23/09/2025: I've been frequenting this lovely pizzeria in Maniago Libero for years, and I can assure you that if you like Neapolitan pizza, here at Caminetto you'll find the best in the area!
The owner and chef, a young and enterprising woman, comes from a family of chefs and puts her heart and soul into her work! All the ingredients are carefully selected, healthy, and delicious, from the flour used in the dough to the delicious mozzarella.
Highly recommended.

11/03/2026: Given the complexity of the name, "trattoria" has nothing to do with this place. The atmosphere is refined but too cold. Two menus are given to customers based on who knows what. We only received one menu (a nice cover, but two sheets of paper inside that, in my opinion, could be more elegant), even though the other table had a different menu, and that's already starting to make a difference. The prices are debatable: a pasta dish at €16 is a steal. For 100 grams of pasta, it seems excessive. The sliced steak was mediocre, but at €25, I expected better. Regardless, the fact remains that the experience, as far as I'm concerned, was negative. The bathroom was freezing cold and overly smelly, making it feel like a church.
20/02/2026: The San Daniele ham and frico with polenta are excellent, and the homemade desserts are exquisite. Patrizia and Massimo are campers.

17/01/2026: Excellent restaurant near Maniago's historic center. The restaurant is well-maintained, elegant, and welcoming. The staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful, and service is quite prompt. The menu is varied and offers typical local dishes as well as excellent seafood. The dishes are carefully prepared with top-quality ingredients. The wine cellar is excellent. Overall, given the high quality of the cuisine and professional service, this is the best restaurant in Maniago and the surrounding area.
12/10/2025: A wedding reception for more than 130 people is no easy feat, but everything went wonderfully: the food, the hospitality, the cleanliness, and the atmosphere.

The girls were very kind.
The steak and burgers were very good.
The beer was amazing.
We had an aperitif and a meal in an hour, even though the place was packed. They seated us in 3-4 minutes without a reservation.

04/05/2026: Well. Everything is precooked. Yes, the service is quick. The owner is very friendly. But the food is all precooked. If you want a nice, filling but subpar dish, this is fine. If you're looking for quality, go elsewhere.
09/12/2025: As always, passing through for work, I stopped here for lunch. I don't know if they do a fixed price lunch menu. I don't think so. I had a second course and a side dish. It was good.

07/06/2026: I called to pick up two pizzas at 7 and still had to wait 30 minutes because they hadn't made them yet, even though the place was completely empty. When we brought the pizzas home, one was as big as my hand, and the other was oval... and when we tasted them, we immediately noticed that the one that was supposed to be burrata was just plain old mozzarella, and the other that was supposed to have a gorgonzola-filled crust was completely empty. We called to report the empty crust and they offered to remake it in 15 minutes, but when I returned to pick it up, they told me they still had to make it...

17/04/2026: I don't usually write negative reviews, but I think it's worth pointing out. The room was clean, but the bed was nonexistent! The mattress was completely sagging, like being sucked into quicksand. The room had obvious signs of wear, but a lot of it. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was okay. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.
25/03/2026: The hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking the square, with private parking. The room is very nice, the bathroom is large, and above all, it's very clean. The receptionists, Angelica and Pina, are super polite, helpful, and SMILING, which is very important for those in this profession.
As for the price, what more can I say? Maybe a little more would be appropriate, because I've never had a room with breakfast for €57.00. In fact, yesterday at a B&B, they charged me €70.00 for a room with an incredibly uncomfortable bed. Well done, ladies, keep up the good work.
