And when they say CHANCE plays a part... I learned about the Antico Ruscello by chance and was so intrigued that I went to visit it... from the entrance, to the meticulously kept gardens, to the vaulted porticos, to the little touches that only someone who loves their job can immediately notice... it was a succession of events. And so, even though I had never eaten there, we chose it for my daughter's First Communion on Sunday. And there, not only did I have the pleasure of seeing the restaurant come to life with its fountain and water features... I also had the pleasure of tasting excellent quality dishes. Not to mention the impeccable service. In addition to our First Communion, if I'm not mistaken, there were 5 or 6 others... and they managed to serve all of us on time... nothing overcooked or with any of the problems you usually face when a restaurant is full. So my rating can only be 5 stars out of 5. Congratulations to those who drive it with care and dedication.

Reading the reviews of people leaving 1 star, I wonder how that's possible... the place is fantastic. I've been coming for years and have seen it grow and improve year after year. The indoor and outdoor spaces are meticulously cared for, the food is delicious, and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. The dessert buffet is truly unique. My only suggestion, which isn't a criticism or a downgrade from 5 stars, is to add some comfortable cushions to the outdoor areas to enhance the relaxation between courses... Congratulations to the owners and all the staff!

We've been to Paolo's for several occasions, and obviously we couldn't choose anyone other than him for our most important day. The location is stunning, but the food is truly exceptional. From the welcome aperitif to the fruit, everything is delicious, and above all, the staff is incredibly kind.

A uniquely beautiful place, meticulously maintained, with ample parking and easy access. The marina overlooking the pool is a true gem. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the service is truly professional.

The cod with chickpea cream was very good, the octopus excellent, and the baked potatoes delicious. Stunning location, excellent food, and good value.

We celebrated our wedding at this restaurant, and Paolo is always a guarantee! Everything was perfect! Everyone was satisfied. The food was delicious and plentiful (even seconds for those who wanted it!), the dining room was meticulously maintained, and the staff were always friendly and courteous. The garden was perfect for photos, and there was plenty of parking! Thanks also to Gabriele, who was always ready to fulfill our wishes.
