The service and staff were really excellent, kind and friendly, the pizza was very good.

We've eaten at this restaurant several times, and for me, a celiac, it's a godsend. I have no complaints about the on-site service; the food is delicious, as are the gluten-free pizzas... However, the home delivery service should be abolished... I'm sorry, but if you're going to offer a home delivery service, it has to work. I'm writing this review because I've had several problems with home delivery. Once, you delivered and charged me for two extra pizzas I never ordered (then you deducted the cost from other orders, for goodness sake, but in the meantime, you pay). Once, we ordered a pizza from you and they delivered another one. Another time, we waited an hour for the guy who got lost because he probably had the wrong address already because he was late... And now, let's get to today... I don't even want to get into the delay (delivery guaranteed by phone for 9:05, arrived at 9:30), for goodness sake, delays and unforeseen circumstances can happen, but I had asked for a Napoli pizza and I got a Margherita. Frozen pizza (this happens systematically with every delivery). I'm sorry, I don't consider myself the annoying person on duty; in fact, I always try to understand and justify whoever's working, but if out of six total delivery orders, five of them had problems, you should stop offering the service. Well, I'm of the opinion that if you're going to offer a service, it has to work well; if it's going to work that well, you might as well stop it. I'll definitely never order delivery from you again.

A truly pleasant experience in every way. What I appreciated most was the hospitality and customer service: the staff were friendly, helpful, and always available, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The food was excellent, well-prepared and carefully prepared, with a variety of menu options, including excellent gluten-free options—a much-appreciated detail. The small bar serving cocktails, beer, and wine was also very welcome, making the evening even more enjoyable and convivial. Lovely atmosphere, impeccable service, and truly high overall quality. A very nice place, with meticulous attention to detail both inside and out. At the entrance, a large room was unfortunately very crowded due to the large number of diners. Then there are other smaller rooms, but all with crowded tables. We arrive on time, and a waiter greets us, checks our reservations, and says, "I'll put these things down and show you to your table." He then receives a few more customers, leaves, and we see him again a few hours later. Meanwhile, another waiter takes us to our table. The small table for two fits tightly into a small gutter, and one of us can't even sit down because he's too close to the back of a girl sitting at the next table. I politely ask if he can move us, and he says yes, but then spends the time chatting with other tables. Finally, another waitress seats us somewhere a little more spacious. We order, and shortly afterward, a waiter arrives with a pizza in hand, saying, "Is this yours?" And I replied, 'I don't know, at least tell us the name of the pizza.' 'I don't know, it should be...' replied, 'Well, I don't know, it should be...' Meanwhile, I asked three different waiters if I could bring us the Coke we ordered... it arrived when I'd finished the pizza, so I said he could take it away at that point. The Coke was on our bill, but when we pointed it out, they took it off our bill. While we were waiting in line at the register to pay, a waitress came by and brought me a beer because she'd been told someone near the register had ordered a beer. As for the food, the pizzas were very tasty, but I ordered a pizza and it came with a focaccia... and although it was well-topped, €14 seemed too much for a focaccia. The only positive note was the gluten-free pizza, which was very good. It's a shame because the place has great potential, but they have way too many tables for the space available, and the service organization is terrible.

I discovered this very welcoming place thanks to the invitation of my local friends, with its flowers and background music, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day at work or simply relax over a delicious dinner. I try to go often because I know I can find delicious lactose- and gluten-free products. I also feel welcomed and understood every time I make a request (obviously due to intolerances), unlike the often uncomfortable experience of other places where I ask for variations on food that, unfortunately, aren't good for me. Here, I can relax and enjoy pizza, meat, fried foods, or desserts with my friends without any discomfort and without sacrificing flavor and culinary delights. All the staff are truly welcoming and friendly. You're a wonderful discovery.

The tagliata, pasta, and pizza were all very good. The desserts are still to come, we'll be back. I finally tried the gluten-free pizza, which was truly delicious 🤤

Wonderful place... amazing gluten-free food. We went on a Saturday and it might be crowded... maybe it's better during the week... we'll try it... but it's still a wonderful place, definitely worth a try.
