26/01/2025: Maria e Vito ti fanno sentire come a casa ... coccole in famiglia. Pizza buonissima (è veramente una delle poche che mangio) con prezzi unici e rari. Ogni volta che torno mi ricordo il perchè. bravi!

27/03/2025: We went for lunch and ordered two first courses of pasta which arrived raw and inedible, it was very hard, a very generous portion.
The meat was oily and tasted of nothing
We ate really badly

One thing that people pay attention to nowadays are food allergies but at the time of the request the written menu was not available and the lady in charge said I'm referring to the kitchen for attention!!

50 minutes of waiting for mushroom tagliolini that were practically raw and cold... fortunately reasonable in the final bill.
Too bad, nice place and the entrée was very welcome

19/03/2025: Today we had lunch here at l’Edelweiss in Piancavallo, I have to say that we were very satisfied and above all full🤣 The portions were just right, the flavors were tasty and also for the environment and the staff a nice 10!! We will definitely return to try something else!!

07/02/2025: Friendly staff, a quiet environment with a pleasant atmosphere and really tasty and well-presented dishes. This place is really worth it, even if you only want to stop for a first course. It's not the usual all-you-can-eat sushi but this is precisely the strong point of this place and you'll notice it from the quality of the dishes, fantastic!
04/02/2025: Great cuisine, I found what I like here, spicy and incredibly hot dishes, ramen with beef is great, you can also eat sushi, an interesting alternative to Italian cuisine, it's worth trying, I recommend
