29/05/2025: Ignore the poor reviews. This is a nice old restaurant near Trevi serving traditional Italian food. We had been lunch and dinner here and both were lovely. It’s certainly not the best Italian food I’ve ever had, but it’s certainly not as bad as some have said.

There's little to say.. an exaggerated place for me as I was a foreigner, I stumbled upon it by chance on my way up the motorway heading to Milan, exaggerated carbonara, sliced ​​with fresh porcini mushrooms and a bottle of red lily from Lazio which was recommended to us by the guy who I presume is the owner, these people work impeccably, offering a good top product well prepared at a fair price, I recommend it, they also offered us some spectacular taralli to dip into the wine and 2 bitters. 24/06/2025: The wait to eat is truly absurd with little organization, the food is good, the atmosphere too, for a weekday there is a really long wait.

21/06/2025: Try the arrosticini (mutton skewers) - they’re the best. You can’t book this place so come early if you’re a big group. When we left at 10.30pm there was still a queue out the door; that’s how good it is!

07/06/2025: Classic restaurant like many others in the area where you eat well and prices are average. The difference is made by a very kind staff and a rare thing that I liked they presented the cold cuts platter with slightly toasted and warm bread. Our 4-legged friends are welcome but advice and good manners always ask if they can come in.

17/06/2025: This spot came highly recommended by our tour guide for those looking for a true Italian experience. Very little English on the menu (thank goodness for Google translate!) but our server was able to speak English very well and we asked him for recommendations. He brought us a tray of different cured meats and cheeses from different regions. There was another server that walked around the patio and offered various appetizers which we loved. My husband and I both had baked Parmesan, My son had the lamb spaghetti (not a red sauce... And he didn't know it was actually going to be served on pasta), and his fiance ordered the beef ribs. All of the dishes were delicious. Our server also brought us a bottle of sparkling red.

05/05/2025: Location molto accogliente con splendidi lilium all’ingresso. Tutta la sala ricca di veste di fiori e frutta. Tutto squisito dal tris di primi , pasta fresca cucinata in modo ottimo. Ottima anche la carne dalla tagliata alle cotolette di agnello. Il personale molto simpatico e professionale . Ci è stato consigliato da amici e nostra volta lo consiglieremo anche noi

02/06/2025: Ci siamo stati ieri sera e non è più quello di una volta e non parlo del servizio. La qualità è peggiorata in tutti ciò che abbiamo ordinato,partendo dall'antipasto dove si sono addirittura scordati di portare tutto ciò ch'era compreso. I primi lasciamo perde e i dolci niente di che. Controllate il conto...mi raccomando. Peccato spero che tornino com'era prima.

30/05/2025: Sono anni che andiamo ad Ariccia da Gasperone, sempre trovati bene, sempre speso il giusto, ottima qualità dei prodotti, questa volta, era lunedì a pranzo, una delusione, l'antipasto come sempre a peso, come ovunque ad Ariccia, per due persone 35 euro, dal prezzo medio ad etto, 2,50 euro, escludendo i pezzi ad un euro, doveva essere oltre un Kg di roba, non mi è sembrato, la pasta, come al solito ottima, carbonara, cacio e pepe e amatriciana, eravamo in tre, peccato che la carbonara sia arrivata 5 minuti dopo gli altri due piatti, reputo esagerato 5 euro un litro di coca, quando il vino sta a 6 euro, la delusione le ciambelline, normalmente le fraschette le regalano, me le hanno fatte pagare, va bene, ma erano immangiabili, moscie e sapore indecente, e ad Ariccia trovare delle ciambelline al vino indecenti è praticamente impossibile, buona la sbriciolata, peccato, perchè perdersi per cosi poco non ne varrebbe la pena

27/06/2025: We ate very well, generous portions and high quality, quiet, simple, clean environment. Friendly and present managers, they come to the table, explain, welcome. Nothing to say, a nice discovery. We will definitely be back. Antipasto del marinaio is a combination of all the appetizers, with just one course 3 people could eat comfortably. Also provided for meat menu and the pizzas looked good. I highly recommend.

29/05/2025: I went with friends and my beloved dog, who does pet therapy, so she can go to the hospital, we also go to the charity house. etc. etc. (volunteering). I ask for water for her, they tell me that they put it outside the restaurant. ok. in other restaurants they always bring it to the table. I should point out that the restaurant has no windows and the air conditioning was off. It was really very hot. I go outside and there is no water! When I enter I ask the blonde lady behind the counter for water, she tells me that she didn't expect me to come back.... there were 4 of us!!!! A customer who attended said that she didn't like how they treated me and she and her family would not go again. A small satisfaction. The pizza was normal. I think the fish was frozen. The water arrived still, not fizzy, to get lemon slices I had to ask 3 times! In other restaurants by the sea we eat fish caught. The dog is welcomed in all the restaurants we go to, (they bring water without asking) some names. The Ragno in Lido Estensi, the Prua in Porto Garibaldi, Reditriglie in Porto Garibaldi, Mediterraneo in Lido Nazioni. Everyone treats her very well! I hope these people never need dogs. How many save our lives by digging under rubble or in the sea etc. etc. When we go to a restaurant it is also a moment to relax. There are so many restaurants, I didn't like this one. If they had put a note on the entrance door (no dogs allowed) we wouldn't have gone!

30/05/2025: Incredibly fresh fish and seafood - cooked to perfection. Simply done, letting the freshness speak for itself - just how we wanted it. Very friendly, charming service too. It’s great value.

16/05/2025: I saw the good reviews on Google for this place and as a seafood lover wanted to try it. What a find, just here for a solo meal and the staff were very friendly especially to me as an English speaking Irish girl. I had the seafood risotto which was very tasty and washed it down with some fabulous prosecco. I highly recommend dining here. The background music set a lovely atmosphere too.
