14/08/2025: Unique, for its vintage atmosphere and management. It's a place rich in details to be discovered little by little, where a single woman serves as host, cook, and waitress. The menu is unique, with the signature dish being the highlight. Very generous portions. Highly recommended; reservations required.

18/06/2025: The host was clearly an ogre intent on venting his frustration on someone, I entered kindly and asked to eat something for lunch, I was presented with a menu that ranged between 17 and 29 euros which in my opinion was exaggerated for such a bare and raw location. On the menu there was a grilled hamburger with a side of grilled potatoes, I naively thought it was a sandwich and asked the ogre what was inside, the answer was disarming... With a lugubrious voice and a tone as if I were insulting some dear relative he said to me "it's not a sandwich! We're not at McDonald's!" Given the hostile and disconcerting response I became intimidated and asked even more kindly if it was possible to make a sandwich, since I was passing by and wanted to eat something simple and quick... And yet no! He tells me that he has a 30 cm sandwich and not the round ones from McDonald's, I reply that I never go to McDonald's and I try to understand if it is possible to have a f***ing sandwich made with something else inside, but every question only increased the frustration of being in the ogre's world, so I didn't order anything and decided to change places.... For the readers, I NEVER write reviews but this situation was incredibly out of place.... I hope that the ogre (a lady) has some other business or cryptocurrency otherwise I would be very worried about the future of that not at all welcoming cave/den. Madam, if you read this review, do some soul searching!

20/08/2025: A beautiful mountain hut that tells its story, where tradition and mountain life blend together. Delicious home cooking with seasonal local products. A quiet spot surrounded by greenery.

17/08/2025: A mountain farm in a stunning panoramic location. I can't comment on the food because I didn't eat there, but judging by the many cars parked there, I think the food is good. Easy to access, just 400 meters from the Crosetta road. August 17, 2025 Passing by during a hike along the local trails, we stopped for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised by both the rustic and welcoming dining room and the menu, simple cuisine using home-grown produce and wild herbs. The lunch was excellent and reasonably priced. Highly recommended 👍

23/08/2025: I've been there a few times, this time I'm reviewing with photos... Location in the center of Piancavallo, traditional dishes, friendly staff and attentive to food allergies... Homemade desserts. I RECOMMEND IT. SUMMER 2025 Always a guarantee HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

16/08/2025: I've never had the opportunity to dine at Taverna dell'Urogallo, but my experience began with an al fresco breakfast where I enjoyed some truly delicious homemade tarts. Since then, every time I visit Piancavallo, this has become a regular stop. The last time I visited, the talented Lorenzo literally won me over with an irresistible array of desserts: I couldn't help but try them all! It's thanks to this experience that I've decided to give the place a well-deserved five-star review. A special thanks to Lorenzo also for the superb tiramisu, made unique by a secret ingredient I won't reveal... but which I invite everyone to discover for themselves.

13/04/2025: If you offer a breakfast service FOR PAYMENT you are presumed to be able to manage it??!!! ALWAYS poor coffee shop to say the least... badly cooked croissants, terrible service. My company has stipulated an agreement with the attached fuel distributor, every now and then I stop for breakfast, but honestly more and more rarely, if ever! Highly not recommended, I won't be returning.

10/04/2025: I've been going to this bar for some time, both the spritz and the really good sandwiches, now I'm here for all lunches, the atmosphere is very welcoming, convenient because it's partly at the petrol station and at the car wash, the bartenders are beautiful, friendly and very good, both in the morning and in the afternoon/evening, truly recommended!!!!

22/06/2025: I often get pizza here and it's always good, a note often a little more mozzarella on the pizzas wouldn't hurt😅 the girl at the cash register is always super nice!! Very professional. Ps for those who complain about home delivery times maybe they haven't tried the other pizzerias in Cordenons, I've tried them all and the smallest delay we've had to wait is half an hour, it's often happened that for 3/4 times in a row at the same pizzerias the delays were between 45 minutes and 1 hour! Greetings

01/07/2025: Rude staff and non-existent service. We asked for chips with the aperitif, they were not brought to us because they do not serve them before 6:00 pm and instead they gave us a miserable portion of taralli. Not to mention the astronomical prices. Very bad.

10/08/2025: This restaurant near Venice Airport also has arrivals and departures visas, which are very useful for potential passengers or those waiting for arriving passengers. The atmosphere is a bit sterile, but the food and snacks are good, especially the pre-prepared items in the display case. Very good service, and the staff are friendly and always smiling. All in all, a good place to stop for a bite to eat at reasonable prices.

06/08/2025: It's a shame the food doesn't keep up, but the staff is attentive. The prices aren't justified. Obviously, it's the nearby airport that's driving up the bill. The pizza isn't pizza because there's no tomato sauce or crème fraîche. It's a bruschetta spread with ham and mozzarella, but it's very, very dry. €6 for a slice of pizza, but bruschetta? Or €19 for a slice of toast sold as a pizza. The VAT is 10%, but you pay €2 per person extra, or €9 VAT and €8 for cutlery. Apparently, this is commonplace in tourist restaurants in Italy, but not in neighboring restaurants like Mestre, 10 kilometers away. €100 for a snack for 4 without dessert, just a drink and food.

28/04/2025: I've known the place for years. For me it has always been a post-work evening meeting point, being outside San Vito in the area of ​​the Madonna di Rosa church. So easy parking. La Piera is the backbone of the place, always very helpful. The place is open from the morning, very popular even at lunch. Recommended even just for a good glass of wine.
