17/07/2026: We stopped here by chance during a weekend trip to Friuli, and were enchanted by the grace and kindness of the entire staff, by the historic restaurant, so authentic and cared for with a love rarely seen, and by the heartwarmingly delicious dishes: from the giardiniera (fresh pickled vegetables) to the San Daniele prosciutto, from the spaghetti with duck ragù to the amazing desserts with local honey. The hosts are incredibly kind. It was a truly special discovery. We will definitely return to Allo Storione!

11/05/2026: It's good, it's good. Unique and traditional flavors. Knowledgeable and welcoming staff. However, I strongly suggest handing out printed menus at the table; they weren't even available three years ago when I first came, and the dishes offered were more or less the same. A sign outside the restaurant that reads "First courses from ... to ...." "Second courses from ... to ...." isn't enough; customers feel a bit cheated, especially since it's a good restaurant, but the prices are a bit higher than the average in the area.

08/08/2026: Modern place but without air conditioning. We waited quite a long time to get a table, like 7 minutes, incredibly hot and absurd, but the air conditioning was there but they didn't attack it. The price was a bit too expensive, €81 for 3 people, they eat a normal, extensive menu but the offer, I think, wasn't much food for the workers, very hot, the price was a bit exaggerated.

01/05/2026: We went to this bar, the staff treated us miserably, disrespectfully, and once we placed our order, they responded rudely. Don't go there!!!

Bar Trattoria Prissinotti is a must-try in Prata: home-style cooking, generous portions, and friendly service that makes you feel right at home. The pasta dishes and meat dishes are excellent. Unbeatable value. Ideal for a business lunch or a relaxed dinner with friends. I'll definitely be back!
