20/10/2025: I booked through Google, but when I showed up at the restaurant, a very unpleasant guy told me the restaurant was full and sent me away. If you leave reservations online, you have to organize yourself. And there are ways and means of handling unexpected situations. Zero empathy.

08/06/2025: June 2nd we booked at this place, because it was recommended on the museum website, for lunch. Some of the first courses indicated on the menu were not present. For the second courses of meat, limited choice We were a little disappointed.

09/10/2025: Exceptional hospitality: friendly service, bruschetta, and battered zucchini. Then a wide selection of delicious seafood and meat dishes, plus an interesting selection of meats. The bill wasn't expensive, so we'll definitely be back!

05/10/2025: It's one of the few restaurants in the area serving excellent quality fish and meat. The place is charming, relaxing, and has a family atmosphere. The dishes are generous, made with quality ingredients. The staff is polite and friendly.

28/10/2025: I discovered it by chance, and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. We ordered a charcuterie board, which served five of us. The first course was fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, and I have to say, it was the best I've ever had. The ravioli with Gorgonzola were also excellent. For the second course, a grilled meat, and the meat was cooked perfectly. I highly recommend it.

19/10/2025: La Siesta has been a landmark and historic venue in Sabina for years. The atmosphere is very pleasant and familiar, and the food is excellent. Excellent value for money. The wait times are reasonable. The staff is friendly, courteous, and always make sure everything is running smoothly. Special mention goes to Sandro for his incredible professionalism and efficiency. Truly one of a kind in this profession. Highly recommended.

06/11/2025: An unexpected bonus from the website (you can see it in the photo) turned out to be a great reason to go out for dinner. The pizza was amazing — crispy crust, stretchy cheese, and that rich ham flavor. I didn’t spend all the bonus, of course, but that little bit made the evening so much cozier and tastier.

20/10/2025: The food was amazing — you can tell it was made with care and real skill. Everything was fresh and perfectly balanced in taste. I also counted the calories using the service shown in the photo — it was super quick and convenient. I definitely recommend trying it; it makes tracking your meals so much easier, especially if you care about what you eat.

22/10/2025: A beautiful sunny day just steps from the sea. The food is excellent and the location is special.

14/10/2025: The location and service are informal and friendly, just what you need every now and then to enjoy a delightful sea view without too much effort (shade is guaranteed). Prices aren't inflated, and the "first course of the day" offer is interesting (in my case, an unusual package with sea bass, cherry tomatoes, and orange). A minor flaw is the lack of gluten-free options among the first courses.

22/10/2025: The dishes are few, but of excellent quality, both in terms of preparation and ingredients. The staff in the dining room are extremely kind despite the hustle and bustle (and fatigue) of the festival. I'd say more than excellent!

12/11/2025: Our guide recommended this spot, and it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely incredible. We savored every bite of the amazing fettuccine Bolognese and the parma pizza, and the limoncello spritz was the perfect, delightful complement to our meal

10/11/2025: I was in the area for a hike on Monte Redentore. That evening, I was looking for a place to eat fish and took some local advice. I have to say, the food was really good, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was beautiful. I recommend it if you're in the Formia area, and if I ever make it back, I'll definitely be back.

18/09/2025: We went for dinner. The place was welcoming and the service was friendly. The location is beautiful, overlooking the lake. Being vegan, I "only" had a vegetable dish, but it was cooked very well. Special mention for the sweet and sour red onions. I hope to find something more next time.
