We ate quickly on the go. We ordered pizza and arancini, both delicious. The service was good, and the price was reasonable. I definitely recommend it!

The pizza is sold by weight which is interesting. It was a different style of pizza with a thicker crust and more seasoned than most other pizza shops in the area. I also tried a green dessert from the display fridge out front, but that tasted dried out so we didn't finish it. Otherwise, good convenient stop near hotels and the metro.

The pizza by the slice with eggplant caponata was delicious, as were the cassatine 🙂

Piccola Palermo, in the heart of Rome, is an authentic corner of my city transplanted to the capital. I was born in Palermo and I know the truth of flavors well: those that cannot be imitated, that are not sugarcoated, that remain true to their origins. That's why, when I ate here, I felt a rare joy: every dish tasted exactly like I would find in the alleys of my hometown. The owners—father and son, both from Palermo—bring with them not only expertise, but also a genuine friendliness and helpfulness that you immediately recognize as family. The cuisine is expressive, meticulous, respectful of the ingredients, with a touch that knows how to preserve the character of flavors. It's as if, upon entering, Palermo approaches you with its warmth, its generosity, its memory. I'll have to return to Rome often, and I already know that my first stop will always be the same: Piccola Palermo. A safe haven, an embrace of taste and authenticity, a place I recommend to anyone passing through the Eternal City who wants to taste authentic Palermo cuisine, without compromise and without tamed nostalgia. For me, it's already become a small ritual. And a great pleasure.

Gabriel makes amazing Sicilian pizza. I’ve came to this place every day for lunch during my stay in Rome. Highly recommended. Easy reachable with Metro, Manzoni Station.

The service is impeccable, the food is delicious and homemade, and it all offers excellent value for money. A great find that I highly recommend.
