31/03/2024: We came across it by chance as we were looking for something quick for lunch in Maniago, so without great expectations, but pleasantly surprised by the goodness of the gourmet sandwiches! (For which they have also won awards) the menu also includes slightly more classic cuisine in addition to sandwiches and appetizers which we have not tried. Very friendly and helpful staff, if you happen to be in Maniago it is worth a stop even if it is small. Optimal!

26/12/2023: I took part in an ice cream tasting today, I must say that I had a very good time, the staff were very knowledgeable and competent, the ice creams were very good, you rarely find something like this in the area.
Completely natural products, chosen directly by the glacier chef, and of excellent quality.
Ice creams completely free of colourants, added flavourings, premixed or semi-finished.
I highly recommend!!!

25/02/2024: Cena il giorno prima, pranzo quello dopo. In entrambi i casi ho mangiato decisamente bene, potendo provare cose diverse del menù.
Il locale è molto ben curato.
Il personale è molto gentile e professionale.
I cibi, ben cucinati e serviti, e le porzioni sono giuste. Ho apprezzato la varietà e la bontà dei diversi tipi di pane.
Ottima esperienza.

11/12/2023: Spacious and welcoming pizzeria, with outdoor seating in summer. Thin and crunchy pizza, which has never disappointed me. They always offer off-menu pizzas based on seasonal products. Tasted pizza with sausage, pumpkin, gorgonzola and pumpkin speck and smoked ricotta... excellent! Courteous staff...I recommend with eyes closed. Ample parking in the internal courtyard.

01/01/2024: In short.. We waited a long time for the pizza, the pizza was dry and the dry panuozzo was needed in the oil dressing...
They don't have red draft beer and we asked for a digestive they brought us a limoncello because they don't have sorbet...

03/09/2023: Am unfortunate experience with the owner / manager, for what was supposed to be a family celebration of a family event. He ruined completely the relatively good culinary experience.
The appetiser was good if it wasn’t for the fact of being very “light” and taken away before everyone had arrived.
Main was good but left over of the birthday cake sweet taken away before anyone could be served a second helping.
All for a 50€ price which was not given away.
Again good food, very bad welcoming and serving.
23/08/2023: Il ristorante è situato a due passi dal centro, non vi sono problemi di parcheggio.
Ambiente elegante e allo stesso tempo intimo, locale che frequentiamo ogni tanto anche per la non troppa lontananza da casa, personale molto competente e gentile, ottima qualità del cibo e dei vini, il prosciutto crudo tagliato a mano è qualcosa di veramente inebriante.
Lo consigliamo vivamente

20/08/2023: Cute hidden cafe & bar where locals frequent for their espresso fixes. I’ve walked pass this spot almost daily when on my market runs and didn’t try them out until the third week of my stay in this town. I’ve always noticed locals seated in their outside tables having conversations over coffee so it looked to be a nice neighborhood hangout.
The baristas are friendly, but don’t speak too much English, but enough to be able to get your your coffee drinks. They give you a nice little shortbread butter cookie with your coffee, which is a nice touch. One wall advertised wines by the glass, between €3-€5 each. I wish I had the chance to go back for some wine, but maybe next time.

The food is very good, the first courses are spectacular
Cost less than a pizza.
15/01/2024: Visited for a quick business lunch. What should you offer your customers at lunchtime? You need decent quality, a nice quantity, lots of speed and a fair price. All typical characteristics of this place.
We ate well, quickly, enough food to last until the evening and we spent the right amount. Well done ☺️

20/08/2023: First night arriving in Maniago, Italy was late and tiring so I just wanted to get a meal at a local restaurant within walking distance to where I’m staying. This restaurant was just 3 blocks away and was still open, so dinner here was the plan. There was one other table seated, which turned out to be the owner and his girlfriend. The decor was typical of a rustic Italian restaurant, which was a nice welcome from long flight.
Service was wonderful and attentive. We were greeted instantly and warmly welcomed like we weren’t tourist visiting. Unfortunately the first couple of items we ordered were unavailable. Since it was late and I was very tired, I didn’t remember to take any pictures of the menu, so I won’t have the correct menu names (in Italian) for the dishes we ordered.
The grilled lamb skewers were delicious. The prawn scampi were really good as well. The stewed mussels were well flavored, but overcooked to the point that the mussels had shrunken. The seafood pasta was disappointing, which surprised me as I’ve not really ever had a disappointing pasta in Italy (only one other time).
Since it was late, we skipped dessert but our server made sure we had a welcome shot of Limoncello! She was such a wonderful server and made the experience more memorable.
