Euchelia, which immediately accepts reservations during peak season with just a few days' notice, which easily accommodates a child and dog even though the package only covers two people (with a small, absolutely negligible and legitimate surcharge), and which offers every service and attention, with elegance, professionalism, and courtesy. At Villa Euchelia, we were truly pampered: the rooms are comfortable and luxurious, the spaces are spacious, and the panoramic pool is a little gem. The breakfasts and dinners included in the package are truly fabulous, and we happily added dishes and wines not included to fully enjoy the cuisine. Special praise for the treatment of our son and our little dog: it's not something to be taken for granted, and it's unusual, especially in August. We will certainly return and recommend Villa Euchelia to everyone, for a tasteful break, a charming night, or a moment to celebrate with family.

02/08/2025: I've known this establishment for decades. The original owners, who ran it until a few years ago, were highly competent and professionally above standard... Today, the management has changed, and this is my first time there since the change of management. I must say that the current young managers have been an unexpected and wonderful discovery! The kindness in the dining room, the attention to detail, the already high-quality atmosphere, decidedly improved, in spaces where cleanliness REIGNS! And finally, the cuisine! The quality and food are of the highest quality, with the mastery of a starred chef, in composition, presentation, reinterpretation, but above all, in taste! In the flavors! From appetizers to dessert, nothing to criticize! Praise, only Praise! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! And with the 30% TheFork discount, you'll feel like you've dined at a pizzeria, but in a Michelin-starred setting!

21/10/2025: We went to the place twice, and the only downside is that besides wine, they only have Coca-Cola, and I don't drink either, haha. The place is calm, with very good food, the shrimp risotto is perfect, and it's very beautiful. I highly recommend it.

01/10/2025: We were refused to eat here when we went inside the restaurant. The lady even scolded my friend on what she was wearing (off shoulder top), very unnecessary. Very bad experience. We just went out of the restaurant, even so, she continued to tell us that it was wrong to enter the restaurant. Hays.

23/08/2025: It's always a shame for me to leave a negative review, especially when the location is truly delightful: small but meticulously maintained and with a pleasant atmosphere. For this very reason, I believe constructive criticism can help both the owners, helping them grow and improve, and future customers, helping them have a more satisfying experience. During our dinner, however, several inconveniences arose that I must point out. As soon as we sat down, we found the placemat dirty, likely not replaced after the previous service. A detail that alone wouldn't have ruined the evening, but unfortunately it was the first in a series of oversights. We ordered a first course to share and two second courses. Unfortunately, the tagliatelle with lamb ragù was so salty that it was difficult to enjoy. The wild boar meatballs, however, arrived cold and partly burned. Finally, the sliced ​​beef: we weren't asked how it was cooked, and, without a proper knife for serving, we were faced with overcooked, very salty, and difficult to cut meat. A real shame, especially since the prices were decidedly high compared to the actual quality of what we were served. I sincerely hope these observations are helpful: the location has potential, but the cuisine and service deserve more attention to live up to expectations.

15/12/2025: I had a disappointing dinner here and thank goodness we already had our pizza and wine across the street. The spaghetti vongole was extremely salty and underdone and served with clams that were cold! The fried battered fish was soggy. No oil offered with the cold breads. The seafood bowl was good but not enough to redeem a dismal dinner. If I spoke Italian I might have given my feedback but even if I did, this was not worth the effort. I wonder if the regular chefs were on winter break as I find it hard to imagine how this joint could reasonably operate otherwise.

30/11/2025: Highly recommended!!! The staff is friendly and fast. If you love seafood, this restaurant offers not only classic dishes but also a lot of originality. From appetizer to dessert, our palate was more than satisfied! We'll definitely be back ☺️

14/12/2025: Next to the Circus Maximus, this restaurant is unexpected: a refined atmosphere, fast service, and friendly, traditional Roman cuisine. All the appetizers were excellent: puntarelle, supplì, potato croquettes, mozzarella in carrozza, and Roman-style artichokes. First courses were well-made: we tried the Gricia and the carbonara, both very good. The lamb with potatoes was perhaps the least impressive, but still very tender. The tiramisu, homemade by the chef, finished with a bill of €45 per person, including two bottles of wine. Excellent value. Recommended.

14/12/2025: I thought it was a “tourist place” (overlooking the Circus Maximus), but it is mainly frequented by Romans who enjoy excellent Roman cuisine.

21/10/2025: I discovered this place at a wedding. It was beautiful! They organized the ceremony right on the beach, complete with fireworks at the end. The staff was incredibly kind.

05/10/2025: 5* for encouragement because I saw a lot of effort from these guys. I found the gazpacho and diaphragm excellent, the bao and the picanha appetizer (the tartare was better than the strips) were a bit subdued. The desserts, especially the brioche, were dry and the ricotta a bit too cold. Excellent service.

04/12/2025: Yesterday I had dinner at the Bistrot. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the ordering was flexible (I prefer to eat the main course before the pasta). The only flaw was the sound: there was both perfect background music and a novice musician playing at the same time. The situation was quite bizarre, and there was no explanation about the rehearsals in the room. These rehearsals didn't culminate in a performance; in fact, after about twenty minutes, they cut the background music, leaving only the guitar strumming.

15/11/2025: Excellent, casual bistro with excellent cuisine and a selection of spirits and cocktails. I returned two nights in a row to try as many dishes as possible because they are truly original and delicious. I will definitely be back.
