01/05/2026: A top location that we travel all the way to Sacile for. Once again, a truly wonderful culinary experience.
The sea bass carp and the Dover sole with green asparagus were simply perfect on every level.
This is what high-quality Italian cuisine should taste like. And top-notch service to boot. What more could you ask for?
We're already looking forward to our next visit.

28/03/2026: A local favorite if you want high-quality sushi instead of the usual ayce joints. The owners are incredibly friendly and always make sure you get what you're looking for. It's small inside, but very beautiful.
I've been coming here for years and have always had excellent food. The hot dishes are excellent, too—a surefire way to please anyone.

20/04/2026: We've been customers for a long time, and the pizza is always excellent and high-quality. However, on Sunday evening, we happened to have some extremely rude people at a nearby table. While we waited an hour for our pizzas, they yelled and screamed, both kids and their parents. It was unbearable. We almost left, as we would have felt sorry for the pizzeria owners, who are honest and kind people. We think Saturday and Sunday evenings are best avoided.
13/04/2026: I found this place on my way to the train station. The reviews were pretty good; it seemed like a small, family-run shop... Because I love pizza and pasta, I went in and randomly ordered an 8.5 euro pizza with meat to take away... Oh my god, this might be the best pizza I've ever had in my life!! 12 inches, half the price of Bottega Veneta in Shanghai, and I couldn't possibly finish it by myself! The staff were very polite and could communicate in English, which was so touching... Ordering food in Germany the day before was a nightmare; this price wouldn't even buy a McDonald's meal...

The quality of the food was excellent, from appetizers to main courses. The desserts were also very good.
The venue was clean and well-kept, with a calm, homey atmosphere despite the fact that it was packed.
The staff was excellent, friendly, and kind, even during the hectic times of the crowd. They managed to maintain composure and a smile. Much, much appreciated!
The wine list was local, not particularly interesting, and reasonably priced. The rest of the menu was also reasonably priced for the quality of the food.
No complaints, everything was impeccable.
Well done. Unfortunately, I didn't take photos of the food, only of one dessert. I'll fix that next time.

10/03/2026: I ordered three takeout pizzas a little while ago and I have to say I was really impressed. The pizzas were incredibly good, with a light, well-cooked dough and just the right balance. As soon as we opened them, the aroma was incredible; the basil filled the kitchen with a crazy scent, a sign of fresh, quality ingredients. I had the Affumicata with provola cheese and it was spectacular, with a perfectly balanced smoky flavor. We were completely satisfied; you can taste the passion behind these pizzas. I will definitely be back.

14/09/2025: Was not allowed to sit at our table early. Then had to stop a staff member to let them know it was now 5min past our reserved time. Got a table by the door and trash cans even though there were plenty in the back. Pizza was a bit soft, almost soggy. Won’t be back, lots of other options in the area.
01/09/2025: Without a doubt, it's the best pizzeria in Sacile.
Even when very busy, the service is always prompt and fast.
Easy-to-digest dough and consistently high-quality ingredients, and the staff is friendly and helpful (even though the waiters and waitresses change frequently).
A beautiful location both in the summer (with a lovely covered terrace overlooking the Livenza) and in the winter (the downstairs dining room overlooks the Livenza).
Recommended!

17/03/2026: I arrived just before closing time, and they were extremely kind in welcoming me anyway. The kitchen staff stayed to serve me. This alone would be enough for someone looking for a welcoming and friendly place. I asked for a very simple spaghetti with garlic and oil, and I must say I was surprised by how good it was; it was anything but ordinary. The second courses were refined and very tasty. Generous/satisfying portions. Interesting wine selection.
19/02/2026: La Piola is an authentic trattoria in the heart of Sacile where we enjoyed amazing tartare, flavorful tagliatelle with ragù, and truly perfect cotechino with mashed potatoes. Michela was incredibly kind, friendly, and fast, and the experience was excellent, thanks in part to the down-to-earth Neapolitan owner and his delightful wife. Highly recommended!
