09/01/2025: Very large place, it creates confusion, the room is large and the temperature inside is not the best for lunch or dinner, the meat is good but in my opinion it is not cooked well, once they overcooked it when I wanted it rare Then it arrived cooked on the outside, raw on the inside, so much so that the inside was still cold from the refrigerator. The waiters are kind and professional, very good cheese cake.

06/11/2024: Years pass at Sergio's but it remains my favorite place to eat in Olevano Romano! Let me start by saying that Sergio is a fantastic person full of life and joy! Every time I go I am always satisfied with the dishes which change according to the seasons and I can guarantee you that Sergio only has genuine zero km products!! The pizza is also fantastic! The atmosphere you feel in his restaurant is positive both for the food and for the welcome and friendliness! Don't preclude your culinary experience in this restaurant and knowing Sergio who is special!! See you soon!

06/12/2024: While looking for a place to have dinner, we were struck by the atmosphere of this place. Menu where the protagonist is the potato in many versions to satisfy all palates. We took the one with gorgonzola and the one with ciauscolo and stracchino. Excellent presentation. Staff attentive to the customer without being intrusive. To conclude, apple pie and chocolate cake, amazing.

11/11/2024: Arriving by chance after a trip to Lake Turano, this place pleasantly surprised us. Excellent food, generous portions, simple but well-kept place, friendly and welcoming staff, fair price. What can I say... I highly recommend it 🤩

10/11/2024: We had lunch with 9 friends, mixed appetizers for everyone, tasted three first courses, three second courses, side dishes, wine, water, dessert, coffee, bitters. €40 each. Abundant portions, excellent quality of products, simple place from abroad you wouldn't think of it as a typical family home... after lunch, walk on the dam... I recommend pappardelle with wild boar... I was disappointed with the fettuccine with truffle, it was good but it was grated and didn't have any flakes ...

29/11/2024: Truly delicious Roman cuisine, above all cacio e pepe made as per the manual. Very good homemade desserts. Very tender meat. Attentive and very fast service. A somewhat "old style" Roman trattoria. Excellent value for money. Parking a little complicated. Definitely positive experience.
